本发明的目的是提供一种新型石墨烯材料在医疗领域的用途。
涉及一种新型石墨烯材料,其由如下步骤制备:
1)将质量比为1∶0.01∶0.1∶1.2∶20的石墨烯、硅酸钠、氯酸钾、聚乙二醇400和水按照质量比混匀,加热到70℃后处理10h,趁热过滤并冷却后得到滤饼混合物A;2)将纳米二氧化钛、氧化锆和5%氢氧化纳水溶液按照质量比1∶0.1∶80混匀,经过加热到55℃处理5h后,冷却得到混合物B;3)将固体A加入到混合物B中,控制到120℃,加压到2个标准大气压处理24h,得到混合物C;4)将混合物C过滤用水洗涤后,220℃烘干得到固体D;5)将固体D研磨至均匀粒径小于10微米的颗粒,即得到新型石墨烯材料;

具体实施方式
以下结合具体实施例,对本发明作进一步的详细描述。
实施例1
功能石墨烯的制备方法,包括下步骤:
1)将100g石墨烯、1g硅酸钠、10g氯酸钾、120g聚乙二醇400和2000g水按照质量比混匀,加热到70℃,经过10h后趁热过滤;
2)将1g纳米二氧化钛、0.1g氧化锆和80g 5%氢氧化钠水溶液混匀,加热到55℃,经过5h后冷却得到混合物;

选取一种市售中药止痛贴作为空白对照组,将实施例1所得新型石墨烯材料作为组份制备成含相同作用成分的新型石墨烯中药止痛贴,作为实验组。选取40只小鼠作为对象,第1天为作用时间,采用经典“热板镇痛法”进行对比实验。

2.如权利要求1所述的一种新型石墨烯材料,是由如下步骤制备:
1)将质量比为1∶0.01∶0.1∶1.2∶20的石墨烯、硅酸钠、氯酸钾、聚乙二醇400和水按照质量比混匀,加热到70℃后处理10h,趁热过滤并冷却后得到滤饼混合物A;
2)将纳米二氧化钛、氧化锆和5-10%氢氧化纳水溶液按照质量比1∶0.1∶80混匀,经过加热到55℃处理5h后,冷却得到混合物B;
3)将固体A加入到混合物B中,控制到120℃,加压到2个标准大气压处理24h,得到混合物C;
4)将混合物C过滤用水洗涤后,220℃烘干得到固体D;
5)将固体D研磨至均匀粒径小于10微米的颗粒,即得到新型石墨烯材料;
