彩色印花木塑复合防滑节能地板砖及其制作方法
本发明涉及建筑装饰材料技术领域,具体涉及一种彩色印花木塑复合防滑节能地板砖及其制作方法。
地砖广泛应用于装饰地面,目前普遍使用的是瓷地砖。但瓷地砖易碎,在运输和使用过程中往往造成损耗,而且施工较麻烦,其防滑性能也不理想。为克服瓷地砖存在的上述问题,一种塑料地砖应运而生。塑料地砖的优点在于,它不会破碎,接触感好,防滑性能好,轻巧好施工,而且可做成各种美丽的图案。目前在西方国家已被广泛采用并越来越受欢迎。如中国专利号为200410017466.9涉及了一种抗菌塑料地砖及其制作方法,由底层塑料基片、中层印花膜和表面耐磨层组成,其表面透明耐磨层为抗菌表面透明耐磨层,它由聚氯乙烯树脂100重量份、邻苯二甲酸二辛酯20-200重量份、稳定剂2-10重量份和纳米抗菌材料0.1-10重量份制备而成。又如中国专利号为200810097999.0涉及了一种塑料地砖及其表层的制造方法,其由不含氯的塑料材质的底部层、印花层以及耐磨层等依序贴合组成具有环保概念的塑料地砖。但上述地砖所使用的原料都是新料,能源消耗大,产品的阻燃性能不好,节能环保的效果还有待提高。
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于提供一种具有阻燃、抗菌耐腐蚀、节能环保的彩色印花复合塑料地砖及其制作方法。
本发明所要解决的技术问题采用以下技术方案来实现,
彩色印花木塑复合防滑节能地板砖,其特征在于:由废PVC100重量份、废PE60-80重量份、增塑剂20-40重量份、填料100-300重量份、稳定剂1-10重量份、润滑剂1-3重量份、阻燃剂10-20重量份组成,
本发明的有益效果是:本发明具有吸音、适宜弹性、阻燃耐腐蚀及节能环保等特点,采用废旧塑料作为生产原料,提高了资源的利用率,有效节约了能源。
为了使本发明实现的技术手段、创作特征、达成目的与功效易于明白了解,下面结合具体实施例,进一步阐述本发明。
一种彩色印花木塑复合防滑节能地板砖,由废PVC100公斤、废PE70公斤、增塑剂30公斤、填料200公斤、稳定剂5公斤、润滑剂2公斤、阻燃剂15公斤组成。
一种彩色印花木塑复合防滑节能地板砖制作方法,将上述将称取好的废PVC、废PE进行清洗、粉碎后加入定量的增塑剂、填料、稳定剂、润滑剂及阻燃剂混合均匀,在195℃-210℃温度下注塑、压光印花及切割而成。
