技术领域
本发明具体涉及一种热塑性盖带。
背景技术
目前,盖带是指在一种应用于电子包装领域的带状产品,与载带配合使用。盖带通常以聚酯或聚丙烯薄膜为基层,并复合或涂布有不同的功能层(抗静电层、胶层等),可在外力或加热的情况下封合在载带的表面,形成闭合的空间,保护载带口袋中电子元器件,现有的盖带效果不够好。
发明内容
本发明的目的就是针对目前盖带是指在一种应用于电子包装领域的带状产品,与载带配合使用。盖带通常以聚酯或聚丙烯薄膜为基层,并复合或涂布有不同的功能层(抗静电层、胶层等),可在外力或加热的情况下封合在载带的表面,形成闭合的空间,保护载带口袋中电子元器件,现有的盖带效果不够好之不足,而提供一种热塑性盖带。

苯乙烯-乙烯-丁烯共聚物 20-50

醋酸乙烯-乙烯共聚物 20-40

苯乙烯-丁二烯共聚物是乳液聚合丁苯橡胶,有溶液聚合丁苯橡胶、有热塑性丁苯嵌段共聚物或有阴离子溶液聚合丁苯嵌段共聚物的K树脂。
A石油树脂是脂肪族树脂(C5)、脂环族树脂(DCPD)或芳香族树脂(C9)。
B石油树脂C5加氢石油树脂或C9加氢石油树脂。
开口剂是二氧化硅开口剂、油酸酰胺、滑石粉、硅藻土或二氧化硅。

将苯乙烯-丁二烯共聚物、苯乙烯-乙烯-丁烯共聚物、抗老化剂、蜡粉、醋酸乙烯-乙烯共聚物、A石油树脂、B石油树脂和开口剂混合加热搅拌即为半成品,再通过模具加工即为热塑性盖带。

抗老化剂 1-2
蜡粉 2-10
醋酸乙烯-乙烯共聚物 20-40
A石油树脂 10-20
B石油树脂 10-20
开口剂 2-10。

3.根据权利要求1所述的一种热塑性盖带,其特征在于苯乙烯-丁二烯共聚物是乳液聚合丁苯橡胶,有溶液聚合丁苯橡胶、有热塑性丁苯嵌段共聚物或有阴离子溶液聚合丁苯嵌段共聚物的K树脂。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种热塑性盖带,其特征在于A石油树脂是脂肪族树脂(C5)、脂环族树脂(DCPD)或芳香族树脂(C9)。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种热塑性盖带,其特征在于B石油树脂C5加氢石油树脂或C9加氢石油树脂。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种热塑性盖带,其特征在于开口剂是二氧化硅开口剂、油酸酰胺、滑石粉、硅藻土或二氧化硅。
