随着生活节奏的加快,人们的生活压力越来越大,为了应对各方面的压力,人们的精神一直处于紧绷状态,这给精神造成了极大的负担,进而致使人们出现心神不宁、失眠多梦、烦躁易怒、心悸、心慌、焦虑的情况,这些都不利于人们的健康。
中医认为,心主身之血脉,心气推动和调节血液循环,使其周流全身,发挥营养和滋润的作用,心脏气血的虚实和病变,可影响血脉的运行;血液的盈亏,也直接影响着心脏的功能;而气血动荡不安,则心神外弛。所以,养心补血是安神的首要任务。
目前市场上有很多养心补血、益气安神的药物,但大多都含有具有镇静、安眠药效的成分,这些药物的不良反应往往较大,且可能产生依赖性,不宜长期服用。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种能养心、益气安神、助眠的莲子宁心安神咀嚼片及其制备方法。
本发明的目的通过以下技术方案实现:
一种莲子宁心安神咀嚼片,由原料按以下重量份数制成,莲子25-30份、千张纸20-25份、荷梗15-20份、八仙草15-18份、茯苓10-15份、银杏叶10-12份、刺五加5-8份、洋葱3-5份、杂粮粉40-50份、浓缩果汁50-60份、辅料3-5份;所述辅料,由原料按以下重量份数制成,果胶酶0.5-0.9份、冰糖1-2份、甘露醇0.5-0.7、柠檬酸0.3-0.6份、黄原胶0.7-0.8份。
所述一种莲子宁心安神咀嚼片,原料按最佳重量份数,莲子30份、千张纸23份、荷梗15份、八仙草15份、茯苓13份、银杏叶10份、刺五加8份、洋葱4份、杂粮粉45份、浓缩果汁60份、辅料4份。
所述一种莲子宁心安神咀嚼片,所述杂粮粉中原料按最佳重量份数,紫薯10份、荞麦13份、蚕豆8份、高粱12份。
所述一种莲子宁心安神咀嚼片,所述浓缩果汁中原料按最佳重量份数,橘子15份、西柚10份、猕猴桃12份、柠檬14份。
所述一种莲子宁心安神咀嚼片,所述辅料中,原料按最佳重量份数,果胶酶0.7份、冰糖1.5份、甘露醇0.6、柠檬酸0.5份、黄原胶0.7份。
所述一种莲子宁心安神咀嚼片的制备方法,包括以下工序,
(1)分拣称量:
选取莲子、千张纸、荷梗、八仙草、茯苓、银杏叶、刺五加、洋葱、杂粮、水果,放入清洗机内,清洗2-3次,风干表层水分,按重量份数,称量,备用;
(2)制备混合液:
取洗净的莲子、千张纸、荷梗、八仙草、茯苓、银杏叶、刺五加、洋葱切成片或条、丝状,加入5-8倍水,大火煎煮0.5-1小时,再调至中火煎煮2-3小时,过滤得第一次煎液,残渣备用;取残渣,加入2-3倍清水,中火煎煮1.5-2.5小时,过滤得第二次煎液;将两次煎液合并,得混合液;
(3)制备浓缩果汁:
取新鲜饱满的水果,洗净去皮去核,加入2-3倍纯净水,榨汁,加入果胶酶,在40-45℃条件下酶解15-25分钟,过滤得果汁;取果汁,进行真空浓缩,得到水分含量12-15%的浓缩果汁;
(4)制备杂粮粉:
取杂粮,洗净晾干表层水分,微波烘焙至熟透,冷却至常温,进行真空干燥,取干燥后的杂粮,超微粉碎至200-260目,得杂粮粉;
(5)制备辅料:
按重量份数,取冰糖、甘露醇,粉碎至80-100目后,加入柠檬酸、黄原胶混合均匀,得辅料;
(6)制粒、压片:
取杂粮粉,放入搅拌机内,中速搅拌,同时将混合液、浓缩果汁均匀喷洒于混合粉上,混合配制后,加入辅料,混合均匀,再经湿法制粒机制粒,得整粒;取整粒,经高温干燥后,进行压片,片料经紫外线灭菌,得成品。
本发明的药物配比,源于传统中医药学中关于“扶正固本”“阴阳协调”的辩证思想,是发明人通过对中医药学潜心研究并根据实践经验,选取传统中药,科学配比、精心加工而成。
在原料中,
莲子,具有良好的养心功效;千张纸,以种子、树皮入药,可消炎镇痛,治心气痛,肝气痛;
荷梗,能解暑清热,理气化湿;八仙草,具有清热解毒,利尿通淋,消肿止痛的作用;茯苓,
所含茯苓酸具有增强免疫力、抗肿瘤以及镇静、降血糖作用;银杏叶,含有天然活性黄酮及苦内酯等与人体健康有益的多种成份,对改善脑功能障碍、高血压、眩晕、耳鸣、头痛、老年痴呆、记忆力减退等有明显效果;刺五加,可提高人体氧气吸收量,有夸张血管、改善大脑血量,双向调节的作用;洋葱,可用于降血压、提神醒脑、缓解压力;杂粮粉,营养丰富全面,能有效预防和改善身体疾病,维持脏腑组织和器官的正常活动;浓缩果汁,既能补充身体所需维生素,还能改善咀嚼片的口味,使其口感更佳。
在工序中,本发明取洗净的中药原料,反复煎煮,合并浸提液,得到混合液;取新鲜的水果,经榨汁、酶解、浓缩得浓缩果汁;选取杂粮烘培、粉碎得熟制的杂粮粉;将混合液、浓缩果汁均匀喷洒于杂粮粉上,再加入辅料,经湿法制粒机制得整粒,高温干燥后进行压片,最后经紫外线灭菌,得成品。
本发明的有益效果:本发明的一种莲子宁心安神咀嚼片,含有丰富的营养元素,长期食用,具有益气安神、养心助眠的功效,且天然无毒副作用,适宜大众人群。
本发明的工艺优点:工艺流程简洁、易操作,工艺科学,不会导致原料中营养元素的流失。
本发明经两组临床验证,其中一组为治疗组,食用本发明,每天食用本发明一次,7天为一个疗程,另一组对照组服用宁心安神口服液,每天服用一次,7天为一个疗程,每组选择门诊病人100例,其中男30例,女70例,最大年龄75岁,最小年龄25岁,临床表现为失眠多梦、心神不宁、烦躁易怒、心悸、焦虑,表一为服用一个疗程后的对照数据:

治疗组和对照组的有效率有明显差异,不难看出本发明临床应用上的显著疗效。

1.一种莲子宁心安神咀嚼片,其特征在于:由原料按以下重量份数制成,莲子25-30份、千张纸20-25份、荷梗15-20份、八仙草15-18份、茯苓10-15份、银杏叶10-12份、刺五加5-8份、洋葱3-5份、杂粮粉40-50份、浓缩果汁50-60份、辅料3-5份;所述辅料,由原料按以下重量份数制成,果胶酶0.5-0.9份、冰糖1-2份、甘露醇0.5-0.7、柠檬酸0.3-0.6份、黄原胶0.7-0.8份。

6.根据权利要求1-5任意一项所述一种莲子宁心安神咀嚼片的制备方法,其特征在于:包括以下工序,
(1)分拣称量:
选取莲子、千张纸、荷梗、八仙草、茯苓、银杏叶、刺五加、洋葱、杂粮、水果,放入清洗机内,清洗2-3次,风干表层水分,按重量份数,称量,备用;
(2)制备混合液:
取洗净的莲子、千张纸、荷梗、八仙草、茯苓、银杏叶、刺五加、洋葱切成片或条、丝状,加入5-8倍水,大火煎煮0.5-1小时,再调至中火煎煮2-3小时,过滤得第一次煎液,残渣备用;取残渣,加入2-3倍清水,中火煎煮1.5-2.5小时,过滤得第二次煎液;将两次煎液合并,得混合液;
