Abstract

Description

盘式制动器
技术领域
本发明涉及一种特别是用于商用车辆的盘式制动器,盘式制动器具有制动衬片、压制弹簧和压制卡箍,其中,压制卡箍在相对于制动器的转动轴线径向向内的方向上将压制弹簧朝着制动衬片预紧。
背景技术
本文开头所述类型的盘式制动器例如由EP 248 385 B1公知。在这种盘式制动器中,压制弹簧用于将制动衬片保持在构造在盘式制动器的制动器架或制动钳上的井状结构中,制动衬片径向地从外部插入到该井状结构中。制动衬片因此可以抵抗压制弹簧的预紧力径向向外运动。“径向”在此不一定指的就是数学上准确的径向方向。确切地说,用径向表示如下的方向,即,制动衬片在该方向上可以抵抗压制弹簧的预紧力“向外”运动。
制动衬片在径向方向上或“向外”的这种运动尤其在恶劣路段上可以被观察到。在公知的盘式制动器中,在超过了特定程度的向外的径向运动时制动衬片抵靠在压制弹簧上。压制弹簧由此在制动衬片与压制卡箍之间夹紧。这种可能伴随巨大的夹紧力以及尤其在恶劣路段上可能极为频繁出现的夹紧会损伤压制弹簧,因此减少压制弹簧的使用寿命。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是,保护压制弹簧不受上述损害以及由此延长压制弹簧的使用寿命。
按照本发明,该技术问题由此解决,即,在压制卡箍在径向方向上覆盖压制弹簧的区域中压制弹簧距离制动衬片的最小的径向间距大于在压制卡箍在径向方向上覆盖制动衬片的区域中压制卡箍距离制动衬片的最小的径向间距。
通过上述设计方案确保的是,当制动衬片在径向方向上超过了预先确定的程度向外运动时,制动衬片抵靠在压制卡箍上以及由此在制动衬片到达压制弹簧之前阻止了制动衬片进一步运动。因为制动衬片由此在任何运行状态中都不能在压制卡箍在径向方向上覆盖压制弹簧的区域中接触压制弹簧,所以压制弹簧不会在压制卡箍和制动衬片之间被夹紧。因此避免了压制弹簧的由夹紧引起的损伤。
换句话说,本发明教导的是,在制动衬片可能在径向方向与压制卡箍相对置的部位上抵靠在压制弹簧上之前,通过抵靠在压制卡箍上来停止制动衬片的径向运动。
如果上文提到如下的区域,即,在该区域中压制卡箍在径向方向上覆盖压制弹簧,那么在此不一定表示单个的相关区域。本发明例如也能应用于具有两个沿轴向方向延伸的板条的压制卡箍,因此也构造出两个如下区域,即,在这两个区域中,压制卡箍在径向方向上覆盖压制弹簧。重要的仅在于,制动衬片在这样的区域中无法从径向内部到达压制弹簧。
只要遵循所阐释的关系,那么上述径向间距原则上可以是任意的。但按照本发明优选规定,在压制卡箍在径向方向上覆盖压制弹簧的区域中压制弹簧距离制动衬片的最小的径向间距处在1.5mm至4mm的范围内,进一步优选在2mm至3mm的范围内。
按照本发明同样优选的是,在压制卡箍在径向方向上覆盖制动衬片的区域中压制卡箍距离制动衬片的最小的径向间距在1mm至3.5mm的范围内,进一步优选在1.5mm至2.5mm的范围内。
按照本发明的另一个优选的实施形式规定,在制动器的静止状态下,在压制卡箍在径向方向上覆盖压制弹簧的区域中压制弹簧距离制动衬片的最小的径向间距与在压制卡箍在径向方向上覆盖制动衬片的区域中压制卡箍距离制动衬片的最小的径向间距之差,在0.5mm至2mm的范围内,进一步优选在1mm至1.5mm的范围内。
按照本发明的特别优选的实施形式,设置有凸肩,该凸肩的径向边界确定了在压制卡箍在径向方向上覆盖制动衬片的区域中压制卡箍距离制动衬片的最小的径向间距。
换句话说,按照本发明的这个设计方案设置特别的抵靠部,以便确保在径向向外运动时,在制动衬片到达压制弹簧之前,制动衬片抵靠在压制卡箍上。
凸肩可以在轴向方向上位于在压制弹簧之前或之后。但该凸肩也可以延伸穿过压制弹簧中的贯通孔。因此在这两种情况下凸肩都可以同时用于在至少一个轴向方向上支撑压制弹簧。
按照本发明的另一个优选的实施形式,该凸肩构造在制动衬片上。
在此,按照本发明可以进一步优选地规定,凸肩搭接压制弹簧。凸肩由此同时也用于在径向方向上防止压制弹簧超过预先确定的程度地从制动衬片抬起或干脆防止压制弹簧从制动衬片抬起。
最后按照本发明可以规定,凸肩构造在压制卡箍上。

具体实施方式
图1至5中示出了本发明的第一实施例,其具有制动衬片10、压制弹簧12和压制卡箍14。由图2和4可知,在附图所示的实施例中,制动衬片10保持在盘式制动器的制动器架16中。制动器的转动轴线用A标注。在此,制动器架16在井状结构中容纳制动衬片10,在井状结构中,制动衬片10在周向方向上以及径向向内地受支撑或受导引。制动器架16就此而言形成了基本上U形的井状结构。该井状结构径向向外敞开。借助压制卡箍14将制动衬片10径向向内压入到该井状结构中。在此,压制弹簧12处在压制卡箍14与制动衬片10之间。
制动衬片10可以通过这种设计方案克服压制弹簧12的复位力地径向向外运动。
在图3和5中,用附图标记D标注了在压制卡箍14在径向方向上覆盖压制弹簧12的区域中压制弹簧12距离制动衬片10的最小的径向间距。
在图1至5所示的实施例中,制动衬片配设有凸肩18,该凸肩布置在压制卡箍14在径向方向上覆盖制动衬片10的区域中。压制卡箍距离凸肩18以及因此距离制动衬片10的最小的径向间距用附图标记d标注。
在制动器的在图2和3中示出的静止状态下,间距D为2mm,而间距d仅为1mm。
在图4和5中示出的运行状态中与之不同的是:具体来说,制动衬片10在此在径向方向上向外移动,这例如可能在恶劣路段上出现。间距d在图4和5所示的运行状态下为零。换句话说,凸肩18以及因此制动衬片10抵靠在压制卡箍14上。但间距D仍有1mm。制动衬片10因此并不抵靠在压制弹簧12上。由此尤其避免压制弹簧12在压制卡箍14与制动衬片10之间的夹紧。
由图1可知,在第一实施例中,凸肩18在轴向方向上处在压制弹簧12之后。该凸肩平行于压制弹簧地延伸。在按图6至9的实施例中与之不同。
在那里,所示的制动衬片20具有凸肩28,该凸肩延伸穿过压制弹簧22中的贯通孔30。由于制动衬片20有凸肩28,在径向方向上压制卡箍24比压制弹簧22更靠近制动衬片20。换句话说,径向间距D又小于径向间距d。
图7和8对应涉及第一实施例的图2和3地示出了在静止状态下本发明的第二实施例。因为径向间距D大于径向间距d,所以在制动衬片20例如在恶劣路段上径向向外移动时,在到达压制弹簧22之前制动衬片20以其凸肩28抵靠在压制卡箍24上。再次可靠地避免了压制弹簧22在制动衬片20与压制卡箍24之间的夹紧。
凸肩28具有两个凸节,凸肩以这两个凸节在径向外部搭接压制弹簧22。因此即使当压制卡箍24被取下时,压制弹簧22也被拦挡在制动衬片20或制动衬片的凸肩28上。压制弹簧不能径向向外弹开,这会造成危险。
图9对应涉及第一实施例的图5地示出了在已移动状态下的第二实施例。间距d再次为零。

Claims (14)

1.盘式制动器,所述盘式制动器具有:
制动衬片(10、20),
压制弹簧(12、22),以及
压制卡箍(14、24),其中,
所述压制卡箍在相对于制动器的转动轴线(A)径向向内的方向上将所述压制弹簧朝着所述制动衬片预紧,
其特征在于,
在所述压制卡箍(14、24)在径向方向上覆盖所述压制弹簧的区域中所述压制弹簧(12、22)距离所述制动衬片(10、20)的最小的径向间距(D)大于在所述压制卡箍在径向方向上覆盖所述制动衬片的区域中所述压制卡箍距离所述制动衬片的最小的径向间距(d)。
2.按照权利要求1所述的盘式制动器,其特征在于,在所述压制卡箍(14、24)在径向方向上覆盖所述压制弹簧的区域中所述压制弹簧(12、22)距离所述制动衬片(10、20)的最小的径向间距(D)处在1.5mm至4mm的范围内。
3.按照权利要求1或2所述的盘式制动器,其特征在于,在所述压制卡箍在径向方向上覆盖所述制动衬片的区域中所述压制卡箍(14、24)距离所述制动衬片(10、20)的最小的径向间距(d)处在1mm至3.5mm的范围内。
4.按照权利要求1或2所述的盘式制动器,其特征在于,在制动器的静止状态下,在所述压制卡箍(14、24)在径向方向上覆盖所述压制弹簧的区域中所述压制弹簧(12、22)距离所述制动衬片(10、20)的最小的径向间距(D)与在所述压制卡箍在径向方向上覆盖所述制动衬片的区域中所述压制卡箍距离所述制动衬片的最小的径向间距(d)之差处在0.5mm至2mm的范围内。
