The invention discloses an anti-fingerprint powder coating and a preparation method and application thereof, wherein the preparation method comprises the following steps: 20-40 parts of composite polyester resin A; 30-50 parts of polyester resin B; 0-30 parts of other auxiliary agents. The preparation method comprises the steps of uniformly mixing the hydroxyl polyester resin and the composite material, performing melt extrusion by a double-screw extruder, cooling and tabletting to normal temperature, and crushing to obtain the composite polyester resin A; and putting the composite polyester resin A, the polyester resin B and other auxiliaries into a premixing cylinder, uniformly mixing, performing melt extrusion by a double-screw extruder, cooling and tabletting to normal temperature, and finally crushing and grading by a high-speed crusher to prepare powder with the particle size of 33-38 um. The coating formed by the synergistic effect of the composite polyester resin A and the polyester resin B is easy to clean, has excellent fingerprint resistance, can automatically eliminate fingerprints, has smooth and fine hand feeling, is particularly suitable for terminal products such as furniture, door and window accessories, lamp decorations, electronic communication equipment and the like which are contacted by hands in daily life, and displays the high-end atmosphere of the product.

Preferably, the hydroxyl value of the hydroxyl polyester resin is 20-40 mgKOH/g, and too high hydroxyl value can cause too high reaction speed and worsen the hand feeling of the coating; the particle size of the composite polyester resin A is 40-45 um, and if the particle size is larger than 45um, the dispersion of the composite polyester resin A in the subsequent process extrusion can be influenced, and finally the fingerprint resistance and the hand feeling silkiness of the coating are influenced.
Preferably, the composite material is selected from one or a mixture of more of modified organic silicon polymer, modified polytetrafluoroethylene or modified organic silicon silane coupling agent. The composite material is modified by grafting oleophobic and hydrophobic fluorine-containing groups on the basis of the original polymer, and can be purchased in the market or prepared by conventional means in the field.
The composite material can provide fingerprint resistance and special hand feeling effects, but the composite material cannot be directly used due to incompatibility with common powdered resin.
Preferably, the polyester resin B is carboxyl-terminated polyester resin, the acid value is 30-50 mgKOH/g, and the surface flatness and the fingerprint resistance are influenced when the acid value is too high or too low.
According to the invention, researches show that the matching proportion of the composite polyester resin A and the polyester resin B has great influence on the fingerprint resistance and physical and chemical properties of the coating, and when the composite polyester resin A is too high, the physical properties of the coating are obviously deteriorated, the hand feeling is rough, and the fingerprint resistance is not good; the composite polyester resin A is too low, and the fingerprint resistance of the coating is not obvious. Therefore, preferably, the mass ratio of the composite polyester resin a to the polyester resin B is 3: 7-6: 4.
according to actual needs, the anti-fingerprint powder coating of the invention can be properly added with other auxiliary agents, and the other auxiliary agents are selected from one or more of the following: curing agent, leveling agent, defoaming agent, brightening agent and pigment and filler. The amount thereof is appropriately added according to the actual situation.
The curing agent is one or the mixture of two of triglycidyl isocyanurate and hydroxyalkyl amide;
the leveling agent is one or a mixture of a plurality of polyacrylate, silicon-containing acrylate or hydrogenated castor oil;
the defoaming agent is one or a mixture of benzoin and dimethyl polysiloxane;
the brightener is one or a mixture of acrylate copolymer or silicon-containing acrylate copolymer.
The pigment and filler has the functions of heat resistance and heat conduction, and is one or a mixture of barium sulfate or calcium carbonate, titanium dioxide or iron oxide.
The invention also provides a preparation method of the anti-fingerprint powder coating, which comprises the following steps:
a. uniformly mixing hydroxyl polyester resin and the composite material, then carrying out melt extrusion through a double-screw extruder, cooling and tabletting to normal temperature, and crushing to obtain composite polyester resin A;
b. and putting the composite polyester resin A, the polyester resin B and other auxiliaries into a premixing cylinder according to a certain proportion, uniformly mixing, performing melt extrusion by a double-screw extruder, cooling and tabletting to normal temperature, and finally crushing and grading by a high-speed crusher to prepare powder with the particle size of 33-38 um.
Preferably, in the step a, the melt extrusion temperature of the twin-screw extruder is 100-150 ℃.
Preferably, in the step b, the melt extrusion temperature of the twin-screw extruder is 80-120 ℃.
The preparation process of the invention adopts the steps of firstly preparing the composite polyester resin A, then melting and extruding the composite polyester resin A and other components,
the components can be better dispersed in the coating, and the prepared coating has silky touch and fingerprint resistance.
The invention also provides application of the anti-fingerprint powder coating in daily hand-contacted furniture, door and window fittings, lamp decorations and electronic communication equipment, wherein the coating thickness of the anti-fingerprint powder coating is 35-120 um, preferably 35-45 um.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects:
1) the coating formed by the synergistic effect of the composite polyester resin A and the polyester resin B is easy to clean, has excellent fingerprint resistance, can automatically eliminate fingerprints, has silky and fine hand feeling, is particularly suitable for terminal products such as furniture, door and window accessories, lamp decorations, electronic communication equipment and the like contacted by hands in daily life, shows high-end atmosphere of the product, can be used for thin coating, and still maintains the characteristics of excellent fingerprint resistance, silky hand feeling and the like after 35-45 mu m;
2) the fingerprint-resistant powder coating is green and environment-friendly, has zero VOC emission in the whole production and construction processes, and is very suitable for replacing paint;
3) the preparation method is simple and convenient to use.
Detailed Description
The following examples are given to specifically describe the present invention, but are not limited thereto.
The raw materials used in the examples and comparative examples are now described below, but are not limited to these materials:
hydroxyl polyester resin: the hydroxyl value is 20-40 mgKOH/g, and the hydroxyl value is commercially available;
polyester resin B: the carboxyl-terminated polyester resin has an acid value of 30-50 mgKOH/g and is commercially available;
modified polytetrafluoroethylene, modified silicone polymer: purchasing in market;
the curing agent is triglycidyl isocyanurate and is commercially available;
the flatting agent is polyacrylate and is commercially available;
the defoaming agent is benzoin which is commercially available;
the brightener is an acrylate copolymer and is commercially available;
the pigment and filler is barium sulfate and is commercially available.
Examples 1-6 and comparative examples 1-2:
a. uniformly mixing the hydroxyl polyester resin and the composite material according to the proportion shown in the table 1, and then carrying out melt extrusion by a double-screw extruder, wherein the melt extrusion temperature of the double-screw extruder is 130 ℃, cooling and tabletting to normal temperature, and crushing to obtain composite polyester resin A with the particle size of 40-45 um;
b. putting the composite polyester resin A, the polyester resin B, the curing agent, the leveling agent, the defoaming agent, the brightening agent and the pigment filler into a premixing cylinder according to the proportion shown in the table 2, uniformly mixing, then carrying out melt extrusion by a double-screw extruder at the melt extrusion temperature of 100 ℃, cooling and tabletting to normal temperature, and finally crushing and grading by a high-speed crusher to prepare powder with the particle size of 33-38 um.
Example 7:
the procedure of example 1 was repeated except that the composite polyester resin A having a particle size of 80 to 90 μm was obtained by crushing.
Comparative example 3:
putting hydroxyl polyester resin, a composite material, polyester resin B, a curing agent, a flatting agent, a defoaming agent, a brightening agent and pigment and filler into a premixing cylinder, uniformly mixing, grinding, dispersing by a dispersion machine, and preparing into powder with the particle size of 33um-38um, wherein the content of each component is the same as that in example 1.
The powder obtained by the preparation is sprayed on a tin plate through an electrostatic gun, and is melted and solidified into a film under the baking condition of 200 ℃ for 10 minutes, the thickness of the dry film is 40-60um, the fingerprint resistance, the surface touch feeling, the adhesive force and the like of the coating are detected, and the specific detection standards and results are shown in table 3.

20-50 parts of polyester resin B;

40 parts of other auxiliary agents;
the composite polyester resin A comprises the following components in parts by weight:
50 to 99 portions of hydroxyl polyester resin
1-50 parts of composite material;
the particle size of the composite polyester resin A is 40-45 μm;
the composite material is selected from one or a mixture of more of modified organic silicon polymer, modified polytetrafluoroethylene or modified organic silicon silane coupling agent.
2. The fingerprint-resistant powder coating of claim 1, wherein the hydroxyl polyester resin has a hydroxyl value of 20 to 40 mgKOH/g.
3. The fingerprint-resistant powder coating as claimed in claim 1, wherein the polyester resin B is a carboxyl-terminated polyester resin, and has an acid value of 30 to 50 mgKOH/g.
4. The fingerprint-resistant powder coating as claimed in claim 1, wherein the mass ratio of the composite polyester resin A to the polyester resin B is 3: 7-6: 4.
