背景技术
波尔山羊原产于南非,被称为世界“肉用山羊之王”,是世界上著名的生产高品质瘦肉的山羊,是一个优秀的肉用山羊品种。具有体型大,生长快;繁殖力强,产羔多;屠宰率高,产肉多;肉质细嫩,适口性好;耐粗饲,适应性强;抗病力强和遗传性稳定等特点。波尔山羊是优良公羊的重要品种来源,作为终端父本能显著提高杂交后代的生长速度和产肉性能。
山羊的生长阶段不同,对营养成分的需求也不相同,特别是妊娠母羊。而传统的饲养方法并没有根据妊娠母羊的需求,实施不同含量营养成分的饲料的供给,从而影响了妊娠母羊的生长发育,甚至影响到到妊娠母羊体内胎儿的生长发育。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明的目的在于提供一种波尔山羊妊娠母羊全价饲料饲料。该波尔山羊妊娠母羊全价饲料饲料配方合理,营养均衡,有效避免了波尔山羊妊娠母羊全价饲料饲料由于营养缺乏导致的流产、产后瘫痪及所产羊羔初生体重过轻等情况的发生。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案如下:
波尔山羊妊娠母羊全价饲料,由以下质量百分比组分组成:精饲料30%,全株玉米青贮饲料45%,干花生秧25%。
所述精饲料又称精料,单位体积或单位重量内含营养成分丰富,粗纤维含量低,消化率高的一类饲料。按营养价值分类,凡每千克干物质含消化能11077KJ以上,粗纤维含量低于18%,天然水分低于45%的均属精饲料。
所述全株玉米包括玉米的茎秆、叶、花、玉米棒。
所述青贮饲料是指将含水率为65%-75%的青绿饲料切碎后,在密闭缺氧的条件下,通过厌氧乳酸菌的发酵作用,抑制各种杂菌的繁殖,而得到的一种粗饲料。青贮饲料气味酸香、柔软多汁、适口性好、营养丰富、利于长期保存,是家畜优良饲料来源。
所述干花生秧是指经晒干的花生秧。花生秧中营养物质丰富,据分析测定.匍匐生长的花生秧茎叶中含有12.9%粗蛋白质,2%粗脂肪.46.8%的碳水化合物,其中花生叶的蛋白质含量高达20%,就可消化蛋白质而言,1千克干花生秧含可消化蛋白质70克左右,还含有17克钙.7克磷。
进一步,所述精饲料由以下质量百分比组分组成:玉米79%,豆粕5%,麦麸5%,米糠4%,小苏打0.67%,磷酸氢钙0.33%,食盐0.67%,蒙脱石0.33%,预混料5%。
所述玉米为禾本科玉蜀黍属一年生草本植物的果实。除含有碳水化合物、蛋白质、脂肪、胡萝卜素外,玉米中还含有异麦芽低聚糖、核黄素、维生素等营养物质。这些物质对预防心脏病、癌症等疾病有好处。另含矿物质元素和维生素等。玉米中含有的镁可加强肠壁蠕动,促进机体废物的排泄。玉米适口性好,能量高,可大量用于牛、羊的混合精料中。
所述豆粕是从(主要是黄豆和黑豆)榨油后的副产品,可做饲料、肥料,在各种植物中营养价值最高。一般来讲,每千克豆饼的干物质中消化能在3000千卡以上,粗蛋白质含量在40%以上。其中畜禽所必需的赖氨酸含量达2.5%~3%。本发明所述豆饼经过加热脱毒去毒处理。
所述麦麸即麦皮,小麦加工面粉副产品,麦黄色,片状或粉状。富含纤维素和维生素,主要用途有食用、入药、饲料原料、酿酒等。为小麦磨取面粉后筛下的种皮,就是外面的皮,主要是纤维、糊粉、一些矿物质和维生素。
所述米糠是稻谷脱壳后精碾稻米时的副产物,由外果皮、中果皮、交联层、种皮及糊粉层组成。米糠除了含有丰富的油酸、亚油酸等不饱和脂肪酸以外,还含有B族维生素、维生素E、膳食纤维、蛋白质、氨基酸等多种营养成分,在营养学上是十分优良的原料。
所述小苏打是碳氢氢钠的俗称,其在本申请中的作用为使波尔山羊采食量大大增加,从而提高饲料利用率、能量转化率、促进生长和增加产量。同时能够加速有害物质的排出,增强波尔山羊机体的抵抗力和免疫力始终保持最佳状态,提高波尔山羊的抗应激能力,对预防波尔山羊疾病,保证波尔山羊健康生长具有重要作用。
所述磷酸氢钙为磷、钙的补充剂。由于磷酸氢钙的磷钙比与动物骨骼中磷钙比最为接近,并且能够全部溶于动物胃酸中。磷酸氢钙可加速畜禽生长发育,缩短育肥期,快速增重;能提高畜禽的配种率及成活率,同时具有增强畜禽抗病耐寒能力,对畜禽的软骨症、白痢症、瘫疾症有防治作用。
所述食盐为饲料用食盐,其主要成分为氯化钠,不含有碘。食盐在本申请中的作用为作为调味剂,能够改善饲料的适口性,增强食欲,帮助营养物质的消化吸收,提高饲料利用率。是家畜、家禽饲料中重要的矿物质,是维持生命活动必不可少的物质。同时,还起着维持血液和组织液的酸碱平衡,调节正常渗透压的稳定;促使脂肪和蛋白质等有机物在代谢过程中的合成;在肠道中保持消化液呈碱性,能活化淀粉酶,并能保持胃液呈酸性,有杀菌作用。
所述蒙脱石又名微晶高岭石或胶岭石,是一种硅铝酸盐,其主要成分为八面体蒙脱石微粒,因其最初发现于法国的蒙脱城而命名。蒙脱石在本申请中的作用为:作为脱霉添加剂;平衡饲料元素,降低铅的含量和农药含量;替代抗生素治疗腹泻;降低应激反应。
所述预混料是添加剂预混合饲料的简称,它是将一种或多种微量组分(包括各种微量矿物元素、各种维生素、合成氨基酸、某些药物等添加剂)与稀释剂或载体按要求配比,均匀混合后制成的中间型配合饲料产品。

所述鱼腥草为三白草科植物蕺菜的干燥地上部分,味辛,性寒凉,在本申请中的作用为清热解毒、消肿疗疮、利尿除湿、清热止痢、健胃消食、抗菌、抗病毒、提高机体免疫力、利尿等。
所述板蓝根为十字花科植物菘蓝的干燥根,板蓝根分为北板蓝根和南板蓝根,北板蓝根来源为十字花科植物菘蓝的根;南板蓝根为爵床科植物马蓝的根茎及根。本申请的板蓝根为南板蓝根。其性寒,味先微甜后苦涩,在本申请中的作用为清热解毒、预防感冒、抗病原微生物。
所述龙胆草龙胆科多年生草本植物条叶龙胆等的根和茎,其味苦,性寒,在本申请中的作用为清热燥湿、泻肝定惊、增强波尔山羊食欲、抗菌。
所述连翘为木犀科植物连翘的干燥果实,在本申请中的作用为清热解毒,提高免疫。
所述蒲公英为菊科植物蒲公英、碱地蒲公英或同属数种植物的干燥全草,含有蒲公英醇、蒲公英素、胆碱、有机酸、菊糖等多种健康营养成分。本申请的蒲公英为碱地蒲公英,其味甘,微苦,性寒。在本申请中的作用为抗炎。
所述金银花为忍冬科忍冬属植物忍冬的干燥花蕾或带初开的花,其味甘,性寒,在本申请中的作用为宣散风热、清热解毒。
所述桔梗为桔梗科植物桔梗的根,在本申请的作用为宣肺、排脓。
所述杏仁为苦杏仁,在本申请中的作用为提供蛋白质、脂肪、糖等营养物质;润肠通便。
本发明的目的之二在于保护所述波尔山羊妊娠母羊全价饲料的制备方法,具体步骤为:
A.按照上述质量百分比称取精饲料,全株玉米青贮饲料和干花生秧,取称得的精饲料和干花生秧的40%得混合物A,取称得的全株玉米靑贮料和干花生秧的60%得混合物B;
B.对混合物A进行灭菌、提取、浓缩处理得浸膏,对混合物B进行灭菌、粉碎处理;
C.向步骤B所得浸膏中加入经过灭菌、粉碎处理的混合物B的粉末,搅拌均匀后,再用颗粒机制粒。
进一步,步骤B所述灭菌是通过紫外线实现的。
进一步,步骤B所述浓缩过程中温度为55~57℃,真空度为-0.05~-0.07Mpa,时间为15-20min。
进一步,步骤B所述提取通过体积分数为75-80%的乙醇溶液进行。
本发明的目的还在于保护所述波尔山羊妊娠母羊全价饲料在波尔山羊妊娠母羊饲喂中的应用。饲喂时,全价饲料的饲喂量为2.47-3.86kg/只/天。
本发明的有益效果在于:
本申请的波尔山羊妊娠母羊全价饲料配方合理,营养均衡,有效避免了波尔山羊妊娠母羊由于营养缺乏导致的流产、产后瘫痪及所产羊羔初生体重过轻等情况的发生。
具体实施方式
下面将结合实施例对本发明的实施方案进行详细描述,但是本领域技术人员将会理解,下列实施例仅用于说明本发明,而不应视为限定本发明的范围。优选实施例中未注明具体条件的实验方法,通常按照常规条件。
实施例1
称取麻黄100g、桑皮200g、荆芥200g、防风200g、羌活200g、甘草200g、细辛250g、鱼腥草250g、板蓝根200g、龙胆草250g、连翘100g、蒲公英100g、金银花100g、桔梗50g和杏仁100混合均匀得预混料。
实施例2
称取玉米790g,豆粕50g,麦麸50g,米糠40g,小苏打6.7g,磷酸氢钙3.3g,食盐6.7g,蒙脱石3.3g和实施例1制得的预混料50g混合均匀得精饲料。
实施例3
波尔山羊妊娠母羊全价饲料,由以下质量百分比组分组成:实施例2制得的精饲料300g,全株玉米青贮饲料450g和水分含量低于8%的干花生秧250g。
所述波尔山羊妊娠母羊全价饲料的制备方法为:
A.取精饲料300g和干花生秧的100g得混合物A,取称得的全株玉米靑贮料450g和干花生秧150g得混合物B;
B.对混合物A进行紫外线灭菌、通过体积分数为75%的乙醇溶液进行提取、浓缩(温度为55℃,真空度为-0.05Mpa,时间为15min)处理得浸膏,对混合物B进行紫外线灭菌、粉碎处理;
C.向步骤B所得浸膏中加入经过灭菌、粉碎处理的混合物B的粉末,搅拌均匀后,再用颗粒机制粒。
实施例4
波尔山羊妊娠母羊全价饲料,由以下质量百分比组分组成:实施例2制得的精饲料300g,全株玉米青贮饲料450g和水分含量低于8%的干花生秧250g。
所述波尔山羊妊娠母羊全价饲料的制备方法为:
A.取精饲料300g和干花生秧的100g得混合物A,取称得的全株玉米靑贮料450g和干花生秧150g得混合物B;
B.对混合物A进行紫外线灭菌、通过体积分数为80%的乙醇溶液进行提取、浓缩(温度为57℃,真空度为-0.07Mpa,时间为20min)处理得浸膏,对混合物B进行紫外线灭菌、粉碎处理;
C.向步骤B所得浸膏中加入经过灭菌、粉碎处理的混合物B的粉末,搅拌均匀后,再用颗粒机制粒。
实施例5
波尔山羊妊娠母羊全价饲料,由以下质量百分比组分组成:实施例2制得的精饲料300g,全株玉米青贮饲料450g和水分含量低于8%的干花生秧250g。
所述波尔山羊妊娠母羊全价饲料的制备方法为:
A.取精饲料300g和干花生秧的100g得混合物A,取称得的全株玉米靑贮料450g和干花生秧150g得混合物B;
B.对混合物A进行紫外线灭菌、通过体积分数为78%的乙醇溶液进行提取、浓缩(温度为56℃,真空度为-0.06Mpa,时间为17min)处理得浸膏,对混合物B进行紫外线灭菌、粉碎处理;
C.向步骤B所得浸膏中加入经过灭菌、粉碎处理的混合物B的粉末,搅拌均匀后,再用颗粒机制粒。
对比例
按照公开号为CN105558299A的发明专利申请实施例1所述方式制备饲料,具体为:
将占饲料总量为40%的植物秸秆、42%的青干草、8%的玉米、5%的豆粕、2%的蚕蛹送入粉碎机粉碎为粉末状后送入掺混机;将占饲料总量为1%的中草药添加剂、0.5%的盐、1%的氨基酸螯合微量元素、0.5%的复合维生素送入掺混机,将掺混机中的所有物料加水适量掺混均匀,得到混合饲料;将混合饲料送入造粒机造粒,其颗粒重控制为0.3-0.4g,然后送烘干机烘干,烘干机的温度应控制在50℃,烘干时间为1.2h,烘干后得到成品。
效果验证
选择体型外貌、生产性能基本一致、发育整齐、健康无病的孕期为1个月左右的波尔山羊母羊48只,随机分为4个组。
将实施例3-5及对比例制得的饲料按照2.55kg/只/天的量分别饲喂给四个组的波尔山羊妊娠母羊。检测波尔山羊妊娠母羊的健康状况、产羊羔初生体重、产羊羔成活率(产后15天内)。在此过程中,波尔山羊妊娠母羊的管理方式相同。检测结果如下表所示:

Claims (9)
1.波尔山羊妊娠母羊全价饲料,其特征在于,由以下质量百分比组分组成:精饲料30%,全株玉米青贮饲料45%,干花生秧25%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的波尔山羊妊娠母羊全价饲料,其特征在于,所述精饲料由以下质量百分比组分组成:玉米79%,豆粕5%,麦麸5%,米糠4%,小苏打0.67%,磷酸氢钙0.33%,食盐0.67%,蒙脱石0.33%,预混料5%。
3.根据权利要求1所述的波尔山羊妊娠母羊全价饲料,其特征在于,所述干花生秧中水分含量低于8%。
4.根据权利要求1所述的波尔山羊妊娠母羊全价饲料,其特征在于,所述预混料由以下质量份组分组成:麻黄2份、桑皮4份、荆芥4份、防风4份、羌活4份、甘草4份、细辛5份、鱼腥草5份、板蓝根4份、龙胆草5份、连翘2份、蒲公英2份、金银花2份、桔梗1份和杏仁2份。
5.权利要求1所述的波尔山羊妊娠母羊全价饲料的制备方法,其特征在于,具体步骤为:
A.按照上述质量百分比称取精饲料,全株玉米青贮饲料和干花生秧,取称得的精饲料和干花生秧的40%得混合物A,取称得的全株玉米靑贮料和干花生秧的60%得混合物B;
B.对混合物A进行灭菌、提取、浓缩处理得浸膏,对混合物B进行灭菌、粉碎处理;
C.向步骤B所得浸膏中加入经过灭菌、粉碎处理的混合物B的粉末,搅拌均匀后,再用颗粒机制粒。
6.根据权利要求5所述的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤B所述灭菌是通过紫外线实现的。
7.根据权利要求5所述的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤B所述浓缩过程中温度为55~57℃,真空度为-0.05~-0.07Mpa,时间为15-20min。
8.根据权利要求5所述的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤B所述提取通过体积分数为75-80%的乙醇溶液进行。
9.权利要求1-4任一项所述波尔山羊妊娠母羊全价饲料在波尔山羊妊娠母羊饲喂中的应用。
