本发明一种高光泽农用车涂料,由下述质量份数的各原料组成:热固性丙烯酸树脂40‑55 份;聚酯树脂 5‑12份;钛白粉 4‑6份;中铬黄 2‑3份;炉黑0.5‑1份;分散剂 0.3‑0.6 份;氨基树脂 18‑25份;1%二甲苯硅油液0.1‑0.3 份;流平剂 0.1‑0.5份;消泡剂 0.1‑0.5份;混合溶剂 15‑20 份。本发明高光泽农用车涂料喷涂农用车后,经130℃/30分钟烘干,所得漆膜经检测,机械性能优良,光泽高,达到用户要求。

技术领域
本发明涉及涂料技术领域,具体涉及一种高光泽农用车涂料。
背景技术
随着工业要求的不断提升,用户对农用车的涂装要求越来越高,客户要求农用车漆膜的光泽达到95以上,市场现有的农用车涂料一般为醇酸氨基烤漆,其光泽在80-85左右,无法满足此要求。
发明内容
为解决现有农用车涂料存在的光泽较低的技术问题,本发明提供了一种高光泽农用车涂料。
本发明一种高光泽农用车涂料,由下述质量份数的的各原料组成:
进一步的,所述热固性丙烯酸树脂为三木公司BS-961丙烯酸树脂。
进一步的,所述聚酯树脂为Bayer N1520聚酯树脂。
进一步的,所述氨基树脂为三木公司5717氨基树脂。
进一步的,所述分散剂为BYK104S分散剂。
进一步的,所述流平剂为BYK300或BYK310中的一种或多种。
进一步的,所述消泡剂为BYK141或BYK390中的一种或多种。
进一步的,所述混合溶剂为DBE:二甲苯:丁酯=10:70:20。
用本发明高光泽农用车涂料喷涂农用车后,经130℃/30分钟烘干,所得漆膜经检测,机械性能优良,光泽高,达到用户要求。

一种高光泽农用车涂料,由下述质量份数的的各原料组成:
其中,混合溶剂为:DBE、二甲苯和丁酯的混合物,且DBE:二甲苯:丁酯=10:70:20。

下表为使用实施例1-3的高光泽农用车涂料和市场上现有的农用车涂料,分别喷涂试板后,经130℃/30分钟烘干,所得漆膜经检测,机械性能如下表所示:

1.高光泽农用车涂料,其特征在于,由下述质量份数的的各原料组成:
热固性丙烯酸树脂 40-55 份;
聚酯树脂 5-12份;
钛白粉 4-6份;
中铬黄 2-3份;
炉黑 0.5-1份;
分散剂 0.3-0.6 份;
氨基树脂 18-25份;
1%二甲苯硅油液 0.1-0.3 份;
流平剂 0.1-0.5份;
消泡剂 0.1-0.5份;
混合溶剂 15-20 份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的农用车涂料,其特征在于:所述热固性丙烯酸树脂为三木公司BS-961丙烯酸树脂。
3.根据权利要求1所述的农用车涂料,其特征在于:所述聚酯树脂为Bayer N1520聚酯树脂。
4.根据权利要求1所述的农用车涂料,其特征在于:所述所述氨基树脂为三木公司5717氨基树脂。
5.根据权利要求1所述的农用车涂料,其特征在于:所述分散剂 为 BYK104S分散剂。
6.根据权利要求1所述的农用车涂料,其特征在于,所述流平剂为BYK300或BYK310中的一种或多种。
7.根据权利要求1所述的农用车涂料,其特征在于:所述消泡剂为BYK141或BYK390中的一种或多种。
