本发明总体上涉及一种家用充碳酸气系统,尤其涉及一种充碳酸气管。
背景技术
现有技术中已知的充碳酸气管用作媒介物(vehicle),其向水或任何其它液体中注入二氧化碳(CO2)以生成碳酸饮料。
在家用充碳酸气系统中,二氧化碳通常经由充碳酸气管从气罐通过充碳酸气头脉冲输送进水瓶中。充碳酸气头通常包括将销针按压在气体罐上从而在压下时释放气体的启动器、以及在充碳酸气过程中调节压力的阀。
发明内容
根据本发明的优选实施例,提供了一种家用碳酸机。所述家用碳酸机包括可连接至充碳酸气头的气体罐、和非金属的充碳酸气管,所述充碳酸气管包括在其远端设置的一体形成的金属端头/尖头,其中所述充碳酸气管可连接至所述充碳酸气头以将注入的二氧化碳从气体罐输送到水瓶。
而且,根据本发明的优选实施例,所述充碳酸气管的孔口的直径在0.2mm至0.5mm之间。
进一步地,根据本发明的优选实施例,所述金属端头减少了在充碳酸气过程期间冰的形成,并且所述金属端头成型为在形成了冰时切穿冰。
根据本发明的优选实施例,提供了一种非金属的充碳酸气管,其包括在其远端设置的一体形成的金属端头、以及将所述管连接至充碳酸气头的连接件。
而且,根据本发明的优选实施例,所述充碳酸气管的孔口的直径在0.2mm至0.5mm之间。
进一步地,根据本发明的优选实施例,所述金属端头减少了在充碳酸气过程期间冰的形成,并且所述金属端头成型为在形成了冰时切穿冰。
根据本发明的优选实施例,提供了一种生成碳酸水的方法,其包括通过使用带金属端头的非金属的充碳酸气管减少在冷水的充碳酸气期间冰的形成、和使用所述金属端头切割在充碳酸气期间形成的冰,其中所述金属端头成型为对冰切割。
而且,根据本发明的优选实施例,水的温度低于7℃。
进一步地,根据本发明的优选实施例,用于充碳酸气的气体的气瓶的温度高于22℃。

具体实施方式
在下面的详细说明中,为了提供对本发明的全面理解,阐述了若干具体的细节。然而,本领域技术人员应当理解的是,本发明可以在没有这些具体细节的情况下来实现。在其它实例中,没有详细地描述已知的方法、过程和构件,以免使本发明模糊不清。
为了与家用碳酸机一起使用而制造的充碳酸气管通常由塑料制成,其具有带孔口的端头,通过该孔口分配注入的二氧化碳。
申请人已经意识到,当使用冷水和暖气体罐进行充碳酸气时,可能在充碳酸气管的孔口处形成或部分形成冰。应意识到的是,对于在充碳酸气期间形成的冰,冷水可被视为在低于7℃的任意温度,暖气体罐可被视为在高于22℃的任意温度。还应意识到的是,任何形成的冰可阻塞或部分阻塞孔口,遏制或降低CO2流入水中,由此降低充碳酸气的水平。
申请人还意识到了,在管的远端使用金属端头可以减少或甚至避免冰的形成。申请人已经意识到,由于金属的高导热性,金属端头可从水中向金属端头的孔口区域提供更大的热流,从而避免冰的形成。申请人还意识到了,冰在金属上的粘附系数(stickingcoefficient)比冰在塑料上的粘附系数小,从而CO2经过孔口的流动可以容易地去除任何已积聚的冰。申请人进一步意识到了,在端头端部处金属的锋利度也可以切割形成的任何冰。
申请人还意识到了,CO2经过充碳酸气管的高速流动会侵蚀塑料端头的孔口壁,从而增大孔口的直径。应理解的是,孔口的直径越小,充碳酸气过程的可重复性越好。因此,孔口直径的增大可影响充碳酸气过程的总重复性。应理解的是,孔口的最优直径可在0.2mm至0.5mm之间。
现参照图1,其示出了根据本发明实施例的带金属端头的充碳酸气管100。充碳酸气管100包括壳体10、中空区域20、金属端头30、孔口40和例如为螺纹区域50的连接件。
现参照图2,其示出了在家用充碳酸气系统200中使用充碳酸气管100。应理解的是,在充碳酸气过程中,充碳酸气管100如美国专利公开文献2013-0037969中描述的那样通过螺纹区域50连接至充碳酸气头210,该专利于2014年2月14日公布并已转让给本发明的共同受让人。
CO2可从气体罐220脉冲输送,并通过充碳酸气头210经由管100通过中空区域20、金属端头30和孔口40流入冷水瓶中。
应理解的是,充碳酸气管100可通过嵌入成型(insert molding)制造。可将金属端头30插入适当的模具并在其上注射塑料,由此将其保持就位并使得金属端头30为管100的整体式部件,这是因为其不能被松开或移除。
因此,带金属端头的充碳酸气管可与家用碳酸机一起使用,从而抑制在冷水的充碳酸气期间冰的产生和累积。
虽然已经在此图示和描述了本发明的某些特征,但本领域技术人员可设想出许多修改、替换、改变、和等效实施例。因此,应当理解的是,所附权利要求意在覆盖落在本发明的真实精神范围内的所有这些修改和变型。
Claims (9)
1.一种家用碳酸机,所述家用碳酸机包括:
可连接至充碳酸气头的气体罐;和
非金属的充碳酸气管,所述充碳酸气管包括在其远端设置的一体形成的金属端头,其中所述充碳酸气管可连接至所述充碳酸气头以将注入的二氧化碳从所述气体罐输送到水瓶。
2.根据权利要求1所述的家用碳酸机,其中,所述充碳酸气管的孔口的直径在0.2mm至0.5mm之间。
3.根据权利要求1所述的家用充碳酸气系统,其中,所述金属端头减少在充碳酸气过程期间冰的形成,并且其中所述金属端头成型为在形成了冰时切穿所述冰。
4.一种非金属的充碳酸气管,包括:
在其远端设置的一体形成的金属端头;和
将所述管连接至充碳酸气头的连接件。
5.根据权利要求4所述的充碳酸气管,其中,所述金属端头的孔口的直径在0.2mm至0.5mm之间。
6.根据权利要求4所述的充碳酸气管,其中,所述金属端头减少在充碳酸气过程期间冰的形成,并且其中所述金属端头成型为在形成了冰时切穿所述冰。
7.一种生成碳酸水的方法,所述方法包括:
通过使用带金属端头的非金属的充碳酸气管减少对冷水充碳酸气期间冰的形成;和
使用所述金属端头切割在所述充碳酸气期间形成的冰,其中所述金属端头成型为对所述冰切割。
8.根据权利要求7所述的方法,其中,所述水的温度低于7℃。
9.根据权利要求7所述的方法,其中,用于所述充碳酸气的气体的气瓶的温度高于22℃。
