the information master control unit judges whether the overloaded vehicle is released; the information master control unit processes the overweight vehicle into a violation vehicle, informs the police service platform and records the violation vehicle information;
s2, opening a brake, enabling the vehicle to drive into the highway, and executing the step S1 by the payment switchboard after the vehicle enters the brake entrance induction area when the vehicle is about to drive out of the highway; the payment receiving unit calls the vehicle entrance information and calculates the amount of money; transmitting the amount information to a payment collecting main machine, and controlling the LED screen display equipment to display the amount by the payment collecting main machine;
s4, judging whether the member has sufficient balance, paying and releasing
