Optionally, the ash discharging mechanism of the household garbage incineration treatment system comprises an ash bucket 9 connected with the furnace body 1; an opening door 27 hinged at the bottom of the hopper; and a telescopic mechanism 28 with two ends respectively hinged with the furnace body 1 and the opening door 27. The bottom of the ash bucket is provided with an opening door 27, the opening door 27 is opened at intervals under the action of a telescopic mechanism 28, and the condition that the opening door 27 is opened for a long time to enable external cold air to enter the furnace chamber is reduced. The telescoping mechanism 28 may be a hydraulic cylinder, air cylinder, electro-hydraulic push rod, or the like.
Alternatively, the rotary support mechanism of the household garbage incineration disposal system comprises a bracket 26 connected with the furnace body 1; a first bearing seat 13 and a second bearing seat which are connected with a bracket 26 and used for supporting the drying cylinder 3; the rotating shaft of the drying cylinder 3 can slide in the axial direction in the inner holes of the first bearing seat 13 and the second bearing seat; the second bearing seat is also connected with an end cover. When the temperature of the drying cylinder 3 changes, the drying cylinder can stretch, the rotating shaft of the drying cylinder 3 can slide along the axial direction in the inner holes of the first bearing seat 13 and the second bearing seat, so that the stress caused by the temperature change can be eliminated, and the stress caused by the drying cylinder 3 is prevented from influencing the service life of the equipment.
Optionally, a second filter screen is arranged at the inlet of the smoke exhaust pipe 6 of the household garbage incineration treatment system. After the garbage enters the traveling grate 2, the garbage burns on the traveling grate 2, and the fragments which are easily blown up and insufficiently burned may enter the smoke exhaust pipe 6. The second filter screen may block the entry of insufficiently combusted debris into the smoke evacuation tube 6.
Optionally, the household garbage incineration disposal system further comprises a circulating cooling water system in communication with one fluid channel of the cooler 29.
Alternatively, the dust collector 30 of the household garbage incineration disposal system is a cartridge dust collector.
Optionally, the purifier 31 of the household garbage incineration disposal system has an alkali liquor spraying circulation system.
The present application is not limited to the above preferred embodiments, but various changes and modifications can be made within the spirit of the present application as defined in the appended claims and description, and the same technical problems can be solved and the intended technical effects can be obtained, so that it is not repeated. A household garbage incineration treatment system is characterized by comprising a furnace body (1) with a furnace chamber; a chain grate (2) positioned at the lower part of the furnace chamber and connected with the furnace body (1); a drying cylinder (3) which passes through the upper part of the furnace chamber and is connected with the furnace body (1); a driving mechanism (4) positioned on the first side of the drying cylinder (3) and used for driving the drying cylinder (3) to rotate; a feed hopper (5) positioned on the first side of the drying cylinder (3) for inputting garbage into the drying cylinder (3); a smoke exhaust pipe (6) communicated with the furnace chamber of the furnace body (1); a blower (7); a burner (8) connected to the furnace body (1); the ash discharging mechanism is connected with the furnace body (1) and is positioned below the first end of the chain grate (2); a cooler (29) with an air inlet communicated with the smoke exhaust pipe (6); a dust collector (30) having an air inlet communicating with an air outlet of the cooler (29); a purifier (31) having an air inlet communicating with an air outlet of the dust remover (30); an induced draft fan (32) with an air inlet communicated with an air outlet of the purifier (31); a chimney (33) communicated with the exhaust port of the induced draft fan; the drying cylinder (3) is provided with a material conveying plate (10) positioned in the cylinder, a material outlet (11) arranged on the side surface of the cylinder far away from the feeding hopper (5), a supporting roller mechanism (12) connected with the furnace body (1) and supporting the first end of the drying cylinder (3), and a rotary supporting mechanism connected with the furnace body (1) and supporting the second end of the drying cylinder (3); the garbage drying and incinerating system also comprises an air suction cover (14) which is connected with the furnace body (1) and covers the upper part of the discharge hole (11); an air inlet of the air blower (7) is communicated with the air suction cover (14) through a pipeline; an air outlet of the air blower (7) is communicated with an air inlet of the furnace body (1) through a pipeline; the suction cover (14) is provided with a first filter screen (15); the garbage drying and incinerating system is characterized by further comprising an air suction backflushing device connected with the air suction cover (14), wherein the air suction backflushing device comprises a plurality of air ejector pipes (16) positioned at the air outlet side of the first filter screen (15), an air supply distribution mechanism communicated with the air inlets of the air ejector pipes (16), the air supply distribution mechanism comprises a pipe sleeve (17) communicated with the air outlets of the air blowers (7) through pipelines, a transmission shaft (18) rotationally connected with the pipe sleeve (17), turbine blades (19) connected with the first ends of the transmission shaft (18), a distribution valve plate (20) connected with the other ends of the transmission shaft (18) and a distribution valve plate (21) positioned at one side, far away from the turbine blades (19), of the distribution valve plate (20) and connected with the pipe sleeve (17), a first air inlet hole (22) is formed in the distribution valve plate (20), a plurality of second air inlets (23) respectively communicated with the air ejector pipes (16) are formed in the distribution valve plate (21), and the second air inlets (22) in the distribution valve plate (21) are communicated with the first air inlets at intervals through rotation of the distribution valve plate (20).

A household garbage incineration disposal system according to claim 1, characterised in that the support roller mechanism (12) comprises two support rollers (24); a rotating wheel (25) arranged on the side surface of the cylinder body of the drying cylinder (3); the middle side of the supporting roller (24) is provided with a concave ring, the rotating wheel (25) is connected with the concave ring in a matched mode, and the width of the concave ring is larger than the thickness of the rotating wheel (25).

A household garbage incineration disposal system according to claim 1, characterised in that the ash discharging mechanism comprises an ash bucket (9) connected with the furnace body (1); an opening door (27) hinged at the bottom of the ash bucket; and the two ends of the telescopic mechanism (28) are respectively hinged with the furnace body (1) and the opening door (27).

A household garbage incineration disposal system according to claim 1, characterised in that the rotary support mechanism comprises a bracket (26) connected to the furnace body (1); a first bearing seat (13) and a second bearing seat which are connected with the bracket (26) and used for supporting the drying cylinder (3); the rotating shaft of the drying cylinder can slide along the axial direction in the inner holes of the first bearing seat and the second bearing seat; the second bearing is also connected with an end cover.
5. A household garbage incineration disposal system according to claim 1, characterised in that the inlet of the smoke exhaust pipe (6) is provided with a second filter screen.
6. A household garbage incineration disposal system according to claim 1, characterised by further comprising a recirculating cooling water system in communication with one fluid channel of the cooler (29).
7. A household garbage incineration disposal system according to claim 1, characterised in that the dust collector (30) is a cartridge dust collector.
8. A household garbage incineration disposal system according to claim 1, characterised in that the purifier (31) has an alkali liquor spray circulation system.
