据申请人了解,现有喷墨打印机黑色墨盒用墨水存在稳定性问题,在长时间存放
后会产生絮凝沉淀,导致墨盒喷头堵塞。
发明内容
为解决现有技术存在的问题,本发明提供一种喷墨打印机黑色墨盒用墨水制备方
法,制得墨水稳定性好,长时间放置不会产生絮凝沉淀。
本发明的喷墨打印机黑色墨盒用墨水制备方法,包括以下步骤:
将以下组分按重量份数混合均匀,再过0.02 微米滤器即得成品:
10-30
份黑色染料,1-5 份乙二醇,2-8 份烷氧基化醇,1-6 份聚乙二醇,5-7 份碳酸二氢钠,1-3 份脂肪醇醚硫酸钠,1-3 份吡咯烷酮,2-5 份聚丙烯酸酯乳液,1-3 份二丙二醇乙醚,100-150 份去离子水。
本发明制得墨水稳定性好,长时间放置不会产生絮凝沉淀。

Claims (3)
1.一种喷墨打印机黑色墨盒用墨水制备方法,其特征是,包括以下步骤:
(1)将以下组分按重量份数混合,加热至25-40 度,超声30s-5min,混合均匀:
10-30 份黑色染料,1-5 份乙二醇,2-8 份烷氧基化醇,1-6 份聚乙二醇,5-7 份碳酸二氢钠,1-3 份脂肪醇醚硫酸钠,1-3 份吡咯烷酮,2-5 份聚丙烯酸酯乳液,1-3 份二丙二醇乙醚,100-150 份去离子水;
(2)将步骤1 制得的混合溶液经过过0.02 微米滤器过滤即得成品。
2.如权利要求1 所述的喷墨打印机黑色墨盒用墨水制备方法,其特征是使用如下重量份的组分:20 份黑色染料,3 份乙二醇,6 份烷氧基化醇,5 份聚乙二醇,6 份碳酸二氢钠,2 份脂肪醇醚硫酸钠,2
份吡咯烷酮,3 份聚丙烯酸酯乳液,2 份二丙二醇乙醚,120 份去离子水。
3.如权利要求1 或2 所述的喷墨打印机黑色墨盒用墨水制备方法,其特征是,所述的黑
色染料为PK7。
