一种快速砌墙石膏实心砖，砖体(1)为矩形体，长宽高分别为a、b、c，在砖体上表面均布有两排共八个正方形凸台(2)，凸台高为h，每个凸台的边长为d，各凸台之间的间距为e，靠凸台外侧边与砖棱边的距离为f；所述各尺寸间的关系为:a＝2b+x＝4c‑x；d＝(1/2)c；e＝d；f＝(1/4)c‑(1/2)x；式中x为砌墙砖缝厚度，因本砖砌墙方式的砖缝很小，可设x＝1，即a＝2b+1＝4c‑1，f＝(1/4)c‑0.5。在砖体的下表面设有凹台(3)，其深度为h1，凹台与砖棱边距离为f1，又在凹台里面设有居中一排均布的三个正方形凸台(4)，其边长为d1，高为h1，相邻凸台之间的间距为e1，且与凹台棱边的间距也为e1；其中，所述各个尺寸关系为：d1＝d‑1；e1＝e+1；f1＝f‑0.5；h1＝h+0.5。本发明具有产品尺寸精度高，表面细腻平整、不拉线吊线、能够快速砌墙的优点。

一种快速砌墙石膏实心砖
技术领域
本发明涉及建筑墙体用实心砖技术，尤其是石膏实心砖结构技术。
技术背景
目前墙体实心砖多为水泥砖和黏土烧结砖，其表面粗糙，尺寸精度差，砌墙时需吊线或拉线来保证墙面的平整度，同时砌墙完成后还需粉墙，施工效率低，建筑成本高。
发明内容
本发明的目的正是为了克服上述现有技术存在的缺陷而提供一种产品尺寸精度高，表面细腻平整、不拉线吊线、能够快速砌墙的建筑墙体用石膏实心砖。
本发明的目的是通过如下技术方案来实现的。
一种快速砌墙石膏实心砖，本发明特征在于，见图1所示，砖体外形为矩形体，设砖体的长宽高分别为a、b、c，在砖体上表面均布设有两排共八个正方形凸台，凸台高度为h，每个凸台的边长为d，各凸台之间的间距为e，靠凸台外侧边与砖棱边的距离为f；
其中，所述各个尺寸之间的关系为:a＝2b+x＝4c-x；d＝(1/2)c；e＝d；f＝(1/4)c-(1/2)x；
式中x为砌墙砖缝厚度，由于本砖砌墙方式的砖缝很小，我们若设x＝1，即a＝2b+1＝4c-1，f＝(1/4)c-0.5。
见图2所示为本实心砖下表面。在砖体的下表面设有凹台，凹台深度为h1，凹台与砖棱边距离为f1，同时，又在凹台里面设有居中一排均布的三个正方形凸台，其边长为d1，高度为h1，相邻凸台之间的间距为e1，且与凹台棱边的间距也为e1；
其中，所述各个尺寸关系为:d1＝d-1；e1＝e+1；f1＝f-0.5；h1＝h+0.5。
本发明的有益效果是，本实心砖上下表面的凹凸台相对应，砌墙时，砖上表面的凸台刚好能嵌入砖下表面的凹台，起到纵向、横向限位作用。由于凸台和凹台的尺寸及相互之间距离独特设计，无论是纵向、横向，还是纵横交错的二分之一压砖、四分之一压砖，错位相砌，也可直角相砌，凹凸台都能一一对应扣合形成整体。故砌一二墙、二四墙和三七墙都没影响。
另外，本发明实心砖采用石膏粉原料拌料后模具压制而成，产品尺寸精度高，表面平整细腻；砌墙时，不使用水泥砂浆，采用专用粘接剂刷于砖的上下表面，独有的限位凹台台设计，可实现搭积木式砌砖，达到快速砌墙的目的；砌墙后墙面平整，结构稳定，不需粉墙，节省材料，提高了施工效率，节约了建筑成本。

见图1，一种快速砌墙石膏实心砖，本发明特征在于，砖体1外形为矩形体，设砖体1的长宽高分别为a、b、c，在砖体1上表面均布设有两排共八个正方形凸台2，凸台2高度为h，每个凸台的边长为d，各凸台之间的间距为e，靠凸台外侧边与砖棱边的距离为f；

下面我们将以砖具体尺寸为例。设砖厚度c＝60mm，砖缝x＝1mm，凸台高度h＝3mm，则砖长度a＝239mm，砖的宽度b＝119mm，凸台边长d＝30mm，凸台间距e＝30mm，f＝14.5mm；下表面d1＝29mm，e1＝31mm，f1＝14mm，h1＝3.5mm。
当我们砌墙时，完全可以按照普通标准的砌墙方式施工。一二墙效果图，即砖横向上下层居中压缝相砌；
二四墙一顺一丁式效果图，即第一层两块砖横向砌，下一层砖纵向居中压缝砌；
二四墙十字式效果图，即两块砖横向砌，紧接着用一块砖纵向砌，循环砌完第一层，第二层以同样的方式居中压缝砌；
三七墙效果图，即第一层砖一横一顺错缝砌，下一层对换位置一顺一横居中压缝的方式砌墙。
由于凸台和凹台的尺寸及相互之间距离独特设计，无论是纵向、横向，还是纵横交错的二分之一压砖、四分之一压砖，错位相砌，也可直角相砌，凹凸台都能一一对应扣合形成整体。针对其他尺寸的砖，只要满足各个尺寸之间的关系，都能按照上述几种方式砌墙而毫不受影响。

1.一种快速砌墙石膏实心砖，其特征在于，砖体(1)外形为矩形体，设砖体(1)的长宽高分别为a、b、c，在砖体(1)上表面均布设有两排共八个正方形凸台(2)，凸台(2)高度为h，每个凸台的边长为d，各凸台之间的间距为e，靠凸台外侧边与砖棱边的距离为f；
其中，所述各个尺寸之间的关系为:a＝2b+x＝4c-x；d＝(1/2)c；e＝d；f＝(1/4)c-(1/2)x；
式中x为砌墙砖缝厚度，假设x＝1，即a＝2b+1＝4c-1，f＝(1/4)c-0.5；
