Abstract

本发明提出了一种耐高温和隔热陶瓷,能够在高温250℃以上不出现爆裂和裂纹,该主要由锂辉石、透锂长石、石英、高岭土等烤制而成,该陶瓷材料最高可在500℃范围内不出现损坏,在陶瓷杯具和陶器把手位置使用一种隔热涂料,通过高温喷涂在陶器手持位置或较上部位置,该涂料组成:空心玻璃微珠、云母粉、金红石钛白粉、助剂等组成,该涂料能够完全防止陶器热量传递,对于餐饮行业或者部分高温工业特别有效。

技术领域
本发明涉及陶瓷制品,特别适用于餐饮行业或高温工业。
背景技术
在人们日常生活中接触很多陶瓷制品,陶瓷制品使用在炊具上或者餐具上非常普遍,高温环境之下的陶瓷制品经常出现爆裂或者龟裂情况,导致非常不耐用。陶瓷制品在明火加热之下表面温度通常达到400℃—500℃,有些如果有涂层的陶瓷制品能够下降100℃左右。市场上常用的陶瓷制品常规的氧化硅、氧化铝、氧化锂、氧化钙、氧化钾等,在实际应用中经常出现爆裂情况。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种耐高温和隔热陶瓷,具有硬度高、耐高温和隔热功能。
为解决现有技术问题,本发明提供一下方案:
该主要由锂辉石、透锂长石、石英、高岭土等烤制而成,锂辉石7-11份,锂辉石1-6份、透锂长石4-5份、石英7-15份、高岭土4-9份,控制硼、钾、钠合计小于 3%,沉淀后制成胚料。
在陶瓷产品成品上通过高温喷涂在陶器手持位置或较上部位置,该涂料组成:空心玻璃微珠、云母粉、金红石钛白粉、助剂等组成。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,一种耐高温和隔热陶瓷,该主要由锂辉石、透锂长石、石英、高岭土等烤制而成,锂辉石7-11份,锂辉石1-6份、透锂长石4-5份、石英7-15份、高岭土4-9份,控制硼、钾、钠合计小于 3%,沉淀后制成胚料。
陶瓷胚件置于窑炉中预烧 1小时,然后让窑炉冷却下来,待陶瓷胚完全冷却后,在陶瓷胚表面均匀撒上氧化镁1份,再将陶瓷胚件置于 980℃以上的窑炉中中预烧20小时,制成陶瓷。
如图2,是其中一种耐高温和隔热陶瓷形状示意图,是涂料层1通过1000℃喷枪喷涂陶瓷表面晾干,该涂料组成:空心玻璃微珠、云母粉、金红石钛白粉、助剂等组成。
