Abstract
本发明公开了一种鸡饲料,由下述重量份原料组成:玉米粉55‑65份、大豆10‑20份、棉籽粕15‑25份、花生壳1‑10份、灯心草0.1‑1份、罗布麻根0.1‑0.5份、麦冬0.05‑0.15份、枸杞子0.5‑1.5份、延胡索0.5‑1.5份、密蒙花0.1‑1份、碳酸钙0.1‑1份、明矾0.01‑0.05份、维生素E 0.005‑0.05份、氧化锌0.01‑0.05份、亚硒酸钠0.000001‑0.00001份、植物乳杆菌0.01‑0.1份、类胡萝卜素0.002‑0.02份、保鲜剂0.01‑0.1份。本发明鸡饲料,各原料相互配合形成了天然的抗生素,达到了清理肠道病毒,防止鸡腹泻以及养肝目的,避免了大多数鸡都患有脂肪肝的现状,使鸡肉更健康,其不仅无害不污染鸡肉品质,而且还会在鸡肉以及鸡蛋中留下淡淡的清香味,并且鸡肉和鸡蛋的营养更丰富,蛋白质含量更高,从而大大提升了鸡肉和鸡蛋的品质。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种动物饲料,尤其涉及一种鸡饲料。
背景技术
鸡是我国居民的肉制品,鸡肉以其独特的鲜美味道深受人们青睐,同时鸡肉也是人体蛋白质摄入的重要来源。随着生活水平的提高,人们对鸡蛋的营养及口感提出了更高的要求,而普通鸡在食用时会有腥味,影响了口感,降低了鸡蛋的品质。现代化大规模畜牧业饲养方式,提高了生产速度的同时,也带来了许多问题,畜产品品质降低和畜禽容易发生各种疾病,以及饲料中大量的添加抗生素类药物和添加剂对人类健康造成的危害,这些问题影响着我国畜牧业的健康发展。优质饲料是生产优质畜产品的保证,目前我国迫切需要能提高畜禽产品的质量和品质,对动物健康生长有益,对消费者的健康有益无害的饲料。我国有许多植物资源,里面含有很多的活性物质和营养成分,有非常高的药用价值,具有特殊的作用和功能,从植物中合理的选择开发和利用,提取有益成分并添加到饲料中,是提高畜禽生产性能和保障畜产品安全,生产优质饲料的一个有效途径。
鸡饲料通常是由蛋白质饲料、能量饲料、粗饲料、矿物质饲料和饲料添加剂组成的。蛋白质饲料包括植物性蛋白质饲料和动物性蛋白质饲料两大类。植物性蛋白质饲料有豆类及其加工副产品、谷物加工副产品和油饼等。动物性蛋白质饲料包括血骨粉、鱼粉、蚕蛹等,其特点是蛋白质含量高,是谷物饲料的3-8倍。谷实类能量饲料包括玉米、稻谷、大麦、谷子、高梁、荞麦、稗子等。含淀粉70%以上,粗蛋白质10%左右,粗脂肪、粗灰分各占3%,水分约占14%。粗纤维少,适口性好,消化率高。饲料添加剂具有完善饲料的营养性,提高饲料的利用率,促进动物生长和预防疾病,减少饲料贮存期间的营养物质损失等作用。饲料添加剂是饲料中不可缺少的部分。猪饲料添加剂种类很多,有用于补充营养素的添加剂,如氨基酸,无机盐微量元素,维生素等;有为了增进动物健康,促进动物生长或满足饲料加工等特殊要求的非营养性添加剂,如生长剂,抗氧化剂,防霉剂等。另外,在饲料中加有防治疾病的药物性饲料产品,称为饲料药物添加剂。
发明内容
一种鸡饲料,由下述重量份原料组成:玉米粉55-65份、大豆10-20份、棉籽粕15-25份、花生壳1-10份、灯心草0.1-1份、罗布麻根0.1-0.5份、麦冬0.05-0.15份、枸杞子0.5-1.5份、延胡索0.5-1.5份、密蒙花0.1-1份、碳酸钙0.1-1份、明矾0.01-0.05份、维生素E 0.005-0.05份、氧化锌0.01-0.05份、亚硒酸钠0.000001-0.00001份、植物乳杆菌0.01-0.1份、类胡萝卜素0.002-0.02份、保鲜剂0.01-0.1份。
优选地,所述的类胡萝卜素为β-隐黄素、番茄红素、叶黄素中一种或多种的混合物。
更优选地,所述的类胡萝卜素由β-隐黄素、番茄红素、叶黄素混合而成,所述β-隐黄素、番茄红素、叶黄素的质量比为(1-3):(1-3):(1-3)。
优选地,所述的保鲜剂为血根碱、石斛碱、小檗碱中一种或多种的混合物。
更优选地,所述的保鲜剂由血根碱、石斛碱、小檗碱混合而成,所述血根碱、石斛碱、小檗碱的质量比为(1-3):(1-3):(1-3)。
将上述各原料按比例称取,粉碎,混合均匀,即可制得本发明的鸡饲料。
本发明鸡饲料,各原料相互配合形成了天然的抗生素,达到了清理肠道病毒,防止鸡腹泻以及养肝目的,避免了大多数鸡都患有脂肪肝的现状,使鸡肉更健康,其不仅无害不污染鸡肉品质,而且还会在鸡肉以及鸡蛋中留下淡淡的清香味,并且鸡肉和鸡蛋的营养更丰富,蛋白质含量更高,从而大大提升了鸡肉和鸡蛋的品质;本发明尤其适用于鸡、鸭、鹅等家禽的喂养,如贵妃鸡的饲养,可以作为饲料直接添加喂养,也可以做为辅食或添加剂来使用,同时,其还可用于饲养其他畜禽、水产使用,均能有效提高动物生产的效率和效益,相较于现有饲料喂养的鸡,无论是肉质还是蛋质,都更加原生态,食用安全。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步描述。
实施例中各原料介绍:
玉米粉,采用上海老申坊食品有限公司生产的品种为黄玉米的食用玉米粉。
大豆,拉丁学名:Glycine max (Linn.) Merr,采用大连白桦粮谷加工有限公司提供的优质东北高蛋白大豆。
棉籽粕,采用南京市溧水渡江蛋白粉厂提供的饲料用棉籽粕。
花生壳,采用南京市溧水渡江蛋白粉厂提供的灰色粗花生壳。
灯心草,拉丁学名:Juncus effusus,产地广东。
罗布麻根,拉丁学名:A. venetum L,产地新疆。
麦冬,拉丁学名:Ophiopogon japonicus (Linn. f.) Ker-Gawl,产地广东。
枸杞子,拉丁学名,LyciumbarbarumL,产地宁夏。
延胡索,拉丁学名:Corydalis yanhusuo W.T.Wang,产地河北。
密蒙花,拉丁学名:Buddleja officinalis Maxim,产地四川。
碳酸钙,CAS号:471-34-1。
明矾,即硫酸铝钾十二水合物,CAS号:7784-24-9。
维生素E,CAS号:59-02-9。
氧化锌,CAS号:1314-13-2。
亚硒酸钠,CAS号:10102-18-8。
植物乳杆菌,是乳酸菌的一种,最适生长温度为30-35℃,厌氧或兼性厌氧,菌种为直或弯的杆状,单个、成对或成链状,最适pH 6.5左右,属于同型发酵乳酸菌。从农业部菌种库购买,植物乳杆菌,菌种号:ACCC11118,拉丁名称:Lactobacillus planta,活菌个数:5亿/ml。
β-隐黄素,CAS号:472-70-8。
番茄红素,CAS号:502-65-8。
叶黄素,CAS号:127-40-2。
血根碱,CAS号:5578-73-4。
石斛碱,CAS号:2115-91-5。
小檗碱,CAS号:2086-83-1。
实施例1
鸡饲料原料(重量份):玉米粉60份、大豆15份、棉籽粕20份、花生壳5份、灯心草0.4份、罗布麻根0.3份、麦冬0.1份、枸杞子1份、延胡索1份、密蒙花0.3份、碳酸钙0.5份、明矾0.02份、维生素E 0.02份、氧化锌0.02份、亚硒酸钠0.000005份、植物乳杆菌0.02份、类胡萝卜素0.009份、保鲜剂0.03份。
所述的类胡萝卜素由β-隐黄素、番茄红素、叶黄素按质量比为1:1:1搅拌混合均匀得到。
所述的保鲜剂由血根碱、石斛碱、小檗碱按质量比为1:1:1搅拌混合均匀得到。
鸡饲料制备:将玉米粉、大豆、棉籽粕、花生壳、灯心草、罗布麻根、麦冬、枸杞子、延胡索、密蒙花、碳酸钙混合均匀,然后粉碎过10目筛,再与明矾、维生素E、氧化锌、亚硒酸钠、植物乳杆菌、类胡萝卜素、保鲜剂混合均匀,得到混合料;将混合料在60℃烘干12小时,得到实施例1的鸡饲料。
实施例2
与实施例1基本相同,区别仅仅在于:所述的类胡萝卜素由β-隐黄素、番茄红素按质量比为1:1搅拌混合均匀得到。得到实施例2的鸡饲料。
实施例3
与实施例1基本相同,区别仅仅在于:所述的类胡萝卜素由番茄红素、叶黄素按质量比为1:1搅拌混合均匀得到。得到实施例3的鸡饲料。
实施例4
与实施例1基本相同,区别仅仅在于:所述的类胡萝卜素由β-隐黄素、叶黄素按质量比为1:1搅拌混合均匀得到。得到实施例4的鸡饲料。
实施例5
与实施例1基本相同,区别仅仅在于:所述的保鲜剂由石斛碱、小檗碱按质量比为1:1搅拌混合均匀得到。得到实施例5的鸡饲料。
实施例6
与实施例1基本相同,区别仅仅在于:所述的保鲜剂由血根碱、小檗碱按质量比为1:1搅拌混合均匀得到。得到实施例6的鸡饲料。
实施例7
与实施例1基本相同,区别仅仅在于:所述的保鲜剂由血根碱、石斛碱按质量比为1:1搅拌混合均匀得到。得到实施例7的鸡饲料。
测试例1:
350只蛋鸡分成7组,50只蛋鸡/组,采用笼中喂养,每组分别采用实施例1-7的鸡饲料喂养,每日用量120克/只。
连续喂养15天后,测试结果如表1,其中蛋黄颜色采用罗氏比色扇测定,生病率(%)=15天中生病蛋鸡数量/50×100%。比较后进行统计学分析,各组比较结果表明,P < 0.05,差异具有统计学意义。

采用实施例1的鸡饲料连续喂养15日后,观察所生鸡蛋,蛋黄呈枯红色,蛋清稠度大。鸡蛋食用时,鸡蛋没有任何腥气,蛋黄不粘喉,口味纯正,口感极佳。
比较实施例1和实施例2-4,实施例1(β-隐黄素、番茄红素、叶黄素复配)产蛋量和鸡蛋品质测试结果明显优于实施例2-4(β-隐黄素、番茄红素、叶黄素中任意二者复配)。比较实施例1与实施例5-7,实施例1(血根碱、石斛碱、小檗碱复配)产蛋量和鸡蛋品质测试结果明显优于实施例5-7(血根碱、石斛碱、小檗碱中任意二者复配)。
测试例2:
分别各取500克实施例1-7的鸡饲料,装袋,置试验箱中,于温度30℃、相对湿度75%的条件下放置。
在存放第60天进行取样,按照标准《GB/T 13092-2006饲料中霉菌总数的测定》测定各处理组饲料中霉菌总数。实验结果见表2。

比较实施例1和实施例2-4,实施例1(β-隐黄素、番茄红素、叶黄素复配)防霉效果明显优于实施例2-4(β-隐黄素、番茄红素、叶黄素中任意二者复配)。比较实施例1与实施例5-7,实施例1(血根碱、石斛碱、小檗碱复配)防霉效果明显优于实施例5-7(血根碱、石斛碱、小檗碱中任意二者复配)。
Claims (5)
1.一种鸡饲料,其特征在于,由下述重量份原料组成:玉米粉55-65份、大豆10-20份、棉籽粕15-25份、花生壳1-10份、灯心草0.1-1份、罗布麻根0.1-0.5份、麦冬0.05-0.15份、枸杞子0.5-1.5份、延胡索0.5-1.5份、密蒙花0.1-1份、碳酸钙0.1-1份、明矾0.01-0.05份、维生素E 0.005-0.05份、氧化锌0.01-0.05份、亚硒酸钠0.000001-0.00001份、植物乳杆菌0.01-0.1份、类胡萝卜素0.002-0.02份、保鲜剂0.01-0.1份。
2.如权利要求1所述的鸡饲料,其特征在于,所述的类胡萝卜素为β-隐黄素、番茄红素、叶黄素中一种或多种的混合物。
3.如权利要求2所述的鸡饲料,其特征在于,所述的类胡萝卜素由β-隐黄素、番茄红素、叶黄素混合而成,所述β-隐黄素、番茄红素、叶黄素的质量比为(1-3):(1-3):(1-3)。
4.如权利要求1-3中任一项所述的鸡饲料,其特征在于,所述的保鲜剂为血根碱、石斛碱、小檗碱中一种或多种的混合物。
5.如权利要求4所述的鸡饲料,其特征在于,所述的保鲜剂由血根碱、石斛碱、小檗碱混合而成,所述血根碱、石斛碱、小檗碱的质量比为(1-3):(1-3):(1-3)。
