背景技术
众所周知,矿井下空间狭小,作业环境昏暗,虽然配备了照明设施,但可见度仍然很低,方向感差,矿井中为了保障辅助运输的安全和提高应急避险能力,矿井中也参照地面交通系统,将反光标识做成警示牌板应用到井下,在白天以其鲜艳的色彩起到明显的警示作用,在夜间或光线不足的情况下,其明亮的反光效果可以有效地增强人的识别能力,帮助人员看清目标,引起警觉,从而避免事故发生,减少人员伤亡,降低经济损失。反光标识作为道路交通不可缺少的安全卫士,有着明显的社会效益。
现阶段市场上有反光材料和发光材料两大类,其中,发光膜是能够蓄光、发光的软质塑料复合薄膜;所以发光膜又称蓄光膜。反光膜应用很广泛,其广泛用于制作道路交通标识及广告牌,一般的反光膜除了沿光源的入射方向反射光线外没有别的功能。
目前发光膜中的发光材料主要是光致蓄能长余辉发光材料,它有两个主要的分支,即硫化锌发光材料和稀土激活碱土金属铝酸盐发光材料,硫化锌发光材料的发光强度低,在非常黑暗的环境下,就无法使用,而稀土激活碱土金属铝酸盐发光材料耐湿性差,遇水易潮解,发光强度降低,而且与反光材料兼容性差导致,
发光材料反光材料制作的反光膜应用很广泛,为了增强道路交通、车辆、广告等标志的可识别性而粘贴在标志反面的反光材料,长期以来人们一直用玻璃微珠作为反光透镜体,专利号2008103043408公开了一种“蓄光发光反光标贴及其制作方法”该发明所述的反光层将银粉、玻璃微珠等原料混合均匀而成,玻璃微珠主要原料为硅酸盐型的,虽具有良好的耐磨作用与反光作用,但研究发现,钠钙硅酸盐型,一方面折射率只有1.5左右,会限制反光亮度,更重要另一方面玻璃微珠容易碎裂,反光强度降低,并影响反光效果,降低使用寿命。因此,将玻璃微珠作为反光膜的主要材料应用于矿井中的安全标识时,容易被矿井中的砂粒颗粒擦伤造成碎裂,而影响反光效果,尤其在光线不足或黑暗的情况下,反光作用不强造成警示作用减弱,而导致人员伤亡及矿井设备损伤。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于针对现有技术提供一种矿井设备用发光反光安全膜及其制备方法。
为了实现本发明的目的,本发明通过以下技术方案实现:
一种矿井设备用发光反光安全膜,该发光反光安全膜包括内表膜、发光层、反光层,所述的基膜与发光层之间还包括贴合层,在所述贴合层表面涂覆发光剂形成发光层,在所述发光层表面喷涂透光材料形成透光层,在所述的透光层表面喷涂反光剂形成反光层,在所述的反光层表面涂覆胶黏层,在所述胶粘层表面贴合一层纳米纤维素纸透明薄膜形成外表膜;所述的内表膜为纳米有机硅-聚酰亚胺薄膜;所述的发光层中发光剂,由以下重量份数的原材料组成:发光陶瓷40-60份、甘露糖30-50份、邻苯二甲酸二丁酯5-10份、甲基硅油3-5份、没食子酸丙酯1-2份、氮丙啶2-3份、合成树脂0.1-0.6份、1.5-3.5份硼酸;所述的透光层中透光材料,由以下重量份数的原材料组成:3-6份聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯、5-8份玻璃纤维、6-9份二氧化硅;所述的反光层中反光剂,由以下重量份数的原材料组成:陶瓷微珠30-50份、水晶粉15-25份、异辛酸锌2-4份、聚丙烯酸酯3-5份、芦荟胶8-10份、壳聚糖8-12份、聚氨酯1-3份、2-5份聚硅氧烷、3.5-6份粘胶纤维;所述的贴合层是将石花胶和瓜尔胶按照质量比3∶2的比例混合加入其混合胶总重量1倍的水搅拌溶解成透明胶液涂覆在基膜上形成;所述的胶粘层是将松香胶和香豆胶和按照质量比2∶1的比例混合加入其混合胶重量1.5倍的水搅拌溶解成透明胶液涂覆在反光层上形成。

①按重量份数,取发光陶瓷、甘露糖、邻苯二甲酸二丁酯、合成树脂、没食子酸丙酯、陶瓷微珠、水晶粉、异辛酸锌、聚丙烯酸酯、壳聚糖、聚氨酯、聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯、玻璃纤维、二氧化硅、聚硅氧烷、硼酸、粘胶纤维分别打磨至粒径为100-150nm;
②将打磨完成的发光陶瓷、甘露糖、邻苯二甲酸二丁酯、没食子酸丙酯、氮丙啶、合成树脂、硼酸混合后,加入至甲基硅油中,研磨均匀制成发光剂,将有机硅-聚酰亚胺薄膜表面均匀涂覆贴合剂,涂覆厚度为50-60um,然后将发光剂均匀的涂覆在贴合剂上,重复涂覆3-5次,每次涂覆完成后,低温干燥15-20s,即得发光层;
③将聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯、玻璃纤维、二氧化硅混合后,加入其重量1.2倍的质量浓度为80%的乙醇溶液,研磨均匀后,喷涂在发光层上形成透光层;
④取打磨完成的陶瓷微珠、水晶粉、异辛酸锌和聚丙烯酸酯与芦荟胶、壳聚糖、聚氨酯、聚硅氧烷、粘胶纤维在60-70℃高温下进行充分混合后,充分溶解制成反光剂,保持反光剂温度范围为40-45℃,喷涂在步骤②制备的发光层的表面上,重复喷2-3次,每次喷涂完在30-35℃环境中,静置干燥15-20min;形成反光层;
⑤将胶粘剂均匀喷涂在步骤④制备的反光层的表面,涂覆厚度为40-50um,待自然冷却至室温,贴合一层纳米纤维素纸透明薄膜形成外表膜,即可。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果在于:本发明发光层及反光层分别以发光陶瓷和陶瓷微珠为主要原料制备的发光剂及反光剂兼容性好,因此发光及反光效果好,而且本发明制备的发光反光膜耐磨、耐光及耐湿性好,适宜在矿井中作为警示标识使用。

实施例1
一种矿井设备用发光反光安全膜,该发光反光安全膜包括内表膜、发光层、反光层,所述的基膜与发光层之间还包括贴合层,在所述贴合层表面涂覆发光剂形成发光层,在所述发光层表面喷涂透光材料形成透光层,在所述的透光层表面喷涂反光剂形成反光层,在所述的反光层表面涂覆胶黏层,在所述胶粘层表面贴合一层纳米纤维素纸透明薄膜形成外表膜;所述的内表膜为纳米有机硅-聚酰亚胺薄膜;
所述的发光层中发光剂,由以下重量份数的原材料组成:发光陶瓷40份、甘露糖30份、邻苯二甲酸二丁酯5份、甲基硅油3份、没食子酸丙酯1份、氮丙啶2份、合成树脂0.1份、1.5份硼酸。
所述的透光层中透光材料,由以下重量份数的原材料组成:3份聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯、5份玻璃纤维、6份二氧化硅。
所述的反光层中反光剂,由以下重量份数的原材料组成:陶瓷微珠30份、水晶粉15份、异辛酸锌2份、聚丙烯酸酯3份、芦荟胶8份、壳聚糖8份、聚氨酯1份、2份聚硅氧烷、3.5份粘胶纤维。
所述的贴合层是将石花胶和瓜尔胶按照质量比3∶2的比例混合加入其混合胶总重量1倍的水搅拌溶解成透明胶液涂覆在基膜上形成。
所述的胶粘层是将松香胶和香豆胶和按照质量比2∶1的比例混合加入其混合胶重量1.5倍的水搅拌溶解成透明胶液涂覆在反光层上形成。
上述矿井设备用发光反光安全膜,具体包括以下步骤制得:
①按重量份数,取发光陶瓷、甘露糖、邻苯二甲酸二丁酯、合成树脂、没食子酸丙酯、陶瓷微珠、水晶粉、异辛酸锌、聚丙烯酸酯、壳聚糖、聚氨酯、聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯、玻璃纤维、二氧化硅、聚硅氧烷、硼酸、粘胶纤维分别打磨至粒径为100-150nm;
②将打磨完成的发光陶瓷、甘露糖、邻苯二甲酸二丁酯、没食子酸丙酯、氮丙啶、合成树脂、硼酸混合后,加入至甲基硅油中,研磨均匀制成发光剂,将有机硅-聚酰亚胺薄膜表面均匀涂覆贴合剂,涂覆厚度为50um,然后将发光剂均匀的涂覆在贴合剂上,重复涂覆3次,每次涂覆完成后,低温干燥15s,即得发光层;
③将聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯、玻璃纤维、二氧化硅混合后,加入其重量1.2倍的质量浓度为80%的乙醇溶液,研磨均匀后,喷涂在发光层上形成透光层;
④取打磨完成的陶瓷微珠、水晶粉、异辛酸锌和聚丙烯酸酯与芦荟胶、壳聚糖、聚氨酯、聚硅氧烷、粘胶纤维在60℃高温下进行充分混合后,充分溶解制成反光剂,保持反光剂温度范围为40℃,喷涂在步骤②制备的发光层的表面上,重复喷2次,每次喷涂完在30℃环境中,静置干燥15min;形成反光层;
⑤将胶粘剂均匀喷涂在步骤④制备的反光层的表面,涂覆厚度为40um,待自然冷却至室温,贴合一层纳米纤维素纸透明薄膜形成外表膜,即可。
试验方法:由本发明实施例1制备的矿井设备用发光反光安全膜,以及现有技术,专利申请号2014104439747公开制备的“发光反光膜”和专利号2008103043408公开实施例1制备的“蓄光发光反光标贴”分别进行耐磨试验,编号为1-3。
具体测试条件:转速200转/分钟、磨损面压强0.025kg/cm2(磨板11直径10cm,面积78.5cm2,维持接触重量2公斤。)磨耗时间5分钟。磨耗高度计算方法为:在耐磨性能测试后,用千分尺测量样品磨损面的五个点所得的平均磨耗高度。
测试结果见表1

由表1清楚的可知,与现有技术制备的发光反光膜相比,本发明制备的发光反光膜,磨耗高度明显降低,因此可知耐磨性能更好一些,在矿井中使用时寿命会更长久。
实施例2
一种矿井设备用发光反光安全膜,该发光反光安全膜包括内表膜、发光层、反光层,所述的基膜与发光层之间还包括贴合层,在所述贴合层表面涂覆发光剂形成发光层,在所述发光层表面喷涂透光材料形成透光层,在所述的透光层表面喷涂反光剂形成反光层,在所述的反光层表面涂覆胶黏层,在所述胶粘层表面贴合一层纳米纤维素纸透明薄膜形成外表膜;所述的内表膜为纳米有机硅-聚酰亚胺薄膜;
所述的发光层中发光剂,由以下重量份数的原材料组成:发光陶瓷60份、甘露糖50份、邻苯二甲酸二丁酯10份、甲基硅油5份、没食子酸丙酯2份、氮丙啶3份、合成树脂0.6份、3.5份硼酸。
所述的透光层中透光材料,由以下重量份数的原材料组成:6份聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯、8份玻璃纤维、9份二氧化硅。
所述的反光层中反光剂,由以下重量份数的原材料组成:陶瓷微珠50份、水晶粉25份、异辛酸锌4份、聚丙烯酸酯5份、芦荟胶10份、壳聚糖12份、聚氨酯3份、5份聚硅氧烷、6份粘胶纤维。
所述的贴合层是将石花胶和瓜尔胶按照质量比3∶2的比例混合加入其混合胶总重量1倍的水搅拌溶解成透明胶液涂覆在基膜上形成。
所述的胶粘层是将松香胶和香豆胶和按照质量比2∶1的比例混合加入其混合胶重量1.5倍的水搅拌溶解成透明胶液涂覆在反光层上形成。

②将打磨完成的发光陶瓷、甘露糖、邻苯二甲酸二丁酯、没食子酸丙酯、氮丙啶、合成树脂、硼酸混合后,加入至甲基硅油中,研磨均匀制成发光剂,将有机硅-聚酰亚胺薄膜表面均匀涂覆贴合剂,涂覆厚度为60um,然后将发光剂均匀的涂覆在贴合剂上,重复涂覆5次,每次涂覆完成后,低温干燥20s,即得发光层;
③将聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯、玻璃纤维、二氧化硅混合后,加入其重量1.2倍的质量浓度为80%的乙醇溶液,研磨均匀后,喷涂在发光层上形成透光层;
④取打磨完成的陶瓷微珠、水晶粉、异辛酸锌和聚丙烯酸酯与芦荟胶、壳聚糖、聚氨酯、聚硅氧烷、粘胶纤维在70℃高温下进行充分混合后,充分溶解制成反光剂,保持反光剂温度范围为45℃,喷涂在步骤②制备的发光层的表面上,重复喷3次,每次喷涂完在35℃环境中,静置干燥20min;形成反光层;
⑤将胶粘剂均匀喷涂在步骤④制备的反光层的表面,涂覆厚度为50um,待自然冷却至室温,贴合一层纳米纤维素纸透明薄膜形成外表膜,即可。
由本发明实施例2制备的矿井设备用发光反光安全膜,以及现有技术,专利申请号2014104439747公开制备的“发光反光膜”和专利号2008103043408公开实施例1制备的“蓄光发光反光标贴”分别进行耐光试验,编号为1-3。
试验方法:由三盏瓦数相同的白炽灯照射编号为1、2、3的发光反光体1个小时,然后撤去光源,100小时以后观察3组发光反光膜的亮度。
测定结果见表2

由表2可知,与现有技术制备的发光反光体相比,本发明实施2制备的发光反光膜耐光性显著,在矿井中使用时,无光源照射后,余辉降低速度较慢,可以持久起到安全警示作用。
实施例3
一种矿井设备用发光反光安全膜,该发光反光安全膜包括内表膜、发光层、反光层,所述的基膜与发光层之间还包括贴合层,在所述贴合层表面涂覆发光剂形成发光层,在所述发光层表面喷涂透光材料形成透光层,在所述的透光层表面喷涂反光剂形成反光层,在所述的反光层表面涂覆胶黏层,在所述胶粘层表面贴合一层纳米纤维素纸透明薄膜形成外表膜;所述的内表膜为纳米有机硅-聚酰亚胺薄膜;所述的发光层中发光剂,由以下重量份数的原材料组成:发光陶瓷50份、甘露糖40份、邻苯二甲酸二丁酯8份、甲基硅油4份、没食子酸丙酯1.5份、氮丙啶2.5份、合成树脂0.3份、2.0份硼酸。
所述的透光层中透光材料,由以下重量份数的原材料组成:5份聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯、7份玻璃纤维、8份二氧化硅。
所述的反光层中反光剂,由以下重量份数的原材料组成:陶瓷微珠40份、水晶粉20份、异辛酸锌3份、聚丙烯酸酯4份、芦荟胶9份、壳聚糖10份、聚氨酯2份、3份聚硅氧烷、4.5份粘胶纤维。
所述的贴合层是将石花胶和瓜尔胶按照质量比3∶2的比例混合加入其混合胶总重量1倍的水搅拌溶解成透明胶液涂覆在基膜上形成。
所述的胶粘层是将松香胶和香豆胶和按照质量比2∶1的比例混合加入其混合胶重量1.5倍的水搅拌溶解成透明胶液涂覆在反光层上形成。
上述矿井设备用发光反光安全膜,具体包括以下步骤制得:
①按重量份数,取发光陶瓷、甘露糖、邻苯二甲酸二丁酯、合成树脂、没食子酸丙酯、陶瓷微珠、水晶粉、异辛酸锌、聚丙烯酸酯、壳聚糖、聚氨酯、聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯、玻璃纤维、二氧化硅、聚硅氧烷、硼酸、粘胶纤维分别打磨至粒径为100-150nm;
②将打磨完成的发光陶瓷、甘露糖、邻苯二甲酸二丁酯、没食子酸丙酯、氮丙啶、合成树脂、硼酸混合后,加入至甲基硅油中,研磨均匀制成发光剂,将有机硅-聚酰亚胺薄膜表面均匀涂覆贴合剂,涂覆厚度为55um,然后将发光剂均匀的涂覆在贴合剂上,重复涂覆4次,每次涂覆完成后,低温干燥18s,即得发光层;
③将聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯、玻璃纤维、二氧化硅混合后,加入其重量1.2倍的质量浓度为80%的乙醇溶液,研磨均匀后,喷涂在发光层上形成透光层;
④取打磨完成的陶瓷微珠、水晶粉、异辛酸锌和聚丙烯酸酯与芦荟胶、壳聚糖、聚氨酯、聚硅氧烷、粘胶纤维在65℃高温下进行充分混合后,充分溶解制成反光剂,保持反光剂温度范围为42℃,喷涂在步骤②制备的发光层的表面上,重复喷3次,每次喷涂完在32℃环境中,静置干燥18min;形成反光层;
⑤将胶粘剂均匀喷涂在步骤④制备的反光层的表面,涂覆厚度为45um,待自然冷却至室温,贴合一层纳米纤维素纸透明薄膜形成外表膜,即可。
由本发明实施例3制备的矿井设备用发光反光安全膜,以及现有技术,专利申请号2014104439747公开制备的“发光反光膜”和专利号2008103043408公开实施例1制备的“蓄光发光反光标贴”分别进行耐湿性试验,编号为1-3。
试验方法:将以上3组分别进行高压蒸煮测试(121℃,2atm,100%RH)60小时,测定其三组的吸水率(以100%计)。
测定结果见表3

由表3可知,与现有技术相比,本发明实施例3制备的发光反光膜吸水率明显降低,可知耐水性较好,在矿井较潮湿的环境中,不宜潮解,发光及反光强度不受影响,使用寿命较长。

Claims (2)

1.一种矿井设备用发光反光安全膜,该发光反光安全膜包括内表膜、发光层、反光层,其特征在于:所述的基膜与发光层之间还包括贴合层,在所述贴合层表面涂覆发光剂形成发光层,在所述发光层表面喷涂透光材料形成透光层,在所述的透光层表面喷涂反光剂形成反光层,在所述的反光层表面涂覆胶黏层,在所述胶粘层表面贴合一层纳米纤维素纸透明薄膜形成外表膜;所述的内表膜为纳米有机硅-聚酰亚胺薄膜;所述的发光层中发光剂,由以下重量份数的原材料组成:发光陶瓷40-60份、甘露糖30-50份、邻苯二甲酸二丁酯5-10份、甲基硅油3-5份、没食子酸丙酯1-2份、氮丙啶2-3份、合成树脂0.1-0.6份、1.5-3.5份硼酸;所述的透光层中透光材料,由以下重量份数的原材料组成:3-6份聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯、5-8份玻璃纤维、6-9份二氧化硅;所述的反光层中反光剂,由以下重量份数的原材料组成:陶瓷微珠30-50份、水晶粉15-25份、异辛酸锌2-4份、聚丙烯酸酯3-5份、芦荟胶8-10份、壳聚糖8-12份、聚氨酯1-3份、2-5份聚硅氧烷、3.5-6份粘胶纤维;所述的贴合层是将石花胶和瓜尔胶按照质量比3:2的比例混合加入其混合胶总重量1倍的水搅拌溶解成透明胶液涂覆在基膜上形成;所述的胶粘层是将松香胶和香豆胶和按照质量比2:1的比例混合加入其混合胶重量1.5倍的水搅拌溶解成透明胶液涂覆在反光层上形成。
2.根据权利要求12所述的一种矿井设备用发光反光安全膜制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
①按重量份数,取发光陶瓷、甘露糖、邻苯二甲酸二丁酯、合成树脂、没食子酸丙酯、陶瓷微珠、水晶粉、异辛酸锌、聚丙烯酸酯、壳聚糖、聚氨酯、聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯、玻璃纤维、二氧化硅、聚硅氧烷、硼酸、粘胶纤维分别打磨至粒径为100-150nm;
②将打磨完成的发光陶瓷、甘露糖、邻苯二甲酸二丁酯、没食子酸丙酯、氮丙啶、合成树脂、硼酸混合后,加入至甲基硅油中,研磨均匀制成发光剂,将有机硅-聚酰亚胺薄膜表面均匀涂覆贴合剂,涂覆厚度为50-60um,然后将发光剂均匀的涂覆在贴合剂上,重复涂覆3-5次,每次涂覆完成后,低温干燥15-20s,即得发光层;
③将聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯、玻璃纤维、二氧化硅混合后,加入其重量1.2倍的质量浓度为80%的乙醇溶液,研磨均匀后,喷涂在发光层上形成透光层;
④取打磨完成的陶瓷微珠、水晶粉、异辛酸锌和聚丙烯酸酯与芦荟胶、壳聚糖、聚氨酯、聚硅氧烷、粘胶纤维在60-70℃高温下进行充分混合后,充分溶解制成反光剂,保持反光剂温度范围为40-45℃,喷涂在步骤②制备的发光层的表面上,重复喷2-3次,每次喷涂完在30-35℃环境中,静置干燥15-20min,形成反光层;
⑤将胶粘剂均匀喷涂在步骤④制备的反光层的表面,涂覆厚度为40-50um,待自然冷却至室温,贴合一层纳米纤维素纸透明薄膜形成外表膜,即可。
