Abstract

本发明公开一种用于键盘按键的剪刀结构,包括内剪和外剪,内剪和外剪之间通过弹性连接柱固定连接,按压按键,内剪和外剪随之下压、并带动连接柱发生弹性变形,松开按键,内剪与外剪在连接柱自身的弹性恢复力作用下回复到初始状态,实现按键的传动。本发明的剪刀结构,内剪与外剪通过有弹性的连接柱做连接,通过弹性材料的变形和其弹性恢复力来实现内剪与外剪的传动,传动结构紧密,将其用于键盘按键中,可显著提高按键的质量;而且,该剪刀结构可通过双射成型工艺制成,内外剪还可以实现双色射出,内外剪射出后,再射出具有弹性的连接柱,这样可大大降低人工成本,提高生产效率,同时产品品质也可以得到有效控制。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种剪刀结构,特别涉及一种用于键盘按键的剪刀结构。
背景技术
传统的键盘按键结构的传动构件为剪刀式传动构件,包括内剪和外剪,内剪上自其对称的侧边上延伸设有连接轴,外剪对应位置处设有轴孔,内剪与外剪通过轴孔藕接配合,这种传动构件的制作成本高、品质难以控制,且其组装困难、需要大量人工组装、生产效率低,而且轴孔搭配也会有间隙,导致传动结构松散。
发明内容
发明目的:本发明针对传统剪刀结构存在的成本高、品质差、难组装、易松散的问题,提供一种用于键盘按键的剪刀结构。
技术方案:本发明所述的用于键盘按键的剪刀结构,包括内剪和外剪,内剪和外剪之间通过弹性连接柱固定连接,按压按键,内剪和外剪随之下压、并带动连接柱发生弹性变形,松开按键,内剪与外剪在连接柱自身的弹性恢复力作用下回复到初始状态,实现按键的传动。
具体的,内剪、外剪均为矩形框体、且内剪位于外剪的框体内部,其中,内剪包括一对内剪底臂和一对内剪侧臂,外剪包括一对外剪底臂和一对外剪侧臂,连接柱将相邻的内剪侧臂与外剪侧臂连接固定。优选的,相邻的内剪侧臂与外剪侧臂分别与连接柱的轴向两端固定连接。
进一步的,内剪、外剪与连接柱一体连接。此时,整个剪刀结构可通过双射成型工艺制成。
其中,连接柱由弹性材料制成。该弹性材料可为塑胶或橡胶等。
有益效果:与现有技术相比,本发明的显著优点在于:(1)本发明用于键盘按键的剪刀结构,内剪与外剪通过有弹性的连接柱做连接,通过弹性材料的变形和其弹性恢复力,可实现内剪与外剪的传动,传动结构紧密,将其用于键盘按键中,可显著提高按键的质量;(2)本发明的剪刀结构可通过双射成型工艺制成,内剪和外剪由同一材料注塑成型,内外剪还可以实现双色射出,内外剪射出后,再通过另一种材料射出具有弹性的连接柱,这样可大大降低人工成本,提高生产效率,同时产品品质也可以得到有效控制。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明的技术方案作进一步说明。
如图1,本发明的用于键盘按键的剪刀结构,包括内剪1和外剪2,还包括内剪1和外剪2之间、用于将内、外剪固定连接的连接柱3,该连接柱3具有弹性,其可由弹性材料制成,如塑胶或橡胶等。
内剪1、外剪2可为矩形框体、且内剪1位于外剪2的框体内部。
如图2~3,其中,内剪1包括一对内剪底臂11和一对内剪侧臂12,外剪2包括一对外剪底臂21和一对外剪侧臂22,连接柱3位于相邻的内剪侧臂12与外剪侧臂22之间,将内剪1与外剪2固定连接,如可将连接柱3的轴向两端分别与内剪侧臂12与外剪侧臂22固定。
将本发明的剪刀结构用于键盘按键中,初始状态下,内剪1与外剪2相互交叉呈一定的角度,此时连接柱23也处于不受力的状态;按压按键时,内剪1和外剪2随之下压,两者在压力作用下分别相对于连接柱3向相反方向转动,使两者之间的角度逐渐变小,连接柱3在内剪1与外剪2的牵拉下发生弹性变形;松开按键后,压力解除,连接柱3依靠自身的弹性恢复力回复初始状态、并带动内剪1与外剪2回复初始状态,整个过程实现了按键的传动。
与传统的轴孔耦接配合的剪刀结构相比,本发明的剪刀结构不设轴孔,通过连接柱3自身的变形和弹性恢复力实现传动,传动过程比较紧密,将其用于键盘按键中,可显著提高按键的传动质量;而且,内剪1与外剪2之间仅需设置具有弹性的连接柱3即可,组装难度大大降低。
内剪1、外剪2与连接柱3可一体连接。此时,本发明的剪刀结构可通过双射成型工艺制备,其中,内剪1和外剪2由同一材料注塑,连接柱3由另一种材料注塑,内、外剪还可以实现双色射出,内、外剪射出后,再射出具有弹性的连接柱,与传统工艺相比,生产过程自动化程度高,可大大降低组装成本和生产成本,提高生产效率,而且,产品品质也可以得到有效控制。

Claims (5)

1.一种用于键盘按键的剪刀结构,包括内剪(1)和外剪(2),其特征在于,所述内剪(1)和外剪(2)之间通过弹性连接柱(3)固定连接,按压按键,内剪(1)和外剪(2)随之下压、并带动连接柱(3)发生弹性变形,松开按键,内剪(1)与外剪(2)在连接柱(3)自身的弹性恢复力作用下回复到初始状态,实现按键的传动;所述连接柱(3)由弹性材料制成;
所述内剪(1)包括一对内剪底臂(11)和一对内剪侧臂(12),外剪(2)包括一对外剪底臂(21)和一对外剪侧臂(22),连接柱(3)位于相邻的内剪侧臂(12)与外剪侧臂(22)之间,将内剪(1)与外剪(2)固定连接;
所述连接柱(3)的一端连接于外剪侧壁(22)的与内剪侧壁(12)相对的侧面,连接柱(3)的另一端连接于内剪侧壁(12)的与外剪侧壁(22)相对的侧面。
2.根据权利要求1所述的用于键盘按键的剪刀结构,其特征在于,相邻的内剪侧臂(12)与外剪侧臂(22)分别与所述连接柱(3)的轴向两端固定连接。
3.根据权利要求1所述的用于键盘按键的剪刀结构,其特征在于,所述内剪(1)、外剪(2)与所述连接柱(3)一体连接。
4.根据权利要求3所述的用于键盘按键的剪刀结构,其特征在于,所述剪刀结构通过双射成型工艺制成。
5.根据权利要求1所述的用于键盘按键的剪刀结构,其特征在于,所述弹性材料为塑胶或橡胶。
