Abstract
The production equipment for the low-lamppost pile head LED filament lamp with the small rotary platform comprises the rotary platform, a negative pressure source system, a protective gas filling system, an automatic fire head, an automatic workpiece mounting mechanism, an automatic workpiece transferring mechanism, the small rotary platform and a control system, wherein the rotary platform is uniformly provided with a plurality of stations; the small rotary platform is used for implementing a lamp post pile head deep cutting process and is provided with a pair of two sheath manipulators, a basin-shaped metal sheath, an automatic fire head and an automatic workpiece unloading mechanism. The invention adopts the small rotary platform and the sheath to protect the glass bulb and the extraction electrode of the semi-finished workpiece for implementing the exhaust pipe deep cutting process, thereby limiting the lamp post pile head within the plane of the annular combination part of the glass bulb and bringing greater freedom for the design of an integrally installed drive circuit; and because the conflict between the lamp post pile head and the driving circuit is avoided, the operation of the subsequent process is more convenient, and the yield of the product is also improved.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a low-lamppost pile head LED filament lamp production device with a small rotary platform.
Background
The existing glass bulb inflatable LED filament lamp comprises a glass bulb, a core column, an LED filament, a driving circuit and a screw lamp holder; the stem includes a horn cavity and an exhaust tube. The manufacturing process of the product comprises the following steps: the horn cavity is smoothly sealed and connected with the port of the glass shell to form a closed semi-finished product of a spherical object, and the semi-finished product is vacuumized on a rotary platform type special exhaust and inflation device, filled with protective gas helium and then sealed by a fire head; the residual part of the exhaust pipe of the final product, namely the lamp post pile head still extends out of the plane above the annular combination part of the glass bulb and the horn cavity. Thus, the driving circuit mounted above the glass envelope needs to be perforated and have a space for avoiding collision with the lamp post head.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide low-lamppost pile head LED filament lamp production equipment with a small rotary platform.

the basin-shaped metal sheath is cut into two halves by linear cutting equipment to form a pair of two sheath assemblies comprising a tooth assembly and a trough assembly; the tooth assembly is provided with two teeth; the groove component is provided with two grooves; the two sheath manipulators are arranged on one side of the small rotary platform and are used for clamping the connecting tooth assembly and the groove assembly respectively;
the rotary platform and the small rotary platform are both connected with the foundation by adopting a revolute pair mechanism and are in transmission connection with a driving device; the driving devices of the rotary platform and the small rotary platform, as well as the automatic valves and the automatic fire heads of the negative pressure source system and the protective gas filling system, the driving mechanisms of the automatic workpiece mounting mechanism and the automatic workpiece transferring mechanism are respectively in signal connection with a host of the control system through an interface circuit; the states of the rotary platform, the small rotary platform, the negative pressure source system, the protective gas filling system, the automatic fire head, the automatic workpiece mounting mechanism and the automatic workpiece transferring mechanism are changed according to the change of the state of the main machine of the control system;
the semi-finished product sequentially goes through a vacuum pumping and exhausting process and a protective gas filling process along with the rotation of the special equipment rotary platform from the rotary platform of the special equipment on the workpiece mounting facility, and a sealing-off process is completed according to the existing processes, and then is transferred from the rotary platform to a small rotary platform through a workpiece transfer mechanical arm to implement a deep cutting process of the lamp post pile head;
on a small rotary platform, a pair of two sheath manipulators is switched from a preparation state to a working state as described above: the tooth component and the slot component extend into the horn cavity of the semi-finished product to be meshed and restored into a sheath, and the sheath protects other parts of the semi-finished product from being roasted by the automatic fire head; the automatic fire head carries out deep cutting and sealing off procedures; and after the deep cutting and sealing process is finished, a pair of two sheath manipulators is switched into a preparation state from a working state. The semi-finished product is taken down from the small rotary platform and leaves the field.
Reference is made to the prior art for the contents of the automatic workpiece mounting mechanism and the automatic workpiece discharge and transfer mechanism.
Has the advantages that: according to the low-lamppost pile head LED filament lamp production equipment with the small rotary platform, the glass bulb and the extraction electrode of the workpiece semi-finished product for implementing the exhaust pipe deep cutting and sealing process are protected by the protective sleeve, so that the lamppost pile head of the product can be limited within the plane of the annular joint part of the glass bulb. 2) A preparation state: a pair of two sheathing manipulators 4 respectively clamp the connecting tooth assemblies 7 and the groove assemblies 8 to be withdrawn from the horn cavities 11 of the semi-finished products 14 to two oblique dotted lines in fig. 1.
Working principle of example 1: each semi-finished product 14 sequentially goes through a vacuum-pumping and exhausting process, a protective gas filling process and a deep cutting and sealing process of an exhaust pipe along with the intermittent rotation of the special equipment rotary platform 2 from the rotary platform provided with the special equipment on the workpiece mounting facility; and then the rotary platform is unloaded off the site through the workpiece unloading facility.
When the semi-finished product 14 is filled with the protective gas, the station of the semi-finished product reaches the position of the sheathing manipulator, and at this time, the control system main machine enables a pair of two sheathing manipulators 4 to be switched from the preparation state to the working state: the tooth component 7 and the slot component 8 extend into the horn cavity 11 of the semi-finished product 14 to be internally meshed and restored into a sheath 6, and the sheath 6 protects other parts of the semi-finished product 14 except the exhaust pipe from being roasted by the automatic fire head 3; the control system host machine makes the automatic fire head 3 automatically extend into the deep cutting and sealing process and return after finishing the process; after the deep cutting and sealing process is finished, a pair of two sheath manipulators 4 is switched into a preparation state from a working state, and the semi-finished product is removed.
Example 2 is given in figure 5.
Example 2 a low post head LED filament lamp 15 was made using the process described above. The LED filament lamp 15 includes a glass bulb 16, a stem 17, an LED filament 18, a driving circuit 19, and a screw base. The stem 17 comprises a bell mouth 11 and an exhaust pipe 12; the bell mouth 11 and the end of the glass bulb 16 are smoothly fused and sealed into a whole, and the stub 20 of the exhaust pipe 12 is retracted inwards to the plane of the annular combination part of the glass bulb 16 and the bell mouth 11. The circuit board 21 of the drive circuit 19 does not collide with the exhaust pipe 12; the LED filament 18 is electrically connected to the driver circuit 19 via electrodes 22.

The wire cutting machine also comprises a basin-shaped metal sheath 6, wherein the sheath 6 is cut into two halves by a wire cutting device to form a pair of two sheath components comprising a tooth component 7 and a groove component 8; the tooth assembly 7 carries two teeth 9; the trough assembly 8 is provided with two troughs 10; the teeth 9 and grooves 10 can engage with each other.
The two sheath manipulators 4 are arranged on one side of the small rotary platform 23 and are used for clamping the connecting tooth assembly 7 and the groove assembly 8 respectively; a pair of two sheathing manipulators 4 has two stable states as described above: 1) An active state and 2) a ready state.
Each semi-finished product 14 sequentially goes through the vacuum pumping and exhausting process and the protective gas filling process along with the rotation of the special equipment rotary platform 2 from the station 1 of the equipment for installing the workpieces, and the sealing process is completed according to the existing process, and then the semi-finished products are transferred from the rotary platform 2 to the small rotary platform 23 through the workpiece transfer mechanical arm 24, so that the deep cutting process of the lamp post pile head is implemented.
On the small revolving platform 23, a pair of two sheathing manipulators 4 is switched from the ready state to the working state as described above: the tooth component 7 and the slot component 8 extend into the horn cavity 11 of the semi-finished product 14 to be internally meshed and restored into a sheath 6, and the sheath 6 protects other parts of the semi-finished product 14 from being barbecued by the automatic fire head 3; the automatic fire head 3 carries out a deep cutting and sealing process; after the deep cutting and sealing process is completed, a pair of two sheath manipulators 4 is switched to a preparation state from a working state. The semi-finished product 14 is taken off the small rotary platform and leaves the site.
Claims (1)
1. The production equipment of the low lamppost pile head LED filament lamp with the small rotary platform comprises the rotary platform, a negative pressure source system, a protective gas filling system, an automatic fire head, an automatic workpiece mounting mechanism and a control system, wherein the rotary platform is uniformly provided with a plurality of stations; the small rotary platform is used for implementing a lamp post pile head deep cutting process and is provided with a pair of two sheath manipulators, a basin-shaped metal sheath, an automatic fire head and an automatic workpiece unloading mechanism;
the basin-shaped metal sheath is cut into two halves by using linear cutting equipment to form a pair of two sheath assemblies comprising a tooth assembly and a trough assembly; the tooth assembly is provided with two teeth; the groove component is provided with two grooves; the two sheath manipulators are arranged on one side of the small rotary platform and are used for clamping the connecting tooth assembly and the groove assembly respectively;
the rotary platform and the small rotary platform are both connected with the foundation by adopting a revolute pair mechanism and are in transmission connection with a driving device; the driving devices of the rotary platform and the small rotary platform, as well as the automatic valves and the automatic fire heads of the negative pressure source system and the protective gas filling system, the driving mechanisms of the automatic workpiece mounting mechanism and the automatic workpiece transferring mechanism are respectively in signal connection with a host of the control system through an interface circuit;

on a small rotary platform, a pair of two sheath manipulators is switched into a working state from a preparation state: the tooth component and the slot component extend into the horn cavity of the semi-finished product to be meshed and restored into a sheath, and the sheath protects other parts of the semi-finished product from being roasted by the automatic fire; the automatic fire head carries out deep cutting and sealing off procedures; after the deep cutting and sealing process is finished, a pair of two sheath manipulators is switched into a preparation state from a working state; the semi-finished product is taken down from the small rotary platform and leaves the field.
