Abstract
本发明公开了一种罗茨风机叶轮,其特征是它包括有两个叶轮片(1)和叶轮轴(2),所述两个叶轮片(1)相对于叶轮轴(2)对称设置,所述叶轮片(1)的边型采用渐开线与圆弧相结合的线型,通过各种特殊线型结构的组合,使叶轮转速可达3000‑4000r/min,并且,叶能面积利用系数达到0.519,使得风机性能好,效率高,使用寿命长,不易产生断轴和叶轮与本体相碰现象。

本发明涉及一种罗茨风机的叶轮。
背景技术
叶轮是罗茨风机关键部件,目前罗茨风机叶轮转速通常在1000-2000r/min,由于长时间使用,当转速过高就会有断轴风险,而且易产生叶轮与本体相碰现象,影响风机性能和寿命。
发明内容
本发明的目的就是针对上述现有技术存在的不足,提供一种不易断轴,使用寿命长的罗茨风机叶轮。
本发明采用的技术方案如下:
一种罗茨风机叶轮,其特征是它包括有两个叶轮片和叶轮轴,所述两个叶轮片相对于叶轮轴对称设置,叶轮片顶点至叶轮轴中心处距离为L,叶轮片顶部两侧圆形边的边缘点在叶轮片至叶轮轴中心处的连接线上的垂足点为A点,所述叶轮片顶点至所述A点的距离为L1,所述L1为L长度的五分之一,所述叶轮片顶部两侧圆形边的边缘点之间的距离为L2,所述L2长度为L的65%-70%,所述叶轮片顶部两侧圆形边的边缘点向叶轮轴方向的延伸线为渐开线,所述叶轮片两侧渐开线的最远距离长度为L3,所述L3长度为L的85%-90%,所述叶轮片侧边上与上述渐开线相连的为内凹的弧形线,所述弧形线的长度延伸最远点在叶轮片至叶轮轴中心处的连接线上的垂足点为B点,所述B点处于叶轮轴的安装座外侧壁圆线上。
所述两个叶轮片同一侧弧形线的长度延伸最远点之间边线为圆形边。
本发明的有益效果有:
由于采用渐开线与圆弧相结合等特殊线型的结构,叶轮转速可达3000-4000 r/min,并且,叶能面积利用系数达到0.519,使得风机性能好,效率高,使用寿命长,不易产生断轴和叶轮与本体相碰现象。

如图1所示,本发明它包括有两个叶轮片1和叶轮轴2,所述两个叶轮片1相对于叶轮轴2对称设置。叶轮片1顶点至叶轮轴2中心处距离为L,叶轮片1顶部两侧圆形边的边缘点在叶轮片1至叶轮轴2中心处的连接线上的垂足点为A点,所述叶轮片1顶点至所述A点的距离为L1,L1长度为L长度的五分之一。所述叶轮片1顶部两侧圆形边的边缘点之间的距离为L2,所述L2长度为L的65%-70%,优选为70%。所述叶轮片1顶部两侧圆形边的边缘点向叶轮轴2方向的延伸线为渐开线,所述叶轮片1两侧渐开线的最远距离长度为L3,所述L3长度为L的85%-90%,优选86%。所述叶轮片1侧边上与上述渐开线相连的为内凹的弧形线,所述弧形线的长度延伸最远点在叶轮片1至叶轮轴2中心处的连接线上的垂足点为B点,所述B点处于叶轮轴2的安装座3外侧壁圆线上。本发明两个叶轮片1同一侧弧形线的长度延伸最远点之间边线为内凹的圆形边,该圆形边所处的圆半径为L3的一半。

1.一种罗茨风机叶轮,其特征是它包括有两个叶轮片(1)和叶轮轴(2),所述两个叶轮片(1)相对于叶轮轴(2)对称设置,叶轮片(1)顶点至叶轮轴(2)中心处距离为L,叶轮片(1)顶部两侧圆形边的边缘点在叶轮片(1)至叶轮轴(2)中心处的连接线上的垂足点为A点,所述叶轮片(1)顶点至所述A点的距离为L1,所述L1为L长度的五分之一,所述叶轮片(1)顶部两侧圆形边的边缘点之间的距离为L2,所述L2长度为L的65%-70%,所述叶轮片(1)顶部两侧圆形边的边缘点向叶轮轴(2)方向的延伸线为渐开线,所述叶轮片(1)两侧渐开线的最远距离长度为L3,所述L3长度为L的85%-90%,所述叶轮片(1)侧边上与上述渐开线相连的为内凹的弧形线,所述弧形线的长度延伸最远点在叶轮片(1)至叶轮轴(2)中心处的连接线上的垂足点为B点,所述B点处于叶轮轴(2)的安装座(3)外侧壁圆线上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种罗茨风机叶轮,其特征是所述至所述两个叶轮片(1)同一侧弧形线的长度延伸最远点之间边线为圆形边。
