本发明公开了一种电机定子,其结构特点是:前法兰、筋条、筒体、后法兰、吊攀和底脚均为钢板件,筋条为凸形,筋条均布于前法兰和后法兰之间,筒体裹在筋条外,前法兰、筋条、筒体、后法兰焊接在一起,吊攀和底脚焊接在筒体上。筒体下部有进风窗口,上部有出线窗口。鱼刺形散热套为散热性好的铸铝件,压装在机座筋条上。带绕组定子铁心压装在机座筋条上。本发明的技术效果是:机座为钢板焊接件,力学性能好,制作方便,加工简单。机座筒体下部有进风窗口用来进风冷却带绕组定子铁心,上部有出线窗口用来引出带绕组定子铁心引出线。设有鱼刺形散热套,改善带绕组定子铁心散热效果,使筒体表面温度均匀,降低电机温升,提高电机效率。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种电机的部件,尤其涉及一种电机定子。
背景技术
电机定子机座常用铸件,如用铸铁,则机座较重,且加工性不好,如用铸铝,则机座刚度和强度欠佳。
电机运行时,带绕组定子铁心产生的热量通过筋条直接传递给机座筒体,因筋条数量有限,造成机座筒体温度分布不均匀,不利电机散热,进而不利电机温升和电机效率,而且机座表面温度高点有时会超过安全温度。所以改善带绕组定子铁心散热效果,使筒体表面温度均匀很有必要。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种电机定子,它的机座为钢板焊接件,力学性能好,制作方便,加工简单。机座筒体下部有进风窗口用来进风冷却带绕组定子铁心,上部有出线窗口用来引出带绕组定子铁心引出线。设有鱼刺形散热套,改善带绕组定子铁心散热效果,使筒体表面温度均匀,降低电机温升,提高电机效率。鱼刺形散热套和带绕组定子铁心采用压装,与机座筋条完全贴合,并且安装方便。

具体实施方式
如图1-图8所示,本发明是这样实现的,前法兰1、筋条2、筒体3、后法兰4、吊攀5和底脚6均为钢板件。筋条2为凸形,筋条2均布于前法兰1和后法兰4之间,筒体3裹在筋条2外,前法兰1、筋条2、筒体3、后法兰4焊接在一起。吊攀5和底脚6焊接在筒体3上。筒体3下部开有进风窗口7用来进风冷却带绕组定子铁心10,上部开有出线窗口8用来引出带绕组定子铁心引出线11。鱼刺形散热套9为散热性好的铸铝件,压装在筋条2上。带绕组定子铁心10压装在筋条2上。
