Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of chemical ink, and particularly relates to water-based high-brightness environment-friendly tempered glass ink and a preparation method thereof.
Background
It is well known that glass toughened inks have properties such as low sintering temperature, good weatherability, excellent hiding power and good visual effect. However, conventional tempered inks contain lead and cadmium, or incorporate a large amount of costly bismuth oxide. The oxide smelting in the traditional frit needs to be carried out at the temperature of over 1200 ℃, the high smelting temperature needs to consume more electric energy, the equipment for smelting is greatly damaged, and the service life of the equipment is greatly shortened. At high temperatures, the oxides are highly volatile and many of the oxide vapors are toxic, which can also be highly harmful to the body of the operator. The invention adopts the melting at 800-1000 ℃, and the process is more low-carbon and environment-friendly.
The traditional toughened glass ink is obtained by dissolving resin in varnish oil which is xylene, cyclohexanone and isophorone, and contains a large amount of toxic volatile solvents, so that the varnish oil has great damage to people and the surrounding environment. The invention adopts environment-friendly water-based varnish.
