本发明涉及一种弹性凝胶堵水剂及其制备方法。主要解决了现有选择性堵水剂存在地面粘度大封堵效果差的问题。其特征在于:其组分及配比按重量百分比如下:丙烯酰胺单体2‑5%、促胶剂5‑15%、阻聚剂0.05‑0.15%、胶体稳定剂0.3‑0.6%、交联剂0.3‑0.6%、缓凝剂0.2‑1.0%、引发剂0.2‑1.0%、鳌合剂0.2‑0.5%、其余为水;本发明还提供了一种弹性凝胶堵水剂的制备方法,首先分别将阻聚剂氢醌单甲醚用45‑55℃的热水溶解,将引发剂过硫酸钠用清水溶解;然后按比例依次将丙烯酰胺单体、促胶剂、胶体稳定剂、交联剂、缓凝剂、鳌合剂加入水中溶解后,加入溶解好的阻聚剂、最后加入引发剂,制得产品。该弹性凝胶堵水剂,地面粘度小,胶体强度高,胶体稳定性好,封堵有效期长,封堵效果好。

Description

一种弹性凝胶堵水剂及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及油田采油技术领域中一种处理剂,尤其是一种弹性凝胶堵水剂及其制备方法。
背景技术
目前油田油藏处于特高含水阶段,产液量大,水窜明显,主流线上水洗程度高,平面、层内层间矛盾突出,由于层内夹层分布不连续,实施机械堵水工艺无法有效封堵,急需进行化学堵水,封堵高压产液主力层,降低产液量,缓解平面矛盾。根据堵水剂对油层和水层的堵塞作用,化学堵水又可分为非选择性堵水和选择性堵水。非选择性堵水是指堵剂在油层中能同时封堵油层和水层的化学剂 ;选择性堵水是指堵剂只与水起作用,而不与油起作用,故只在水层造成堵塞而对油层影响甚微,是油田使用最为广泛的堵水剂之一。目前,现有选择性堵水剂存在地面粘度大,不易泵入,胶体强度低,胶体稳定性差,封堵有效期短,影响封堵效果。
发明内容
本发明在于克服背景技术中存在的现有选择性堵水剂存在地面粘度大封堵效果差的问题,而提供一种弹性凝胶堵水剂。该弹性凝胶堵水剂,地面粘度小,胶体强度高,胶体稳定性好,封堵有效期长,封堵效果好。本发明还提供了一种弹性凝胶堵水剂的制备方法。
本发明解决其问题可通过如下技术方案来达到:该弹性凝胶堵水剂 ,其组分及配比按重量百分比如下:丙烯酰胺单体2-5%、促胶剂5-15%、阻聚剂0.05-0.15%、胶体稳定剂0.3-0.6%、交联剂0.3-0.6%、缓凝剂0.2-1.0%、引发剂0.2-1.0%、鳌合剂0.2-0.5%、其余为水。所述的百分比是以弹性凝胶堵水剂的总重量为100%计。
所述促胶剂为水玻璃,密度1.3-1.4g/cm;阻聚剂为氢醌单甲醚;胶体稳定剂为无水亚硫酸氢钠;交联剂为甲叉基双丙烯酰胺;引发剂为过硫酸钠;鳌合剂为乙二胺四乙酸四钠;缓凝剂为无水氯化钙。
本发明还提供一种弹性凝胶堵水剂的制备方法,首先分别将阻聚剂氢醌单甲醚用45-55℃的热水溶解,将引发剂过硫酸钠用清水溶解;然后按比例依次将丙烯酰胺单体、促胶剂、胶体稳定剂、交联剂、缓凝剂、鳌合剂加入水中溶解后,加入溶解好的阻聚剂、最后加入引发剂,制得产品。
本发明与上述背景技术相比较可具有如下有益效果:该弹性凝胶堵水剂,在配方中引入了有机硅凝胶体系,使凝胶体系形成一种象橡胶一样的弹性体,在保持一定强度的同时又有一定的弹性,从而保证了堵水调剖的质量。一方面,有机硅凝胶具有较好的抗高温和抗盐能力,可以在高温和高盐条件下使用;另一方面,由于初始粘度较低,易于泵入,可用于低渗油藏。凝胶体系胶体强度高,胶体稳定性好,热稳定性在50℃下稳定24个月。封堵有效期长,封堵效果好。可有效封堵采出井的出液层,化学堵水措施后平均单井产液量下降40%以上。该弹性凝胶堵水剂可以满足不同油藏条件下的注水井调剖、生产井封堵水层、封堵水锥、管外窜漏、出沙形成的空洞等需求。
具体实施方式:
下面将结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步说明:
实施例1.
首先分别将0.5g阻聚剂氢醌单甲醚用20g的50℃的热水溶解,将2.5g引发剂过硫酸钠用10g清水溶解;然后按比例依次将15g丙烯酰胺单体、50g促胶剂水玻璃、2.5g胶体稳定剂无水亚硫酸氢钠、2.5g交联剂甲叉基双丙烯酰胺、2.5g缓凝剂无水氯化钙、2.0g鳌合剂乙二胺四乙酸四钠加入392.5g水中溶解后,加入溶解好的阻聚剂、最后加入引发剂,搅拌均匀,制得500g产品;用旋转粘度计测试基液表观粘度为1.0mPa·s。然后将产品放入50℃的烘箱中反应,测试成胶时间6小时,成胶粘度为45400 mPa·s。
实施例2:
首先分别将0.6g阻聚剂氢醌单甲醚用20g的50℃的热水溶解,将3.0g引发剂过硫酸钠用10g清水溶解;然后按比例依次将20g丙烯酰胺单体、60g促胶剂水玻璃、2.5g胶体稳定剂无水亚硫酸氢钠、3.0g交联剂甲叉基双丙烯酰胺、2.5g缓凝剂无水氯化钙、2.0g鳌合剂乙二胺四乙酸四钠加入376.4g水中溶解后,加入溶解好的阻聚剂、最后加入引发剂,搅拌均匀,制得500g产品。用旋转粘度计测试基液表观粘度为2.0mPa·s。然后将产品放入50℃的烘箱中反应,测试成胶时间3小时,成胶粘度为77806 mPa·s。
上述实施例1-2制备的弹性凝胶堵水剂,凝胶体系热稳定性在50℃下能够稳定24个月。可有效封堵采出井的出液层,化学堵水措施后平均单井产液量下降40%-80%以上。该弹性凝胶堵水剂适用温度30--65℃。

1.一种弹性凝胶堵水剂,其特征在于:其组分及配比按重量百分比如下:丙烯酰胺单体2-5%、促胶剂5-15%、阻聚剂0.05-0.15%、胶体稳定剂0.3-0.6%、交联剂0.3-0.6%、缓凝剂0.2-1.0%、引发剂0.2-1.0%、鳌合剂0.2-0.5%、其余为水。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种弹性凝胶堵水剂,其特征在于:所述促胶剂为水玻璃 ;阻聚剂为氢醌单甲醚;胶体稳定剂为无水亚硫酸氢钠;交联剂为甲叉基双丙烯酰胺;引发剂为过硫酸钠;鳌合剂为乙二胺四乙酸四钠;缓凝剂为无水氯化钙。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种弹性凝胶堵水剂,其特征在于:所述水玻璃密度1.3-1.4g/cm
4.一种根据权利要求1或2所述的一种弹性凝胶堵水剂的制备方法,其特征在于:首先分别将阻聚剂氢醌单甲醚用45-55℃的热水溶解,将引发剂过硫酸钠用清水溶解;然后按比例依次将丙烯酰胺单体、促胶剂、胶体稳定剂、交联剂、缓凝剂、鳌合剂加入水中溶解后,加入溶解好的阻聚剂、最后加入引发剂,制得产品。
