本发明涉及一种耐老化复合塑料制品。
背景技术
聚丙烯,是由丙烯聚合而制得的一种热塑性树脂。聚丙烯为无毒、无臭、无味的乳白色高结晶的聚合物,是目前所有塑料中最轻的品种之一。它对水特别稳定,成型性好,制品表面光泽好。聚丙烯制品存在以下优点:相对密度小,是塑料中最轻的品种之一;良好的力学性能,除耐冲击性外,其他力学性能均比聚乙烯好,成型加工性能好;具有较高的耐热性,连续使用温度可达110-120℃;化学性能好,几乎不吸水,与绝大多数化学药品不反应;质地纯净,无毒性;电绝缘性好;聚丙烯制品的透明性比高密度聚乙烯制品的透明性好。但是聚丙烯制品同样存在对光、热以及氧化造成的老化现象的缺点。

本发明的目的在于提供一种采用复合结构设置,具有极佳的抗老化性,能够对光、热及氧化作用造成的老化产生极大的防护性的耐老化复合塑料制品。

另外,可通过调节产品各成分的不同重量份数,使得得到的产品性能高低不一。
本发明所述为一种耐老化复合塑料制品,采用复合结构设置,具有极佳的抗老化性,能够对光、热及氧化作用造成的老化产生极大的防护性。

Claims (7)
1.一种耐老化复合塑料制品,其特征在于:包括外部的第一复合管层和内部的第二复合管层,所述第一复合管层由聚丙烯塑料、耐候剂、防老化剂、表面活性剂以及填充剂组成,所述耐候剂为2-羟基-4-正辛氧基二苯甲酮,所述防老化剂为癸二酸双(1,2,2,6,6-五甲基哌啶醇)酯,所述表面活性剂为烷基苯磺酸钠,所述填充剂为炭黑,所述第一复合管层各成分所占重量份数分别为:所述聚丙烯塑料占74-79份,所述2-羟基-4-正辛氧基二苯甲酮占7-11份,所述癸二酸双(1,2,2,6,6-五甲基哌啶醇)酯占3-7份,所述烷基苯磺酸钠占2-6份,所述炭黑占30-35份,所述第二复合管层由聚丙烯塑料、抗氧化剂、补充剂、稳定剂以及分散剂组成,所述抗氧化剂为丁基羟基茴香醚,所述补充剂为氧化锌粉末,所述稳定剂为硫代二丙酸二月桂酯,所述分散剂为低分子蜡,所述第二复合管层各成分所占重量份数分别为:所述聚丙烯塑料占68-73份,所述丁基羟基茴香醚占5-9份,所述氧化锌粉末占23-27份,所述硫代二丙酸二月桂酯占2-7份,所述低分子蜡占1-5份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的耐老化复合塑料制品,其特征在于:所述第一复合管层各成分所占重量份数具体为:所述聚丙烯塑料占75份,所述2-羟基-4-正辛氧基二苯甲酮占8份,所述癸二酸双(1,2,2,6,6-五甲基哌啶醇)酯占4份,所述烷基苯磺酸钠占3份,所述炭黑占31份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的耐老化复合塑料制品,其特征在于:所述第一复合管层各成分所占重量份数具体为:所述聚丙烯塑料占76份,所述2-羟基-4-正辛氧基二苯甲酮占9份,所述癸二酸双(1,2,2,6,6-五甲基哌啶醇)酯占5份,所述烷基苯磺酸钠占4份,所述炭黑占32份。
4.根据权利要求1所述的耐老化复合塑料制品,其特征在于:所述第一复合管层各成分所占重量份数具体为:所述聚丙烯塑料占78份,所述2-羟基-4-正辛氧基二苯甲酮占10份,所述癸二酸双(1,2,2,6,6-五甲基哌啶醇)酯占6份,所述烷基苯磺酸钠占5份,所述炭黑占34份。
5.根据权利要求1所述的耐老化复合塑料制品,其特征在于:所述第二复合管层各成分所占重量份数具体为:所述聚丙烯塑料占69份,所述丁基羟基茴香醚占6份,所述氧化锌粉末占24份,所述硫代二丙酸二月桂酯占3份,所述低分子蜡占2份。
6.根据权利要求1所述的耐老化复合塑料制品,其特征在于:所述第二复合管层各成分所占重量份数具体为:所述聚丙烯塑料占70份,所述丁基羟基茴香醚占7份,所述氧化锌粉末占25份,所述硫代二丙酸二月桂酯占4份,所述低分子蜡占3份。
