Abstract

本发明涉及一种压接端子,具体的说是一种电容器元件的压接端子,属于电容器元件连接结构技术领域。其包括第一压接板、第二压接板和压接套,第一压接板和第二压接板通过折弯部连接成一体,第一压接板上设有多个向第二压接板方向凸起的压块,第二压接板上对应每个压块的位置设有压接孔,压接孔的大小能够容纳压块压入;第二压接板侧面延伸出连接板,连接板侧面连接压接套,压接套内设有前后贯通的压接腔。本发明通过机械压接构成元件引出线,不仅压接可靠,接触电阻小,还减小了电容器使用过程中的自身损耗;能够避免电容器产品由于内部虚焊、漏焊引起的质量问题。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种压接端子,具体的说是一种电容器元件的压接端子,属于电容器元件连接结构技术领域。
背景技术
现有技术中,电容器元件的连接线基本上采用钎焊连接的方式,从而构成电容器设计所需的串并联结构。钎焊的技术虽然已是个成熟工艺,但由于是人工操作,存在虚焊、漏焊的情况。并且采用的焊锡需含一定量的铅以保证焊锡的可靠,采用的助焊剂松香对电容器的损耗影响也相当明显,所以亟待新的连接方式的出现及替代。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述不足之处,从而提供一种电容器元件压接端子,通过冷压接的方式构成电容元件的引出线,提高了连接的可靠性,减小了电容器的损耗。
按照本发明提供的技术方案,电容器元件压接端子包括第一压接板、第二压接板和压接套,其特征是:第一压接板和第二压接板通过折弯部连接成一体,第一压接板上设有多个向第二压接板方向凸起的压块,第二压接板上对应每个压块的位置设有压接孔,压接孔的大小能够容纳压块压入;第二压接板侧面延伸出连接板,连接板侧面连接压接套,压接套内设有前后贯通的压接腔。
进一步的,折弯部为圆弧形。
进一步的,压块和压接孔的数量为两个。
进一步的,压块为圆形。
进一步的,压接腔的横截面为长圆孔形状。
进一步的,压接套上表面设有内凹的压接槽,压接槽为矩形结构。
进一步的,压块根部设有压块孔,压块孔形状与压块相同。
本发明与已有技术相比具有以下优点:
本发明结构简单、紧凑、合理,通过机械压接构成元件引出线,不仅压接可靠,接触电阻小,还减小了电容器使用过程中的自身损耗;能够避免电容器产品由于内部虚焊、漏焊引起的质量问题;制造过程不再使用钎焊时所需的铅、松香等,也有利于环境保护。

具体实施方式
下面本发明将结合附图中的实施例作进一步描述:
如图1~2所示,本发明主要包括第一压接板1、第二压接板2和压接套6。
第一压接板1和第二压接板2通过圆弧形的折弯部8连接成一体。第一压接板1上设有多个向第二压接板2方向凸起的压块3,第二压接板2上对应每个压块3的位置设有圆形的压接孔4。在第一压接板1压在第二压接板2时,每个压块3都能压入一个对应位置的压接孔4中。所述压接孔4的大小能够容纳压块3压入。
如图1所示的实施例中,所述压块3和压接孔4的数量为两个。
第二压接板2侧面延伸出连接板5,连接板5侧面连接压接套6,压接套6内设有前后贯通的压接腔,压接腔的横截面为长圆孔形状。
所述压接套6上表面设有内凹的压接槽7,在压接过程中,通过在压接槽7内加压实现压接套6内铜编织线的压紧。所述压接槽7为矩形结构。
所述压块3根部设有压块孔9,压块孔9形状与压块3相同。压块3通过在第一压接板1上开压块孔9、并将压块孔9内材料折弯形成。
本发明的工作原理是:在进行电容器元件连接时,电容器元件的伸出部位伸入第一压接板、第二压接板之间,然后将第一压接板、第二压接板压紧,从而实现电容器元件的伸出部位与压接端子的压接。第一压接板上的压块一一对应压入第二压接板上的压接孔中,能够将电容器元件的伸出部位更可靠的压紧在第一压接板、第二压接板之间。铜编织线伸入压接套中,然后通过压紧压接槽,将铜编织线压紧在压接套中。

1.一种电容器元件压接端子,包括第一压接板(1)、第二压接板(2)和压接套(6),其特征是:第一压接板(1)和第二压接板(2)通过折弯部(8)连接成一体,第一压接板(1)上设有多个向第二压接板(2)方向凸起的压块(3),第二压接板(2)上对应每个压块(3)的位置设有压接孔(4),压接孔(4)的大小能够容纳压块(3)压入;第二压接板(2)侧面延伸出连接板(5),连接板(5)侧面连接压接套(6),压接套(6)内设有前后贯通的压接腔。
