本发明公开了一种矿用导风筒耐温阻燃涂覆布,涉及一种涂覆布,具体由组分A和组分B制成,所述组分A是由聚酯纤维丝织造成的网格状布匹基材,所述组分B是一种复合涂覆剂,由下列物质制成:聚氯乙烯、聚乙烯、聚苯硫醚、改性麦饭石、消泡剂、乳化剂、异丙醇。本发明制得的涂覆布耐温阻燃性能强,耐腐、耐磨性能好,表面涂层与基材粘附性好,降低了意外事故的发生率。

本发明涉及一种涂覆布,具体涉及一种矿用导风筒耐温阻燃涂覆布。
背景技术
导风筒在煤矿井下局部通风系统中起着引导空气,稀释和排除工作地点释放出的瓦斯气体,排除生产中产生的煤尘、岩尘,防止矿尘堆积与爆炸的作用,为作业现场提供良好的生产作业环境。目前,大量用于煤矿井下的导风筒主要以玻璃纤维布、玻棉交织布、化学纤维布、合成纤维布等为骨架材料,以橡胶、塑料或橡塑混合物等为涂覆层的涂覆布制成的柔性导风筒。现有的多数导风筒材料耐温阻燃性不佳,仍不能有效防止灾害的发生。
发明内容
本发明旨在提供一种矿用导风筒耐温阻燃涂覆布。
本发明通过以下技术方案来实现:
一种矿用导风筒耐温阻燃涂覆布,由组分A和组分B制成,所述组分A是由聚酯纤维丝织造成的网格状布匹基材,所述组分B是一种复合涂覆剂,由如下重量份的物质制成:15~18份聚氯乙烯、8~10份聚乙烯、11~14份聚苯硫醚、5~7份改性麦饭石、0.5~1份消泡剂、1~2份乳化剂、2~3份异丙醇;所述改性麦饭石由如下重量份的物质制成:26~29份麦饭石、6~8份水滑石、4~6份十二烷基三甲基溴化铵、3~5份十二烷基硫酸钠、2~4份聚乙烯吡咯烷酮、2~4份乙二醇。
进一步的,所述改性麦饭石的制备方法包括如下步骤:
(1)先将麦饭石放入质量分数为5%的氢氧化钠溶液中浸泡处理13~15min,取出后用去离子水冲洗干净,然后放入温度为670~720℃的条件下煅烧处理2~3h,取出后同水滑石共同混合粉碎过500目得混合粉末备用;
(2)将十二烷基三甲基溴化铵、十二烷基硫酸钠、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮、乙二醇与其总质量5~6倍的清水共同混合,搅拌均匀后得混合液备用;
(3)将步骤(1)所得的混合粉末同步骤(2)所得的混合液一起放入反应釜中,加热保持反应釜温度为90~94℃,并升压至0.3~0.4MPa,不断搅拌反应4~5h后过滤得滤渣备用;
(4)将步骤(3)所得的滤渣放入去离子水中清洗后,再放入温度为80~85℃的干燥室内干燥,最后粉碎过600目即得改性麦饭石。
进一步的,所述复合涂覆剂的制备方法为:先将聚氯乙烯、聚乙烯、聚苯硫醚、消泡剂、乳化剂、异丙醇共同混合,加热保持温度为42~45℃,不断搅拌分散均匀后,再将改性麦饭石加入,继续搅拌直至分散均匀即可。
一种矿用导风筒耐温阻燃涂覆布的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)将组分B利用涂布辊采取逆辊式涂布于组分A的外表面上,控制涂布的厚度为0.5~0.8mm;
(2)将步骤(1)涂布后的组分A置于远红外烘干室内,保持烘干室内温度为90~95℃,持续烘干即可。
本发明具有如下有益效果:
本发明合理搭配了聚氯乙烯、聚乙烯、聚苯硫醚成分作为基体物质,保证了整体的耐温、耐腐、抗老化性能,并添加了改性麦饭石对整体特性做进一步改善,用十二烷基三甲基溴化铵、十二烷基硫酸钠等成分对麦饭石和水滑石进行表面和插层改性处理,改变了其吸温特性,提高了耐温性能,进而提升了复合涂覆剂的耐温阻燃性能。在各方法步骤的共同配合作用下,本发明制得的涂覆布耐温阻燃性能强,耐腐、耐磨性能好,表面涂层与基材粘附性好,降低了意外事故的发生率。
具体实施方式
实施例1
一种矿用导风筒耐温阻燃涂覆布,由组分A和组分B制成,所述组分A是由聚酯纤维丝织造成的网格状布匹基材,所述组分B是一种复合涂覆剂,由如下重量份的物质制成:15份聚氯乙烯、8份聚乙烯、11份聚苯硫醚、5份改性麦饭石、0.5份消泡剂、1份乳化剂、2份异丙醇;所述改性麦饭石由如下重量份的物质制成:26份麦饭石、6份水滑石、4份十二烷基三甲基溴化铵、3份十二烷基硫酸钠、2份聚乙烯吡咯烷酮、2份乙二醇。
进一步的,所述改性麦饭石的制备方法包括如下步骤:
(1)先将麦饭石放入质量分数为5%的氢氧化钠溶液中浸泡处理13min,取出后用去离子水冲洗干净,然后放入温度为670℃的条件下煅烧处理2h,取出后同水滑石共同混合粉碎过500目得混合粉末备用;
(2)将十二烷基三甲基溴化铵、十二烷基硫酸钠、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮、乙二醇与其总质量5倍的清水共同混合,搅拌均匀后得混合液备用;
(3)将步骤(1)所得的混合粉末同步骤(2)所得的混合液一起放入反应釜中,加热保持反应釜温度为90~92℃,并升压至0.3MPa,不断搅拌反应4h后过滤得滤渣备用;
(4)将步骤(3)所得的滤渣放入去离子水中清洗后,再放入温度为80~83℃的干燥室内干燥,最后粉碎过600目即得改性麦饭石。
进一步的,所述复合涂覆剂的制备方法为:先将聚氯乙烯、聚乙烯、聚苯硫醚、消泡剂、乳化剂、异丙醇共同混合,加热保持温度为42℃,不断搅拌分散均匀后,再将改性麦饭石加入,继续搅拌直至分散均匀即可。
一种矿用导风筒耐温阻燃涂覆布的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)将组分B利用涂布辊采取逆辊式涂布于组分A的外表面上,控制涂布的厚度为0.6mm;
(2)将步骤(1)涂布后的组分A置于远红外烘干室内,保持烘干室内温度为90℃,持续烘干即可。
实施例2

对照组
现有的涂层为聚氯乙烯基的导风筒涂覆布。
为了对比本发明效果,对上述五种方式对应的涂覆布进行性能检测(各组试样涂覆布表面涂层厚度均为0.6mm,整体厚度也相同),具体为:用温度为980 ~1000℃的乙炔火焰对涂覆布进行加热引燃实验,记录其被烧穿的时长和正面、背面的温度值,下表1为相应的对比数据:

注:上表1中所述的正面是指直接接触火焰的一面。
由上表1中可以看出,本发明方法制得的涂覆布具有良好的耐温阻燃性,且正反面温差较大,进一步提高了使用安全性。

1.一种矿用导风筒耐温阻燃涂覆布,其特征在于,由组分A和组分B制成,所述组分A是由聚酯纤维丝织造成的网格状布匹基材,所述组分B是一种复合涂覆剂,由如下重量份的物质制成:15~18份聚氯乙烯、8~10份聚乙烯、11~14份聚苯硫醚、5~7份改性麦饭石、0.5~1份消泡剂、1~2份乳化剂、2~3份异丙醇;所述改性麦饭石由如下重量份的物质制成:26~29份麦饭石、6~8份水滑石、4~6份十二烷基三甲基溴化铵、3~5份十二烷基硫酸钠、2~4份聚乙烯吡咯烷酮、2~4份乙二醇。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种矿用导风筒耐温阻燃涂覆布,其特征在于,所述改性麦饭石的制备方法包括如下步骤:
(1)先将麦饭石放入质量分数为5%的氢氧化钠溶液中浸泡处理13~15min,取出后用去离子水冲洗干净,然后放入温度为670~720℃的条件下煅烧处理2~3h,取出后同水滑石共同混合粉碎过500目得混合粉末备用;
(2)将十二烷基三甲基溴化铵、十二烷基硫酸钠、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮、乙二醇与其总质量5~6倍的清水共同混合,搅拌均匀后得混合液备用;
(3)将步骤(1)所得的混合粉末同步骤(2)所得的混合液一起放入反应釜中,加热保持反应釜温度为90~94℃,并升压至0.3~0.4MPa,不断搅拌反应4~5h后过滤得滤渣备用;
(4)将步骤(3)所得的滤渣放入去离子水中清洗后,再放入温度为80~85℃的干燥室内干燥,最后粉碎过600目即得改性麦饭石。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种矿用导风筒耐温阻燃涂覆布,其特征在于,所述复合涂覆剂的制备方法为:先将聚氯乙烯、聚乙烯、聚苯硫醚、消泡剂、乳化剂、异丙醇共同混合,加热保持温度为42~45℃,不断搅拌分散均匀后,再将改性麦饭石加入,继续搅拌直至分散均匀即可。
4.一种如权利要求1所述的矿用导风筒耐温阻燃涂覆布的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
(1)将组分B利用涂布辊采取逆辊式涂布于组分A的外表面上,控制涂布的厚度为0.5~0.8mm;
(2)将步骤(1)涂布后的组分A置于远红外烘干室内,保持烘干室内温度为90~95℃,持续烘干即可。
