本发明公开了颜料型中性墨水,由以下重量份数的原料组成:颜料50-60份,甲基丙烯酸5-12份、丙烯酸4-6份、甲基丙烯酸甲酯4-6份、聚乙二醇1-5份、二甲基乙醇胺2-6份、油酸1-3份、磷酸酯1-3份、硬脂酸钠5-8份、防腐防霉剂1-3份、消泡剂4-7份,所述颜料为纳米级。本发明无腐蚀性,稳定性好,对纸张表现有一定的粘附力,不易剥落,着色性好,不易褪色,耐水耐晒。

本发明属于办公用品领域,具体涉及颜料型中性墨水。
背景技术
中性笔兼具油性圆珠笔和水性圆珠笔的优点,具有结构简单,书写流畅,耐水耐晒等优点,中性笔设计的关键是中性墨水,而中性墨水分为颜料型和染料型,颜料不溶于水,作为中性笔墨水的着色剂时需要与其他溶剂混合,颜料的高效分散是中性墨水是否稳定的关键,而国内中性墨水始终未能解决染料的高效分散。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足,本发明提供颜料型中性墨水,无腐蚀性,稳定性好,对纸张表现有一定的粘附力,不易剥落,着色性好,不易褪色,耐水耐晒。
本发明的技术方案是:颜料型中性墨水,由以下重量份数的原料组成:颜料50-60份,甲基丙烯酸5-12份、丙烯酸4-6份、甲基丙烯酸甲酯4-6份、聚乙二醇1-5份、二甲基乙醇胺2-6份、油酸1-3份、磷酸酯1-3份、硬脂酸钠5-8份、防腐防霉剂1-3份、消泡剂4-7份,所述颜料为纳米级。
与现有技术相比,本发明优点在于:(1)中性墨水,无腐蚀性;(2)稳定性好;(3)对纸张表现有一定的粘附力,不易剥落;(3)着色性好,不易褪色,耐水耐晒。

实施例1
颜料型中性墨水,由以下重量份数的原料组成:颜料50份,甲基丙烯酸5份、丙烯酸4份、甲基丙烯酸甲酯4份、聚乙二醇1份、二甲基乙醇胺2份、油酸1份、磷酸酯1份、硬脂酸钠5份、防腐防霉剂1份、消泡剂4份,所述颜料为纳米级。
实施例2
颜料型中性墨水,由以下重量份数的原料组成:颜料55份,甲基丙烯酸10份、丙烯酸5份、甲基丙烯酸甲酯5份、聚乙二醇3份、二甲基乙醇胺3份、油酸2份、磷酸酯2份、硬脂酸钠6份、防腐防霉剂2份、消泡剂5份,所述颜料为纳米级。
实施例3
颜料型中性墨水,由以下重量份数的原料组成:颜料60份,甲基丙烯酸12份、丙烯酸6份、甲基丙烯酸甲酯6份、聚乙二醇5份、二甲基乙醇胺6份、油酸3份、磷酸酯3份、硬脂酸钠8份、防腐防霉剂3份、消泡剂7份,所述颜料为纳米级。
