Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of medicine, cosmetology and the like, and particularly relates to a microneedle roller for transdermal cosmetology or drug delivery.
Background
A cosmetic microneedle roller is a device having a cylindrical surface on which an array of microneedles having a certain height (50-1000 microns) and diameter (10-500 microns) is mounted, as shown in fig. 1, in which the microneedles are used to pierce the stratum corneum of the outermost layer of skin, creating a pathway for nutrients or drugs to enter, and enhancing and improving the otherwise poorly permeable outer tissues of the skin. The diameter and height of the micro-needles directly affect the feeling of users and the transdermal effect of the drugs: when the height of the micro-needle is higher, the micro-needle can easily penetrate into the hair growth layer and even the dermis layer of the skin to cause pain or bleeding; microneedles with too low a height may not penetrate the stratum corneum and may not be effective. In order to ensure the effect and reduce side effects such as pain, microneedles having a sufficient length are often used, and are uniformly mounted on a roller, and are operated by a trained technician to ensure effectiveness of microneedle administration and comfort of use of the user by an appropriate method.
In order to provide a painless micropin gyro wheel device safer, more convenient, that control more easily, patent CN201210546748.2 has set up the three-dimensional safety cover that has a breach in the bottom in the periphery of gyro wheel seat, and breach department exposes the micropin, and this safety cover can make skin level and smooth, when making roll go on easily, makes the differentiation that the micropin pricked skin under the same dynamics reduce. However, the protective cover covers most of the roller seat, the inside of the protective cover is difficult to clean, and the protective cover does not protect the microneedles.
CN patent 201420807166.X provides a microneedle cosmetic device that can arrange a micro rubber suction cup around a microneedle, the skin is tightened when in use, the pain is relieved, and the operation is easier. However, the microneedles of the microneedle cosmetic device are fixed in a plane instead of being fixed on the surface of the roller, and each time the microneedle cosmetic device is used, the microneedles are required to be inserted, pulled out and inserted again after being changed in position, and uniform perforation on the skin cutin cannot be controlled.

The invention also aims to provide the microneedle roller which is convenient to place and store.
The invention also aims to provide a microneedle roller capable of arranging the superfine microneedles.
The purpose of the invention is realized by the following means:
the invention provides a microneedle roller, which comprises a roller seat, wherein the peripheral surface of the roller seat is provided with a plurality of bosses, a concave part is formed between every two adjacent bosses, and a microneedle array is arranged on the periphery of the roller seat where the concave part is positioned, and at least two microneedles are arranged in the microneedle array.
As a result of the preferred embodiment(s), the lug boss and the roller seat are integrally formed; or the lug boss is embedded in the peripheral surface of the roller seat;
the bosses and the microneedle arrays are distributed in a staggered manner along the peripheral surface of the roller seat vertical to the axis; or the bosses and the microneedle arrays are distributed in a staggered manner along the peripheral surface parallel to the axis.
The roller seat is a hollow cylinder, and a roller shaft hole is formed in the axis of the roller seat. The roller seat can be movably mounted on the bracket through the roller hole.
The section of the boss is quadrilateral.
The section of the boss refers to: the cross section vertical to the axle center of the roller seat takes the peripheral surface connected with the roller seat as a lower bottom edge, takes the edge of the periphery of the lug boss cross section far away from the axle center as an upper bottom edge, and is a quadrangle enclosed by two side edges. The upper bottom edge and the lower bottom edge of the boss can be arc-shaped or linear, and the side edge of the boss and the lower bottom edge can form an acute angle or an approximate acute angle, a right angle or an approximate right angle, or an obtuse angle or an approximate obtuse angle. Preferably at right angles and with a chamfer. The method is favorable for fully utilizing the height of the boss and facilitating the patch operation of the micro-needle.
The lug boss and the roller seat are integrally formed, and the roller seat and the lug boss can be made of rigid materials or elastic materials.
The roller seat and the boss can be made of the materials of the existing microneedle roller, such as metal, ABS plastic, polyimide or medical plastic.
The micro-needles are arranged in a two-dimensional array in the concave part of the outer surface of the roller seat to form a micro-needle array. The arrangement density of the micro-needles is 100-500/cm 2 (ii) a Preferably 150 to 300 pieces/cm 2 (ii) a More preferably 200/cm 2 。
The microneedle array and the roller seat are integrally formed, or a microneedle array base is arranged at the bottom of the microneedle array, and the microneedle is embedded in the periphery of the roller seat through the microneedle array base.
The shape of the micro-needle is a taper shape, such as a circular truncated cone, a triangular truncated cone, a rectangular truncated cone, a knife edge, a wedge shape and the like; or the upper end of the micro-needle is in a sharp cone shape, and the lower end of the micro-needle is in a column shape, such as a cylinder, a prism, a rectangular pyramid and the like. In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the microneedles have a truncated cone at the upper end and a cylindrical shape at the lower end (see fig. 3 or 4), and such a structure is configured that the diameter of the holes penetrated into the skin is uniform no matter how deep the microneedles are penetrated into the skin, and no mark is left on the skin due to the increase of the penetration depth. In an embodiment of the present invention, the microneedles are conical (see fig. 1).
The micro-needle can be a hollow needle body or a solid needle body. The micro-needle can directly penetrate into the skin cuticle to improve the permeability of the skin, and can also penetrate into the skin cuticle after carrying beauty products or medicines.
The height of the micro-needle is 100-1000 μm; preferably 80-200 μm; more preferably 100 μm. The height of the micro-needle is the height of the micro-needle exposed on the outer surface of the roller seat.
The height difference between the boss and the microneedle is 0-500 μm; the difference in height is preferably 0 to 20 μm, more preferably 0 μm. When the height difference is 0, the skin can be protected by the boss structure with a smooth surface, and the micro-needle can penetrate into the skin to a certain depth. In addition, the height difference between the boss and the microneedle can be adjusted according to the actual use condition, so that the microneedle is lower than the boss.
The height difference between the boss and the microneedle is the height of the boss minus the height of the microneedle. The height of the boss is obtained by subtracting the radius of the roller seat from the distance from the highest point of the boss to the circle center of the roller seat; the height of the micro-needle is the height of the micro-needle exposed on the outer surface of the roller seat.
The diameter of the microneedle is 10-500 μm; preferably 80-200 μm; more preferably 100 μm. The diameter of the microneedle is represented by the diameter of the microneedle with a circular or nearly circular base.
When the microneedle roller of the present invention is applied to the skin with slight force by the user, the microneedles hardly contact the skin; when the user applies proper force according to the feeling of the skin, the skin pressed by the boss can be squeezed into the concave part, so that the part of the skin receives the action of the micro-needle and is perforated on the stratum corneum. Compared with the common microneedle roller, the microneedle penetration depth is controlled by the accurate force-adjusting scale of the user. Due to the self-stopping and squeezing action of the lug boss, the microneedle penetration degree control becomes simple and easy to operate, a professional technician is not needed, and a common user can use the microneedle penetration degree control device by himself.
In addition, due to the extrusion effect of the boss, the skin is in a certain tight state, and the pain feeling of the microneedle penetrating the skin is relieved.
Due to the protection of the boss, thinner microneedles can be used without fear of damage or breakage of the microneedles, which further reduces the pain of piercing the skin. In the present invention, the diameter of the microneedles may be as low as 10 microns.
In summary, the projections are configured so that the microneedles of the present invention penetrate the skin without any pain and maintain an effective penetration depth without involvement of the dermis.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
1) The invention has simple operation and no pain: the extrusion and self-stop of the lug boss can control the penetration depth without professional operation technology; the skin is in a certain tightening state by the extrusion of the lug boss, so that the pain of the puncture is relieved; the protection of the boss can use thinner micro-needles to further reduce the pain of the puncture.
2) The protection of the boss can use thinner micro-needles without worrying about the damage or the breakage of the micro-needles, the diameter of the micro-needles is reduced, the pain feeling of the micro-needles stabbed into the skin is further reduced, and the tiny micropores can not leave marks on the skin.
3) The interval of boss and micropin array has reduced the degree of difficulty of micropin gyro wheel in storage, place and packing link and has kept clear degree of difficulty, and the user need not too worry the needle point barb or the damage that cause the gyro wheel to keep flat.
