本实用新型涉及一种引出线引出装置，尤其涉及一种发电机定子绕组引出线引出装置。
背景技术
发电机的定子绕组嵌入定子铁心后，每相的绕组引出线需引出供用户接线使用。通常情况下是将这些引出线沿线圈端部圆周方向直接绑扎在一起，然后从机座出线窗口引出，这样不利于引出线的散热，固定也不可靠。因各相绕组发热聚集，容易引起绝缘损坏，发生短路现象，造成事故。还有一种引出方法就是通过焊接电缆线引出，发热低，绝缘强，但是增加了成本，而且有焊接点，也影响电机的可靠性。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供了一种发电机定子绕组引出线引出装置，它具有散热好、强度高和增加电机可靠性的优点。
本实用新型是这样来实现的，它包括机座、定子铁心、筋条、固定钩和出线窗口, 其特征在于机座下方连接筋条，筋条的下表面左侧连接定子铁心，筋条的下表面右侧连有固定钩，位于固定钩正上方的机座设有出线窗口。
本实用新型的技术效果是：本实用新型使得定子绕组引出线直接铜线引出，成本低，操作简便。引出线沿线圈端部圆周分散引出，散热好，增加电机可靠性。引出线固定到机座筋上的固定钩上，强度高，受磁拉力而不转动。

如图1所示，本实用新型是这样来实现的，它包括机座1、定子铁心2、筋条3、固定钩4和出线窗口5, 其结构特点是机座1下方连接筋条3，筋条3的下表面左侧连接定子铁心2，筋条3的下表面右侧连有固定钩4，位于固定钩4正上方的机座设有出线窗口5。
如图2所示，在由本实用新型发电机定子绕组引出线引出结构中：定子绕组6嵌入定子铁心2中，定子绕组6直接铜线引出，固定钩4焊接在机座1沿圆周的各条筋条3上，定子绕组引出线7分散固定到各个固定钩4，再从出线窗口5引出。
