本发明公开了一种环保型抗菌涂料,由以下重量份数的原料制备而成:有机硅树脂:20‑50份、聚二甲基硅氧烷:10‑20份、硬脂酸锌:5‑12份、二甘醇丁基醚:1‑9份、柠檬酸三丁酯:2‑6份、碳酸钙:2‑8份、PE蜡:3‑5份、滑石粉:2‑10份、分散剂:2‑10份、油酸:2‑8份、抗氧化剂:3‑10份;本发明涂料具有抗菌,速干,成本低,使用效果显著的优点,并且满足了节能环保的要求。

一种环保型抗菌涂料
技术领域
本发明涉及高分子材料领域,具体涉及一种环保型抗菌涂料。
背景技术
传统的建筑乳胶涂料因其在涂料中需加入较多量的成膜助剂等有机溶剂,导致涂料的挥发性有机化合物含量较高,此外为了预防涂料贮存时的腐化变质以及涂膜发霉,在涂料中还需加入较多量的对人体有害的有机类防霉剂,这直接影响到使用者的身心健康。水性涂料的主要品种是乳胶漆,主要是由水、乳液、颜填料和各种助剂四大部分组成。水性涂料的分散介质是水,涂料施工后,从涂膜中挥发的是水和少量助剂,具有环保、安全等性能;主要基于丙烯酸类乳液的水基漆占建筑涂料市场的超过70%的份额,通常认为丙烯酸类乳胶乳液基的漆是对于外用来说最耐用的漆。水性涂料的透气性比较好,基层内部的水蒸气可以向外扩散;从涂膜的物理化学性能上讲,水性涂料的某些物理化学性能不及溶剂型涂料,如耐化学品性、耐候性、耐沾污性等。所以既要保留水性涂料的环保、安全等性能优点,又要克服其耐候性、耐沾污性性能的不足。单纯用水作为载体的分散性能不佳,增加共溶性的醇类物能改善其分散性能。在涂料中增加表面活性剂也利于树脂在水作为载体的乳化分散。高密度聚乙烯加到丙烯酸乳液中,有利于提高涂料耐候性、耐沾污性能。但涂料中的各组分是相互影响和相互作用的,精确配比各组分才能取得综合性能优良的涂料。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足,本发明提供了一种环保型抗菌涂料,具有抗菌,速干,成本低,使用效果显著的优点,并且满足了节能环保的要求。
为实现以上目的,本发明通过以下技术方案予以实现:
本发明提供了一种环保型抗菌涂料,由以下重量份数的原料制备而成:有机硅树脂:20-50份、聚二甲基硅氧烷:10-20份、硬脂酸锌:5-12份、二甘醇丁基醚:1-9份、柠檬酸三丁酯:2-6份、碳酸钙:2-8份、PE蜡:3-5份、碳酸钙:2-10份、分散剂:2-10份、油酸:2-8份、抗氧化剂:3-10份;
优选的,由以下重量份数的原料制备而成:有机硅树脂:25-45份、聚二甲基硅氧烷:12-18份、硬脂酸锌:6-11份、二甘醇丁基醚:2-8份、柠檬酸三丁酯:4-5份、碳酸钙:3-6份、PE蜡:3-5份、碳酸钙:3-9份、分散剂:4-8份、油酸:3-5份、抗氧化剂:6-8份。
优选的,由以下重量份数的原料制备而成:有机硅树脂:25份、聚二甲基硅氧烷:14份、硬脂酸锌:6份、二甘醇丁基醚:3份、柠檬酸三丁酯:4份、碳酸钙:3份、PE蜡:3份、碳酸钙:3份、分散剂:4份、油酸:4份、抗氧化剂:6份。
优选的,由以下重量份数的原料制备而成:有机硅树脂:30份、聚二甲基硅氧烷:12份、硬脂酸锌:10份、二甘醇丁基醚:5份、柠檬酸三丁酯:4份、碳酸钙:3份、PE蜡:3份、碳酸钙:4份、分散剂:6份、油酸:3份、抗氧化剂:6份。
优选的,所述的PE蜡为颗粒或片状。
优选的,所述的抗氧化剂为黄酮类、丁基羟基茴香醚(BHA)、二丁基羟基甲苯(BHT)、叔丁基对苯二酚的一种。
本发明有益效果:
本发明的防水速干建筑物外墙涂料具有抗菌,速干,成本低,使用效果显著的优点,并且满足了节能环保的要求。

1.一种环保型抗菌涂料,其特征在于,由以下重量份数的原料制备而成:有机硅树脂:20-50份、聚二甲基硅氧烷:10-20份、硬脂酸锌:5-12份、二甘醇丁基醚:1-9份、柠檬酸三丁酯:2-6份、碳酸钙:2-8份、PE蜡:3-5份、滑石粉:2-10份、分散剂:2-10份、油酸:2-8份、抗氧化剂:3-10份。
2.如权利要求1所述的环保型抗菌涂料,其特征在于,由以下重量份数的原料制备而成:有机硅树脂:25-45份、聚二甲基硅氧烷:12-18份、硬脂酸锌:6-11份、二甘醇丁基醚:2-8份、柠檬酸三丁酯:4-5份、碳酸钙:3-6份、PE蜡:3-5份、滑石粉:3-9份、分散剂:4-8份、油酸:3-5份、抗氧化剂:6-8份。
3.如权利要求2所述的环保型抗菌涂料,其特征在于,由以下重量份数的原料制备而成:有机硅树脂:25份、聚二甲基硅氧烷:14份、硬脂酸锌:6份、二甘醇丁基醚:3份、柠檬酸三丁酯:4份、碳酸钙:3份、PE蜡:3份、滑石粉:3份、分散剂:4份、油酸:4份、抗氧化剂:6份。
4.如权利要求2所述的环保型抗菌涂料,其特征在于,由以下重量份数的原料制备而成:有机硅树脂:30份、聚二甲基硅氧烷:12份、硬脂酸锌:10份、二甘醇丁基醚:5份、柠檬酸三丁酯:4份、碳酸钙:3份、PE蜡:3份、滑石粉:4份、分散剂:6份、油酸:3份、抗氧化剂:6份。
5.如权利要求1所述的环保型抗菌涂料,其特征在于,所述的PE蜡为颗粒或片状。
6.如权利要求1所述的环保型抗菌涂料,其特征在于,所述的抗氧化剂为黄酮类、丁基羟基茴香醚(BHA)、二丁基羟基甲苯(BHT)、叔丁基对苯二酚的一种。
