本发明公开了一种耐油耐高温高压垫圈用橡胶料及其制备方法,由下列重量份的原料配制而成:丁腈橡胶70‑90、氯丁橡胶20‑30、偏氟乙烯/三氟氯乙烯共聚物18‑22、环氧脂肪酸甲酯5‑8、邻苯二甲酸二仲辛酯6‑8、苯胺甲基三乙氧基硅烷4‑5、沥青油12‑16等。本发明使用丁腈橡胶、氯丁橡胶、偏氟乙烯/三氟氯乙烯共聚物作为基料,具有很好的耐油耐高温性能,添加的邻苯二甲酸二仲辛酯、环氧大豆油组成的复配增塑剂与环氧脂肪酸甲酯搭配,提高其耐高温性、加工性能的同时增加橡胶的弹性和柔韧性,添加的亚磷酸铝、锑酸钠、碱式氯化镁晶须等原料,使材料具有很好的阻燃性,添加的硼化硅、沉淀白炭黑、白玉石粉等原料,改善了产品的耐油性,增强了产品的耐磨性能。

背景技术
丁腈橡胶是由丁二烯和丙烯腈经乳液共聚而成的聚合物,丁腈橡胶以其优异的耐油性而蓍称,其耐油性仅次于聚硫橡胶、丙烯酸酯橡胶和氟橡胶,此外丁腈橡胶还具有良好的耐磨性、耐老化性和气密性,但耐臭氧性、电绝缘性和耐寒性都比较差,而导电性动比较好。氯丁橡胶是以氯丁二烯为主要原料,通过均聚或少量其它单体共聚而成的。如抗张强度高,耐热、耐光、耐老化性能优良,耐油性能均优于天然橡胶、丁苯橡胶、顺丁橡胶。具有较强的耐燃性和优异的抗延燃性,其化学稳定性较高,耐水性良好。偏氟乙烯/三氟氯乙烯共聚物以乙烯和丙烯为主要原料合成,耐老化、电绝缘性能和耐臭氧性能突出。偏氟乙烯/三氟氯乙烯共聚物可大量充油和填充碳黑,制品价格较低,偏氟乙烯/三氟氯乙烯共聚物化学稳定性好,耐磨性、弹性、耐油性和丁苯橡胶接近。以上三种橡胶都具有很好的耐油、耐高温及耐磨性能,同时又能形成互补,因此可以将它们结合起来做一种对材料要求高的橡胶材料,以满足使用要求。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种耐油耐高温高压垫圈用橡胶料及其制备方法。
为达到上述目的,本发明所采取的技术方案为:
一种耐油耐高温高压垫圈用橡胶料,由下列重量份的原料配制而成:丁腈橡胶70-90、氯丁橡胶20-30、偏氟乙烯/三氟氯乙烯共聚物18-22、环氧脂肪酸甲酯5-8、邻苯二甲酸二仲辛酯6-8、苯胺甲基三乙氧基硅烷4-5、沥青油12-16、二甲基丙烯酸锌4-6、1,2,3,4-四氢喹啉2-4、硬脂酸锌8-9、N,N-二乙基苯胺1-2、松香甘油酯4-7、环氧大豆油3-5、亚磷酸铝10-14、过氧化二碳酸二环己酯7-9、碱式硅酸铅6-7、碱式氯化镁晶须4-6、纳米碳酸钙24-30、硼化硅7-9、沉淀白炭黑8-10、白玉石粉10-12、锑酸钠8-10、二硫化二苯并噻唑1-2、硫磺2-3。
一种耐油耐高温高压垫圈用橡胶料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将丁腈橡胶、氯丁橡胶、偏氟乙烯/三氟氯乙烯共聚物置于密炼机中塑炼2-4min,然后加入环氧脂肪酸甲酯、邻苯二甲酸二仲辛酯、苯胺甲基三乙氧基硅烷、沥青油、二甲基丙烯酸锌、1,2,3,4-四氢喹啉、硬脂酸锌、N,N-二乙基苯胺,混炼10-15min,得到混炼胶;
(2)向混炼胶中加入松香甘油酯、环氧大豆油、亚磷酸铝、过氧化二碳酸二环己酯、碱式硅酸铅、碱式氯化镁晶须、纳米碳酸钙、硼化硅、沉淀白炭黑、白玉石粉、锑酸钠,继续密炼30-40min,温度控制在125-140℃,得到一段胶;
(3)将一段胶置于开炼机中,加入二硫化二苯并噻唑、硫磺等原料,在145-165℃的温度下进行硫化处理40-60min,开炼至断面均匀后将温度降至55-65℃进行排胶,得到所需橡胶料。
本发明的有益效果:
本发明使用丁腈橡胶、氯丁橡胶、偏氟乙烯/三氟氯乙烯共聚物作为基料,具有很好的耐油耐高温性能,添加的邻苯二甲酸二仲辛酯、环氧大豆油组成的复配增塑剂与环氧脂肪酸甲酯搭配,提高其耐高温性、加工性能的同时增加橡胶的弹性和柔韧性,添加的亚磷酸铝、锑酸钠、碱式氯化镁晶须等原料,使材料具有很好的阻燃性,添加的硼化硅、沉淀白炭黑、白玉石粉等原料,改善了产品的耐油性,增强了产品的耐磨性能。

(1)将丁腈橡胶、氯丁橡胶、偏氟乙烯/三氟氯乙烯共聚物置于密炼机中塑炼2-4min,然后加入环氧脂肪酸甲酯、邻苯二甲酸二仲辛酯、苯胺甲基三乙氧基硅烷、沥青油、二甲基丙烯酸锌、1,2,3,4-四氢喹啉、硬脂酸锌、N,N-二乙基苯胺,混炼10-15min,得到混炼胶;
(2)向混炼胶中加入松香甘油酯、环氧大豆油、亚磷酸铝、过氧化二碳酸二环己酯、碱式硅酸铅、碱式氯化镁晶须、纳米碳酸钙、硼化硅、沉淀白炭黑、白玉石粉、锑酸钠,继续密炼30-40min,温度控制在125-140℃,得到一段胶;
(3)将一段胶置于开炼机中,加入二硫化二苯并噻唑、硫磺等原料,在145-165℃的温度下进行硫化处理40-60min,开炼至断面均匀后将温度降至55-65℃进行排胶,得到所需橡胶料。
实施例2:
一种耐油耐高温高压垫圈用橡胶料,由下列重量份(kg)的原料配制而成:丁腈橡胶80、氯丁橡胶25、偏氟乙烯/三氟氯乙烯共聚物20、环氧脂肪酸甲酯6.5、邻苯二甲酸二仲辛酯7、苯胺甲基三乙氧基硅烷4.5、沥青油14、二甲基丙烯酸锌5、1,2,3,4-四氢喹啉3、硬脂酸锌8.5、N,N-二乙基苯胺1.5、松香甘油酯5.5、环氧大豆油4、亚磷酸铝12、过氧化二碳酸二环己酯8、碱式硅酸铅6.5、碱式氯化镁晶须5、纳米碳酸钙26、硼化硅8、沉淀白炭黑9、白玉石粉11、锑酸钠9、二硫化二苯并噻唑1.5、硫磺2.5。
制备方法同实施例1。
实施例3:
一种耐油耐高温高压垫圈用橡胶料,由下列重量份(kg)的原料配制而成:丁腈橡胶90、氯丁橡胶30、偏氟乙烯/三氟氯乙烯共聚物22、环氧脂肪酸甲酯8、邻苯二甲酸二仲辛酯8、苯胺甲基三乙氧基硅烷5、沥青油16、二甲基丙烯酸锌6、1,2,3,4-四氢喹啉4、硬脂酸锌9、N,N-二乙基苯胺2、松香甘油酯7、环氧大豆油5、亚磷酸铝14、过氧化二碳酸二环己酯9、碱式硅酸铅7、碱式氯化镁晶须6、纳米碳酸钙30、硼化硅9、沉淀白炭黑10、白玉石粉12、锑酸钠10、二硫化二苯并噻唑2、硫磺3。
制备方法同实施例1。

Claims (2)
1.一种耐油耐高温高压垫圈用橡胶料,其特征在于,由下列重量份的原料配制而成:丁腈橡胶70-90、氯丁橡胶20-30、偏氟乙烯/三氟氯乙烯共聚物18-22、环氧脂肪酸甲酯5-8、邻苯二甲酸二仲辛酯6-8、苯胺甲基三乙氧基硅烷4-5、沥青油12-16、二甲基丙烯酸锌4-6、1,2,3,4-四氢喹啉2-4、硬脂酸锌8-9、N,N-二乙基苯胺1-2、松香甘油酯4-7、环氧大豆油3-5、亚磷酸铝10-14、过氧化二碳酸二环己酯7-9、碱式硅酸铅6-7、碱式氯化镁晶须4-6、纳米碳酸钙24-30、硼化硅7-9、沉淀白炭黑8-10、白玉石粉10-12、锑酸钠8-10、二硫化二苯并噻唑1-2、硫磺2-3。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种耐油耐高温高压垫圈用橡胶料的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)将丁腈橡胶、氯丁橡胶、偏氟乙烯/三氟氯乙烯共聚物置于密炼机中塑炼2-4min,然后加入环氧脂肪酸甲酯、邻苯二甲酸二仲辛酯、苯胺甲基三乙氧基硅烷、沥青油、二甲基丙烯酸锌、1,2,3,4-四氢喹啉、硬脂酸锌、N,N-二乙基苯胺,混炼10-15min,得到混炼胶;
(2)向混炼胶中加入松香甘油酯、环氧大豆油、亚磷酸铝、过氧化二碳酸二环己酯、碱式硅酸铅、碱式氯化镁晶须、纳米碳酸钙、硼化硅、沉淀白炭黑、白玉石粉、锑酸钠,继续密炼30-40min,温度控制在125-140℃,得到一段胶;
(3)将一段胶置于开炼机中,加入二硫化二苯并噻唑、硫磺,在145-165℃的温度下进行硫化处理40-60min,开炼至断面均匀后将温度降至55-65℃进行排胶,得到所需橡胶料。
