本发明专利涉及一种堵漏防水防短修补等多领域用途的防水和装饰及修补胶板,墙体路面屋顶等受热胀冷缩和受力年久及沉降与受潮等影响大,形成断裂、裂痕、裂口等造成渗漏,利用碳纤维加防水剂添加陶瓷颗粒填充物合成的成型胶板(简称“碳纤维防水剂陶瓷颗粒合成胶板)。

基于现有墙体,路面,屋顶,等受热胀冷缩和受力年久及沉降与受潮等影响大,形成断裂、裂痕、裂口等造成渗漏。
发明内容
利用网格式碳纤维的高韧性、耐高温、耐低温、防断裂添加防水剂的粘性、高密度防渗漏;烧结高密度高强度陶瓷颗粒合成形成成型胶板,修补因受热胀冷缩和受力年久及沉降与受潮等造成断裂、裂痕、裂口等构成的渗漏并用于装饰及修补材料。
本发明所述一种碳纤维防水剂陶瓷颗粒合成胶板包括:网格式碳纤维、防水剂、陶瓷颗粒等组成。

实施例1
本发明由网格式碳纤维的高韧性、耐高温、耐低温、防断裂添加防水剂的粘性、高密度防渗漏添加陶瓷颗粒的高强度、高密度、耐高温、耐低温、耐酸碱、耐磨顺、抗重力合成形成成型胶板,修补因受热胀冷缩和受力年久及沉降与受潮等造成断裂、裂痕、裂口等构成的渗漏并用于装饰及修补材料。
本发明所述一种碳纤维防水剂陶瓷颗粒颗粒合成胶板包括:网格式碳纤维、防水剂、陶瓷颗粒等组成。
加工方法:取防水剂先期加热溶解与陶瓷粉末充分均匀稀释置入相应模具槽;而后
添加平铺网格式碳纤维进行合成;置入相应模具槽进行冷却形成规格的碳纤维防水剂陶瓷颗粒合成的胶板。
应用作业:取碳纤维防水剂陶瓷颗粒合成的胶板通过高温加热溶解表面对物体进行
粘合构成堵漏、防渗等作业并用于装饰及修补材料。
现场施工方案:取防水剂先期加热溶解加入快干剂再加入陶瓷颗粒充分稀释置入相
应设备槽再添加平铺网格式碳纤维进行合成对主体作业面粘合,形成快速的碳纤维树防水剂陶瓷颗粒合成堵漏、防水、修补等作业。

1.一种碳纤维防水剂陶瓷颗粒合成胶板,由网格式碳纤维的高韧性、耐高温、耐低温、防断裂添加防水剂的粘性、高密度防渗漏添加陶瓷颗粒的高强度、高密度、耐高温、耐低温、耐酸碱、耐磨损、抗重力合成形成成型胶板,修补因受热胀冷缩和受力年久及沉降与受潮等造成断裂、裂痕、裂口等构成的渗漏并用于装饰材料。
