Abstract
一种解决尿素喷嘴结晶堵塞的系统及其控制方法,所述控制方法包括以下步骤:S1:当尿素喷嘴发生结晶堵塞时,向喷嘴输出给定频率P的电流信号,对喷嘴孔内部的尿素结晶进行清理;计时器设定时间T,当给定频率P的电流信号运行设定时间T时,判断喷嘴需求开度与实际开度是否相等,若喷嘴需求开度与实际开度相等,则停止输出给定频率P的电流信号,重新对系统建压;S2:若喷嘴需求开度与实际开度不相等,则重复步骤S1,循环N次,清除尿素喷嘴结晶堵塞,其中N为预先设定的循环次数。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种尿素喷嘴的控制方法及其系统,具体涉及一种解决尿素喷嘴结晶堵塞的控制方法及其系统。
背景技术
随着大气环境恶化,国家法规对车辆排放要求日益严格。SCR后处理系统作为有效降低尾气中的氮氧化物主要后处理技术得到了广泛的应用。其中,尿素喷嘴作为重要部件之一直备受关注。
目前,尿素喷嘴堵塞的控制方法经常会发生尿素残留结晶导致的尿素喷嘴孔堵塞现象或常开的情况,不利于用户降低用车成本及提高产品竞争力。例如现有技术中(见图1)在喷射系统进行工作状态前,先系统建压,然后测定喷嘴检测是否通过。当喷嘴检测不通过,则喷射系统停止工作;若喷嘴检测通过,则进行喷嘴检测不通过次数的测试,当检测的喷嘴检测不通过次数小于或等于设定阈值,则喷射系统正常工作;若喷嘴检测不通过次数大于设定阈值,则需重新进行系统建压测试。这种控制单元指令以执行多次喷孔打开的方式作为解决办法,不能清理喷嘴内部堵塞的尿素结晶,难以及时解决喷嘴故障,从而影响用户整车使用,产生不必要的喷嘴更换费用等缺陷。
发明内容
本发明的目的是通过以下技术方案实现的,一种解决尿素喷嘴结晶堵塞系统的控制方法,包括以下步骤:
S1:当尿素喷嘴发生结晶堵塞时,向喷嘴输出给定频率P的电流信号,对喷嘴孔内部的尿素结晶进行清理;计时器设定时间T,当给定频率P的电流信号运行设定时间T时,判断喷嘴需求开度与实际开度是否相等,若喷嘴需求开度与实际开度相等,则停止输出给定频率P的电流信号,重新对系统建压;
S2:若喷嘴需求开度与实际开度不相等,则重复步骤S1,循环N次,清除尿素喷嘴结晶堵塞,其中N为预先设定的循环次数。
进一步,还包括事先判定尿素喷嘴是否堵塞的步骤S0,具体为:对进行系统建压,判断喷嘴检测不通过次数是否小于或等于设定阈值Nm;若喷嘴检测不通过次数小于或等于设定阈值,则判定尿素喷嘴未堵塞,执行喷射系统建压。
进一步,若喷嘴不通过次数大于设定阈值Nm,则判定尿素喷嘴堵塞,执行步骤S1和S2。
本发明进一步的目的是通过以下技术方案实现的,一种解决尿素喷嘴结晶堵塞系统,主要包括SCR系统控制器和尿素喷射系统,其中SCR系统控制器用于执行所述的解决尿素喷嘴结晶堵塞系统的控制方法。
本发明在喷射系统工作前对喷嘴输入高频电流信号,可以避免由于喷嘴堵塞或者常开导致的喷射系统不工作,避免了部件故障及整车限扭的影响,大大消除客户对喷射系统的误解,有利于提升产品的竞争力。

实施例1
一种解决尿素喷嘴结晶堵塞的系统,一种解决尿素喷嘴结晶堵塞系统,主要包括控制器,尿素喷嘴,喷嘴不通过次数检测器,喷嘴不通过次数比较器,高频电流输出装置,计时器,需求开度比较器;所述解决尿素喷嘴结晶堵塞系统的控制方法,见图2,包括以下步骤:
S0:事先判定尿素喷嘴是否堵塞,具体为:对进行系统建压,判断喷嘴检测不通过次数是否小于或等于设定阈值Nm;若喷嘴检测不通过次数小于或等于设定阈值,则判定尿素喷嘴未堵塞,执行喷射系统建压;若喷嘴不通过次数大于设定阈值Nm,则判定尿素喷嘴堵塞,执行步骤S1和S2。
S1:当尿素喷嘴发生结晶堵塞时,向喷嘴输出给定频率P的电流信号,对喷嘴孔内部的尿素结晶进行清理;计时器设定时间T,当给定频率P的电流信号运行设定时间T时,判断喷嘴需求开度与实际开度是否相等,若喷嘴需求开度与实际开度相等,则停止输出给定频率P的电流信号,重新对系统建压;
S2:若喷嘴需求开度与实际开度不相等,则重复步骤S1,循环N次,清除尿素喷嘴结晶堵塞,其中N为预先设定的循环次数。
以上所述,仅为本发明较佳的具体实施方式,但本发明的保护范围并不局限于此,凡是以直接或间接方式通过识别喷射系统是否正常工作,控制尿素喷嘴输入电信号方式实现喷嘴内部柱塞高速运动解决结晶问题的方案,都属于本专利的保护范围。
以上所述,仅为本发明较佳的具体实施方式,但本发明的保护范围并不局限于此,任何熟悉本技术领域的技术人员在本发明揭露的技术范围内,可轻易想到的变化或替换,都应涵盖在本发明的保护范围之内。因此,本发明的保护范围应以所述权利要求的保护范围为准。
Claims (2)
1.一种解决尿素喷嘴结晶堵塞系统的控制方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
S0:事先判定尿素喷嘴是否堵塞;对进行系统建压,判断喷嘴检测不通过次数是否小于或等于设定阈值Nm;若喷嘴检测不通过次数小于或等于设定阈值,则判定尿素喷嘴未堵塞,执行喷射系统建压;若喷嘴不通过次数大于设定阈值Nm,则判定尿素喷嘴堵塞,执行步骤S1和S2;
S1:当尿素喷嘴发生结晶堵塞时,向喷嘴输出给定频率P的电流信号,对喷嘴孔内部的尿素结晶进行清理;计时器设定时间T,当给定频率P的电流信号运行设定时间T时,判断喷嘴需求开度与实际开度是否相等,若喷嘴需求开度与实际开度相等,则停止输出给定频率P的电流信号,重新对系统建压;
S2:若喷嘴需求开度与实际开度不相等,则重复步骤S1,循环N次,清除尿素喷嘴结晶堵塞,其中N为预先设定的循环次数。
2.一种解决尿素喷嘴结晶堵塞的系统,其特征在于,包括SCR系统控制器和尿素喷射系统,其中SCR系统控制器用于执行权利要求1所述的解决尿素喷嘴结晶堵塞系统的控制方法。
