Abstract
本发明公开一种高效杀菌能力餐巾纸的制备方法,包括以下操作步骤:(1)将聚丙烯树脂、双季戊四醇通过螺杆挤出机加热熔融制得熔体,然后向其中加入三聚氰胺氰尿酸盐和3‑羟基‑1‑金刚烷乙酸,采用200r/min的转速搅拌15min后,通过计量装置输出至熔体喷射装置,喷出的熔体进入输网帘,再经过热轧辊,制得无纺布;(2)将制得的无纺布放入消毒液中浸泡20‑30min后取出,装入不透光的塑料薄膜中。本发明制得的高效杀菌能力餐巾纸,对人无毒无害,不刺激皮肤,清香味浓郁,并且具有高效的杀菌效果。

技术领域
本发明属于餐巾纸制备领域,具体涉及一种高效杀菌能力餐巾纸的制备方法。
背景技术
根据调查,目前在市场流行的各种餐巾纸普遍存在消毒能力差,贮存期短,甚至根本不具备消毒效果的情况,人们迫切需要一种有效方便的消毒手段以适应经常出差旅游和在外就餐的情况。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种高效杀菌能力餐巾纸的制备方法。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的。
一种高效杀菌能力餐巾纸的制备方法,包括以下操作步骤:
(1)按重量份计,将90-100份聚丙烯树脂、12-16份双季戊四醇通过螺杆挤出机加热熔融制得熔体,然后向其中加入聚丙烯树脂重量0.01-0.03倍重的三聚氰胺氰尿酸盐和0.04-0.06倍重的3-羟基-1-金刚烷乙酸,采用200r/min的转速搅拌15min后,通过计量装置输出至熔体喷射装置,喷出的熔体进入输网帘,再经过热轧辊 ,制得无纺布;
(2)将制得的无纺布放入消毒液中浸泡20-30min后取出,装入不透光的塑料薄膜中,其中消毒液由以下重量份的组分制成:臭芜荑19-26份、使君子20-25份、橙子皮6-9份、石榴皮10-15份、优氯净8-10份、异柠檬酸三钠盐0.2-0.4份、2,6-二羟基甲苯0.1-0.3份、水140-160份。
具体地,上述步骤(1)中的三聚氰胺氰尿酸盐和3-羟基-1-金刚烷乙酸的粒度大小均为280-300目。
具体地,上述步骤(2)中的消毒液采用以下方法制成:将臭芜荑、使君子、橙子皮、石榴皮放入水中,加热煎煮2-3小时后过滤得滤液,再向滤液中加入优氯净、异柠檬酸三钠盐、2,6-二羟基甲苯,采用300r/min的转速搅拌15-20min后,制得消毒液。
由以上的技术方案可知,本发明的有益效果是:
本发明制得的高效杀菌能力餐巾纸,对人无毒无害,不刺激皮肤,清香味浓郁,并且具有高效的杀菌效果。本发明采用耐腐蚀的无纺布作为制作餐巾纸的原料,并且在无纺布的制作工艺中,加入了三聚氰胺氰尿酸盐和3-羟基-1-金刚烷乙酸,两者协同作用,既能进一步提升无纺布的耐腐蚀性能,又能使得无纺布中的杀菌物质和芳香物质不易流失,能使得无纺布具有持久的杀菌效果和清香味;臭芜荑、使君子、橙子皮、石榴皮经过煎煮后,其滤液不仅能与优氯净协同作用,具有较好的杀菌效果,并且具有一股浓郁的香味,此混合香味物质不易被低浓度的优氯净氧化而失效,使得制得的消毒餐巾纸深受人们喜爱;异柠檬酸三钠盐和2,6-二羟基甲苯协同作用,能有效的保持无纺布中有效氯的含量,提升无纺布中有效物质的稳定性,并且其对人体的皮肤无刺激作用。
具体实施方式
以下实施例用于说明本发明,但不能用来限制本发明的范围。实施例中采用的实施条件可以根据厂家的条件作进一步调整,未说明的实施条件通常为常规实验条件。
实施例1
一种高效杀菌能力餐巾纸的制备方法,包括以下操作步骤:
(1)按重量份计,将90份聚丙烯树脂、12份双季戊四醇通过螺杆挤出机加热熔融制得熔体,然后向其中加入聚丙烯树脂重量0.01倍重的三聚氰胺氰尿酸盐和0.04倍重的3-羟基-1-金刚烷乙酸,采用200r/min的转速搅拌15min后,通过计量装置输出至熔体喷射装置,喷出的熔体进入输网帘,再经过热轧辊 ,制得无纺布;
(2)将制得的无纺布放入消毒液中浸泡20min后取出,装入不透光的塑料薄膜中,其中消毒液由以下重量份的组分制成:臭芜荑19份、使君子20份、橙子皮6份、石榴皮10份、优氯净8份、异柠檬酸三钠盐0.2份、2,6-二羟基甲苯0.1份、水140份。
具体地,上述步骤(1)中的三聚氰胺氰尿酸盐和3-羟基-1-金刚烷乙酸的粒度大小均为280目。
具体地,上述步骤(2)中的消毒液采用以下方法制成:将臭芜荑、使君子、橙子皮、石榴皮放入水中,加热煎煮2小时后过滤得滤液,再向滤液中加入优氯净、异柠檬酸三钠盐、2,6-二羟基甲苯,采用300r/min的转速搅拌15min后,制得消毒液。
实施例2
一种高效杀菌能力餐巾纸的制备方法,包括以下操作步骤:
(1)按重量份计,将95份聚丙烯树脂、14份双季戊四醇通过螺杆挤出机加热熔融制得熔体,然后向其中加入聚丙烯树脂重量0.02倍重的三聚氰胺氰尿酸盐和0.05倍重的3-羟基-1-金刚烷乙酸,采用200r/min的转速搅拌15min后,通过计量装置输出至熔体喷射装置,喷出的熔体进入输网帘,再经过热轧辊 ,制得无纺布;
(2)将制得的无纺布放入消毒液中浸泡25min后取出,装入不透光的塑料薄膜中,其中消毒液由以下重量份的组分制成:臭芜荑23份、使君子23份、橙子皮8份、石榴皮13份、优氯净9份、异柠檬酸三钠盐0.3份、2,6-二羟基甲苯0.2份、水150份。
具体地,上述步骤(1)中的三聚氰胺氰尿酸盐和3-羟基-1-金刚烷乙酸的粒度大小均为290目。
具体地,上述步骤(2)中的消毒液采用以下方法制成:将臭芜荑、使君子、橙子皮、石榴皮放入水中,加热煎煮2-3小时后过滤得滤液,再向滤液中加入优氯净、异柠檬酸三钠盐、2,6-二羟基甲苯,采用300r/min的转速搅拌17min后,制得消毒液。
实施例3
一种高效杀菌能力餐巾纸的制备方法,包括以下操作步骤:
(1)按重量份计,将100份聚丙烯树脂、16份双季戊四醇通过螺杆挤出机加热熔融制得熔体,然后向其中加入聚丙烯树脂重量0.03倍重的三聚氰胺氰尿酸盐和0.06倍重的3-羟基-1-金刚烷乙酸,采用200r/min的转速搅拌15min后,通过计量装置输出至熔体喷射装置,喷出的熔体进入输网帘,再经过热轧辊 ,制得无纺布;
(2)将制得的无纺布放入消毒液中浸泡30min后取出,装入不透光的塑料薄膜中,其中消毒液由以下重量份的组分制成:臭芜荑26份、使君子25份、橙子皮9份、石榴皮15份、优氯净10份、异柠檬酸三钠盐0.4份、2,6-二羟基甲苯0.3份、水160份。
具体地,上述步骤(1)中的三聚氰胺氰尿酸盐和3-羟基-1-金刚烷乙酸的粒度大小均为300目。
具体地,上述步骤(2)中的消毒液采用以下方法制成:将臭芜荑、使君子、橙子皮、石榴皮放入水中,加热煎煮2-3小时后过滤得滤液,再向滤液中加入优氯净、异柠檬酸三钠盐、2,6-二羟基甲苯,采用300r/min的转速搅拌20min后,制得消毒液。
对比例1
对比例1中,无纺布采用市售普通的聚丙烯树脂无纺布,其余步骤与实施例1完全相同。
对比例2
对比例2中,消毒液中不添加臭芜荑、使君子、橙子皮、石榴皮,直接将优氯净、异柠檬酸三钠盐、2,6-二羟基甲苯加入水中制得消毒液,其余步骤与实施例2完全相同。
对比例3
对比例3中,消毒液中不添加异柠檬酸三钠盐和2,6-二羟基甲苯,其余步骤与实施例3完全相同。
对各实施例和对比例中制得的高效杀菌能力餐巾纸进行性能测试,其中测试的菌种为大肠杆菌,测试结果如表1所示:

由表1可知,本发明制得的高效杀菌能力餐巾纸,对细菌的杀菌能力显著,并且有效率的储存时间较长,能使得餐巾纸具有长久有效的杀菌能力。
需要说明的是,以上实施例仅用以说明本发明的技术方案而非限制。尽管参照较佳实施例对本发明进行了详细说明,本领域的普通技术人员应当理解,可以对发明的技术方案进行修改或者等同替换,而不脱离本发明技术方案的范围,其均应涵盖在本发明的权利要求范围中。
Claims (3)
1.一种高效杀菌能力餐巾纸的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下操作步骤:
(1)按重量份计,将90-100份聚丙烯树脂、12-16份双季戊四醇通过螺杆挤出机加热熔融制得熔体,然后向其中加入聚丙烯树脂重量0.01-0.03倍重的三聚氰胺氰尿酸盐和0.04-0.06倍重的3-羟基-1-金刚烷乙酸,采用200r/min的转速搅拌15min后,通过计量装置输出至熔体喷射装置,喷出的熔体进入输网帘,再经过热轧辊 ,制得无纺布;
(2)将制得的无纺布放入消毒液中浸泡20-30min后取出,装入不透光的塑料薄膜中,其中消毒液由以下重量份的组分制成:臭芜荑19-26份、使君子20-25份、橙子皮6-9份、石榴皮10-15份、优氯净8-10份、异柠檬酸三钠盐0.2-0.4份、2,6-二羟基甲苯0.1-0.3份、水140-160份。
2.根据权利要求1中所述的一种高效杀菌能力餐巾纸的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(1)中的三聚氰胺氰尿酸盐和3-羟基-1-金刚烷乙酸的粒度大小均为280-300目。
3.根据权利要求1中所述的一种高效杀菌能力餐巾纸的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(2)中的消毒液采用以下方法制成:将臭芜荑、使君子、橙子皮、石榴皮放入水中,加热煎煮2-3小时后过滤得滤液,再向滤液中加入优氯净、异柠檬酸三钠盐、2,6-二羟基甲苯,采用300r/min的转速搅拌15-20min后,制得消毒液。
