Abstract
一种采用中空材料加工的电池模块外壳,由中空材料外壳和前后面板等构成。中空材料外壳(1)是由放置在模具型腔内的三维编织网(2)在高温环境下与树脂固化成型一个很长的筒形外壳,之后再根据电池模块(3)的长度尺寸再加工外壳长度尺寸。前后面板(5)是由塑胶材料模具成型,安装在中空材料外壳开口的两端构成了一个电池模块外壳。本发明采用中空材料加工的电池模块外壳,具有良好的绝缘和绝热性能、重量轻、结构简单,成本低廉等优点,电池模块长度不受限制,可以适应多种规格的电池模。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种电池模块的外壳设计。
背景技术
现在电池已经广泛应用在各个领域,电池模块已经广泛应用在电动汽车、大型能量存储系统等领域。目前电池模块的外壳大部分采用钢板、铝板等金属材料加工成型,导电的金属外壳存在潜在的安全隐患。也有一部分电池模块的外壳采用塑胶加工,由于模具费用昂贵,塑胶外壳仅仅适用于体积比较小的电池模块。由于模具的限制,塑胶电池模块的外壳很难适应多品种多规格电池模块。首饰电池模块外壳都存在重量比较重,影响电池模块的重量比能量。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种采用中空材料加工的电池模块外壳。
本发明由中空材料外壳和前后面板等构成。中空材料外壳是由放置在模具型腔内的三维编织网在高温环境下与树脂固化成型一个很长的筒形外壳,之后再根据电池模块的长度尺寸再加工外壳长度尺寸。前后面板是由塑胶材料模具成型,安装在中空材料外壳开口的两端构成了一个电池模块外壳。
所述的前后面板在对应中空材料外壳的位置可以加工一圈凹槽,在凹槽中间放置密封圈,构成一个具有密封结构的电池模块外壳。
本发明采用中空材料加工的电池模块外壳,具有良好的绝缘和绝热性能、重量轻、结构简单,成本低廉等优点,电池模块长度不受限制,可以适应多种规格的电池模。

具体实施方式
首先按照电池模块(3)的宽度和长度,使用玻璃纤维编织三维编织网(2),在三维编织网内表面和外表面涂覆环氧树脂或者酚醛树脂之后放置在模具型腔内,经过高温固化形成一个很长的筒形外壳(1),之后根据电池模块的长度再加工中空材料外壳的长度尺寸。
前后面板(5)是由塑胶材料模具成型,安在对应中空材料外壳的位置可以加工一圈凹槽(4),在凹槽中间放置密封圈(6)。在中空材料外壳开口的两端安装前后面板就构成一个具有密封结构的电池模块外壳。
Claims (2)
1.采用中空材料加工的电池模块外壳由中空材料外壳和前后面板等构成。中空材料外壳(1)是由放置在模具型腔内的三维编织网(2)在高温环境下与树脂固化成型一个很长的筒形外壳,之后再根据电池模块(3)的长度尺寸再加工外壳长度尺寸。前后面板(5)是由塑胶材料模具成型,安装在中空材料外壳开口的两端构成了一个电池模块外壳。
2.根据权利要求1所述的采用中空材料加工的电池模块外壳,其特征还在于:所述的前后面板在对应中空材料外壳的位置可以加工一圈凹槽(4),在凹槽中间放置密封圈(6)。
