Abstract
本发明公开了一种涂胶布及其制作方法,包括基布和胶面层,所述基布上设有透孔,所述基布两面均粘结有胶面层,基布两面的胶面层通过透孔粘结在一起。它主要用于胶囊等防水、防腐蚀制品的制作,涂胶布的胶层与基布一体性强,胶层与基布连接牢固,层间抗撕裂强度高,受压不易开胶鼓泡,拉伸变形率低。在保证整体强度的情况下,可使用基布较薄的布料,不仅能降低生产成本低,而且使用也方便。在制作时,采用基布处理、覆面和定型连续工艺,改变了现有涂胶布普遍采用的浸胶和刷涂工艺,可快速连续生产,工艺简单,生产效率高。

技术领域
本发明属于耐压防水防腐蚀布技术领域,具体是涉及一种涂胶布和制造方法。
背景技术
在织物上涂覆胶层制作而成的涂胶布,广泛应用于防火、防水和防腐蚀制品的制作。涂胶布主要由基布和胶面层组成,基布和胶面层本身的强度和相互间结合的紧密程度决定着布料整体的强度。现有使用的涂胶布,基布与胶层是面面连接,胶层与基布连接不牢,受压后,胶面层容易开胶鼓泡,影响涂胶布使用范围和其制品的使用寿命。同时,现有涂胶布为保证其整体强度,在生产中对基布的要求比较高,一般要求基布达到足够的厚度,基布不能有破损,制作和使用成本高。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种胶层与基布连接牢固的涂胶布及其制作方法。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明解决包括基布和胶面层,其结构特点是所述基布上设有透孔,所述基布两面均粘结有胶面层,基布两面的胶面层通过透孔粘结在一起。
优选的是所述基布上的透孔为边缘整齐的圆孔状。
进一步的是所述透孔在基布上均匀分布,透孔直径为0.3毫米至2毫米,透孔密度为每平方厘米2-10个。
所述涂胶布的制作方法,包括以下步骤:
1)基布成孔:在基布上形成一定密度和孔径的透孔;
2)覆面:将胶料或胶布覆在上述处理后的基布表面,并双面热压成型;
3)降温定型:对涂胶布进行降温处理。
进一步的是基布成孔采用热熔法,透孔边界整齐,经纬线相互连接;覆面时,采用胶布覆在基布两表面,并利用热辊双面挤压成型。
所述基布为涤纶布、丙纶布、碳纤布、玻纤布或尼龙布,基布上的透孔采用刺辊扎刺热熔或激光打孔;所述胶布采用PVC、PU、PE、PP、EVA或PET等高分子材料制作;涂胶布降温定型采用风冷或水冷式。
采用上述结构后,由于本发明的基布上设有贯通布体的透孔,基布两面的胶面层经热压穿过透孔形成粘结在一起的胶柱,基布与胶面层形成了立体交联连接,涂胶布的胶层与基布一体性强,胶层与基布连接牢固,层间抗撕裂强度高,受压不易开胶鼓泡,拉伸变形率低。在保证整体强度的情况下,可使用基布较薄的布料,基布上的透孔不影响成品强度,不仅能降低生产成本低,而且使用也方便。在制作时,采用基布处理、覆面和定型连续工艺,改变了现有涂胶布普遍采用的浸胶和刷涂工艺,可快速连续生产,工艺简单,生产效率高。覆面时利用双面热压成型,胶料能够充分进入透孔内,在基布内形成若干交联体。

具体实施方式
参照图1至图3,该涂胶布包括基布1和基布两面的胶面层2,基布1为纤维织物,根据功能要求可采用玻纤布、尼龙布或者帆布等。在基布1上设有一定密度的透孔11,多个透孔11呈筛孔状均匀分布在基布1上,孔径为0.3至2毫米,孔密度为每平方厘米2-10个。对于基布1较厚,耐压要求高的涂胶布,一般采用孔径为1至2毫米,孔密度为每平方厘米5-10个。对于基布1较薄,耐压要求低的涂胶布,一般采用孔径为0.3至1毫米,孔密度为每平方厘米2-5个。为便于加工和保持基布的强度,透孔11为圆形。基布上透孔的孔径和密度大小及相互搭配,影响基布的撕裂强度和涂胶后布体两侧胶层的开胶率。孔径和密度大,基布撕裂强度变低,但能提高布体两侧胶层的结合度;孔径和密度小,基布撕裂强度提高,但能布体两侧胶层的结合度就会降低。因此,对于不同基布,综合考虑布体耐撕裂和抗压等性能,孔径最好在0.8至1.2毫米之间,孔密度选择每平方厘米6-8个。在基布1两面均粘结有胶面层2,基布1两面的胶面层2通过透孔11粘结在一起,基布1两面的胶面层2经热压穿过透孔11在透孔11中形成粘结在一起的胶柱23,胶面层2为胶料或胶布。本实施例中,基布1两面的胶面层2为PVC胶层,两PVC胶面层2经热压穿过透孔11形成粘结在一起的胶柱23。
本发明涂胶布采用如下方法制作:
1)基布处理:选取涤纶布或玻纤布为基布,在基布上利用刺辊进行高温热熔轧孔,在基布上均匀形成孔密度为每平方厘米6-8个,孔径大小为0.8-1.2毫米的透孔。
2)覆面:利用塑料挤出机在上述处理后的基布的两面不间断挤出一定厚度和宽度的PVC胶带,并立即利用热辊双面挤压成型,热辊温度控制在100至120度;通过热辊挤压,使基布的两面的胶面层经热压穿过透孔形成粘结在一起的胶柱,同时增强表面的光滑度。
3)降温定型:涂胶布辊压后,立即使用风冷或者水浴进行降温定型处理。
基布处理时,可采用刺辊热熔扎刺或激光打孔,不仅工艺简单,而且透孔周边经纬线经熔融和冷却,能相互交联,且保持透孔边界整齐,保证了基布的抗拉强度。覆面时,两热辊同时进行双面挤压成型,基布两面的胶面层通过交联体紧密搭接,在布面的纵横两个方向上都有较强的抗拉强度。热辊温度可根据胶面材料和覆面工艺要求进行配合调整。基布可选择涤纶布、丙纶布、碳纤布、玻纤布或尼龙布;胶布采用PVC、PU、PE、PP、EVA或PET等高分子材料制作。
Claims (2)
1.一种涂胶布的制作方法,其特征是该制作方法所用的涂胶布包括基布(1)和胶面层(2),所述基布(1)上设有透孔(11),所述透 孔(11)为边缘整齐的圆孔状,所述基布(1)两面均粘结有胶面层(2),基布(1)两面的胶面层(2)通过透孔(11)粘结在一起;所述透孔(11)在基布(1)上均匀分布,透孔直径为0.3毫米至2毫米,透孔密度为每平方厘米2-10个;该制作方法包括以下步骤:
1)基布成孔:在基布上形成一定密度和孔径的透孔;
2)覆面:将胶布覆在上述处理后的基布表面,并双面热压成型;
3)降温定型:对涂胶布进行降温处理;
基布成孔采用热熔法,透孔边界整齐,经纬线相互连接;覆面时,采用胶布覆在基布两表面,并利用热辊双面挤压成型。
2.按照权利要求1所述涂胶布的制作方法,其特征是所述基布为涤纶布、丙纶布、碳纤布、玻纤布或尼龙布,基布上的透孔采用刺辊扎刺热熔或激光打孔;所述胶布采用PVC、PU、PE、PP、EVA或PET高分子材料制作;涂胶布降温定型采用风冷或水冷式。
