Abstract

一种抑菌留香的马桶清洁剂及其制备方法,由下述质量百分比的组分制成,组分之和为100%:0.8‑1.75%脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚AEO‑7、7‑15%脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠AES、0.75‑2%阴离子表面活性剂K‑12、1‑2%乙二胺二甲基四胺、0.1%苯甲酸钠、0.05‑0.3%微胶囊香精、0.1‑1%凝胶悬浮剂、0.1‑1%无机抗菌粉和80‑90%去离子水。本产品克服了传统马桶清洁剂的成本较高,抑菌的效果一般,香味难以长久保持等缺点,采用无机纳米抗菌粉作为抗菌材料,采用微胶囊香精发挥放香作用,本品新颖独特,抗菌留香效果明显,充分地发挥出无机抗菌粉和微胶囊香精的抑菌和留香的良好作用。

一种抑菌留香的马桶清洁剂及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明属于卫生清洁剂领域,尤其是一种抑菌留香的马桶清洁剂及其制备方法。
背景技术
随着大众生活的不断提高,抽水马桶已普遍进入千家万户。抽水马桶在使用过程中有时会散发异味,滋生病毒细菌,传染疾病尤其肠道疾病。在使用一段时间以后,都需要刷洗,以除去便渍、污垢。国内厕所清洁剂的销售市场不断扩大,对产品的要求也越来越高。
目前市场上生产销售的清洁剂一般为蓝色块状物,是由多种表面活性、固形剂、缓释剂等物质组成。如日本公开90-272100专利,其原料采用价格较高的环氧丁烷、环氧丙烷、烷氧基化的分子量2560的聚醚等;该种清洁剂在国外很多年以前就广泛应用于家庭、宾馆、飞机、轮船等卫生间。但是市场上的常规清洁剂的缺点是成本较高,抑菌的效果一般,香味难以长久保持等缺点,逐渐不能够满足人们的日常需求。消费者对香味的保留,越来越重视。本发明采用含有微胶囊香精和无机抗菌粉的配方,能够基本满足现在市面上大多消费者的要求。其突出特点在于抑菌效果好、香味保留持久,给人以愉悦的如厕体验。
发明内容
本发明的目的旨在克服现有技术的不足,提供一种抑菌留香的马桶清洁剂及其制备方法。
本发明提供的抑菌留香的马桶清洁剂,由下述质量百分比的组分制成,组分之和为100%:
脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚AEO-7 0.8-1.75%
脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠AES 7-15%
阴离子表面活性剂K-12 0.75-2%
乙二胺二甲基四胺 1-2%
苯甲酸钠 0.1%
微胶囊香精 0.05-0.3%
凝胶悬浮剂 0.1-1%
无机抗菌粉 0.1-1%
去离子水 80-90%;
一种抑菌留香的马桶清洁剂的制备方法,其步骤为:先将凝胶悬浮剂与水混溶,制备成水凝胶体系;再将脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠AES、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚AEO-7、乙二胺二甲基四胺、阴离子表面活性剂K-12、苯甲酸钠加入到水凝胶体系中进行混合;最后加入无机抗菌粉、微胶囊香精混合搅拌均匀,得到抑菌留香的马桶清洁剂;
本发明提供的抑菌留香的马桶清洁剂的制备方法,具体步骤为:
a).将凝胶悬浮剂充分溶解于去离子水中,获得1%凝胶悬浮剂水溶液,溶解时需要不停的加热搅拌,温度控制在75-95℃,加热搅拌时间预计在5-15分钟;
b).然后依次加入脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠AES、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚AEO-7、乙二胺二甲基四胺、阴离子表面活性剂K-12、苯甲酸钠,搅拌混合均匀,温度控制在25-75℃之间,混合搅拌0.5-3小时;
c).最后依次加入无机抗菌粉、微胶囊香精,继续混合搅拌,时间在0.5-1小时,温度控制在50℃以下,待相变完毕出料即得成品。
本发明所述的微胶囊香精直径为1-1000微米,所述微胶囊香精的壁材为阿拉伯树胶,与凝胶悬浮剂部分相容;所述微胶囊香精的芯材内填充液体或半固体香精。
本发明所述的微胶囊香精的芯材内填充的液体或半固体香精为玫瑰、茉莉、白兰等花香型香精,柠檬、橘子、甜橙、草毒、香蕉、葡萄、樱桃、苹果等果香型香精,蒜油、姜油、芥子油、薄荷油等精油的一种或者多种的任意比例混合物。
本发明所述的凝胶悬浮剂选用低酸基结冷胶或高酞基结冷胶分子或羧甲基纤维素CMC或黄原胶的一种或者多种的任意比例混合物。
本发明具有以下有益效果:
(1)在体系中加入低酸基结冷胶或高酞基结冷胶分子或羧甲基纤维素CMC或黄原胶的凝胶悬浮剂,可以在一定程度上改善清洁剂的流变性,可提高微胶囊香精和无机抗菌粉在体系中的分散稳定性,解决了微胶囊香精和无机抗菌粉在清洁剂中悬浮均匀的技术难点;
本产品加入了环保的纳米无机抗菌粉和微胶囊香精,由于其颗粒非常小,表面积很大,因此在水中浸泡后,可以很好地分散于水中,这样就充分地发挥出这些纳米材料的抑菌留香的良好作用。

下面通过实施例的方式进一步说明本发明,但并不因此将本发明限制在所述的实施例范围之中。下列实施例中未注明具体条件的实验方法,按照常规方法和条件,或按照商品说明书选择。此外应理解,在阅读了本发明讲授的内容之后,本领域技术人员可以对本发明作各种改动或修改,这些等价形式同样落于本申请所附权利要求书所限定的范围。
实施例1

总质量为10 kg;
制备步骤如下:
a).将凝胶悬浮剂充分溶解于去离子水中,获得1%凝胶悬浮剂水溶液,溶解时,需要不停的加热搅拌,温度控制在80℃,加热搅拌时间预计在15分钟;
b).然后依次加入脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠AES、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚AEO-7、乙二胺二甲基四胺、阴离子表面活性剂K-12、苯甲酸钠,后搅拌混合均匀,温度控制在50℃,混合搅拌3小时;
c).最后依次加入无机抗菌粉和微胶囊香精,继续混合搅拌,时间在1小时,温度控制在30℃,待相变完毕出料即得成品。
实施例2
准备10 cm×10 cm白布12块,分成4组,除抑菌留香的马桶清洁剂之外另准备三种市面上常见的清洁产品,分别是冲洁宝,绿伞和威猛先生;
用尿液等污秽物10 g配制1000 g的污水,置于1000 m1大烧杯中。在烧杯中浸泡所有的白布,1分钟后取出并用吹风机吹干;
将取出后的白布分4组,将4种清洁产品分别取l0 g,溶于90 g水中,四组白布分别浸入这四组溶液中浸泡,l0 min后取出。
取出之后用清水再次浸泡l0 min,然后用吹风机吹干。用白度仪测量这些白布的白度值。

抑菌留香的马桶清洁剂的白度值比市面上常见的清洁产品效果更好,说明抑菌留香的马桶清洁剂是非常有效的。

Claims (3)

1.一种抑菌留香的马桶清洁剂及其制备方法,其特征在于:
由下述质量百分比的组分制成,组分之和为 100%:
脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚AEO-7 0.8-1.75%
脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠AES 7-15%
阴离子表面活性剂K-12 0.75-2%
乙二胺二甲基四胺 1-2%
苯甲酸钠 0.1%
微胶囊香精 0.05-0.3%
凝胶悬浮剂 0.1-1%
无机抗菌粉 0.1-1%
去离子水 80-90%;
具体制备步骤为:
a).将凝胶悬浮剂充分溶解于去离子水中,获得1%凝胶悬浮剂水溶液,溶解时需要不停的加热搅拌,温度控制在75-95℃,加热搅拌时间预计在5-15分钟;
b).然后依次加入脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠AES、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚AEO-7、乙二胺二甲基四胺、阴离子表面活性剂K-12、苯甲酸钠,搅拌混合均匀,温度控制在25-75℃之间,混合搅拌0.5-3小时;
c).最后依次加入无机抗菌粉、微胶囊香精,继续混合搅拌,时间在0.5-1小时,温度控制在50℃以下,待相变完毕出料即得成品。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种抑菌留香的马桶清洁剂及其制备方法,其特征在于:所述的微胶囊香精直径为1-1000微米,微胶囊香精的壁材为阿拉伯树胶,与凝胶悬浮剂部分相容;微胶囊香精的芯材内填充液体或半固体香精,微胶囊香精的芯材内填充的液体或半固体香精为玫瑰、茉莉、白兰等花香型香精,柠檬、橘子、甜橙、草毒、香蕉、葡萄、樱桃、苹果等果香型香精,蒜油、姜油、芥子油、薄荷油等精油的一种或者多种的任意比例混合物。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种抑菌留香的马桶清洁剂及其制备方法,其特征在于:所述的凝胶悬浮剂选用低酸基结冷胶或高酞基结冷胶分子或羧甲基纤维素CMC或黄原胶的一种或者多种的任意比例混合物。
