EXAMPLE III
The embodiment provides a microbial quick clarifying agent for black and odorous water, which is prepared by the following steps: preparing the quick clear liquid of the black and odorous water body according to the weight ratio of 7 parts of the liquid A, 1 part of the liquid B and 0.5 part of the liquid C.
Wherein, the A liquid is prepared by 10 weight portions of PAC (polyaluminium chloride) and 1000 weight portions of water.
The B liquid is an indigenous microorganism bacterium liquid, and the preparation method comprises the following steps: selecting bottom mud of a river to be treated, inoculating the bottom mud into an indigenous microorganism enrichment culture medium, and carrying out shaking culture at the rotating speed of 180r/min at the temperature of 38 ℃ for 3 days to prepare an indigenous microorganism enrichment solution. Inoculating the indigenous microorganism enrichment solution into an indigenous microorganism separation and purification culture medium, and performing shake culture at 35 ℃ at a rotating speed of 160r/min for 10 days to obtain an indigenous microorganism purification solution. Inoculating the native microorganism purified solution into a native microorganism separation and screening culture medium, and performing shake culture at 28 deg.C and 180r/min for 3 days to obtain native microorganism solution.
The C liquid is a trace element liquid, and the preparation method comprises the following steps: 0.2 part of zinc sulfate heptahydrate, 0.1 part of manganese chloride tetrahydrate, 0.2 part of sodium molybdate dihydrate and 1000 parts of water.

According to the embodiments, the clarifying agent disclosed by the invention has the advantages that the sediment of the river is used as a raw material, the strain for degrading the black and odorous water body is separated and screened out to be used as the liquid B, the liquid A and the liquid C are added to prepare the microbial quick clarifying agent, the black and odorous water body can be clarified within 4 hours by adding the black biological quick clarifying agent into the black and odorous water body, the comfortable sensory degree is achieved, and the quick clarifying agent has the advantages of simplicity in preparation and operation and good clarifying effect.

Claims (10)
1. A microbial quick clarifying agent for black and odorous water bodies, which is characterized by comprising the following components in percentage by weight: 0.5-10 parts of liquid A, 1-3 parts of liquid B and 0.1-1 part of liquid C;
wherein, the solution A is polyaluminium chloride aqueous solution; the solution B is indigenous microbial liquid; the solution C is a trace element solution.
2. The microbial quick clarifier for black and odorous water body according to claim 1, wherein the polyaluminium chloride aqueous solution of the solution A comprises 1-10 parts by weight of polyaluminium chloride and 500-1000 parts by weight of water.

The microbial quick clarifier for black and odorous water body according to claim 1, wherein the trace element liquid of the liquid C is composed of: 0.2 to 0.4 part of zinc sulfate heptahydrate, 0.1 to 1 part of manganese chloride tetrahydrate, 0.2 to 0.3 part of sodium molybdate dihydrate and 1000 parts of water.

The microbial quick clarifier for black and odorous water body according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the indigenous microbial liquid of the liquid B is prepared by the following method: selecting bottom mud of a river to be treated, inoculating the bottom mud into an indigenous microorganism enrichment culture medium, and performing shaking culture at the rotating speed of 120-180 r/min at the temperature of 28-38 ℃ for 1-3 days to prepare an indigenous microorganism enrichment solution;
inoculating the prepared indigenous microorganism enrichment solution into an indigenous microorganism separation and purification culture medium, and performing shaking table culture at the rotating speed of 120-180 r/min at the temperature of 28-38 ℃ for 3-10 days to prepare an indigenous microorganism purification solution;
and inoculating the prepared indigenous microorganism purified solution into an indigenous microorganism separation and screening culture medium, and performing shake culture at the rotating speed of 120-180 r/min at the temperature of 28-38 ℃ for 1-3 days to obtain a microbial solution, namely the indigenous microbial solution.

The microbial fast clarifying agent for black and odorous water body according to claim 3, wherein the indigenous microbe-enriched medium includes: 1-30 parts of peptone, 1-10 parts of yeast extract, 5-20 parts of sodium chloride and 1000 parts of water; the pH value of the indigenous microorganism enrichment medium is 6-8.

The microbial fast clarifying agent for black and odorous water body according to claim 3, wherein the culture medium for separation and purification of indigenous microbes comprises: 1-30 parts of peptone, 1-10 parts of yeast extract, 5-20 parts of sodium chloride, 0.5-5 parts of ammonium sulfate, 0.1-0.3 part of magnesium sulfate heptahydrate, 0.2-0.6 part of dipotassium phosphate, 0.05-0.4 part of ferrous sulfate heptahydrate, 0.1-4 parts of sodium chloride, 1-5 parts of calcium carbonate and 1000 parts of water, wherein the pH value of the culture medium for separating and purifying the indigenous microorganisms is 6-8.

The microbial fast clarifying agent for black and odorous water body according to claim 3, wherein the culture medium for separating and screening indigenous microbes comprises: 1-30 parts of peptone, 1-10 parts of yeast extract, 5-20 parts of sodium chloride, 0.1-3 parts of ammonium sulfate, 0.1-0.3 part of magnesium sulfate heptahydrate, 0.1-0.5 part of dipotassium hydrogen phosphate, 0.01-0.5 part of potassium dihydrogen phosphate, 0.05-0.1 part of ferrous sulfate heptahydrate, 0.1-1 part of sodium chloride, 0.1-0.5 part of magnesium chloride, 1-3 parts of calcium carbonate and 1000 parts of water, wherein the pH value of the culture medium for separating and screening the indigenous microorganisms is 6-8.
8. A method for preparing a microbial quick clarifier for black and odorous water, which is used for preparing the quick clarifier of any one of claims 1 to 7, and comprises the following steps:
respectively preparing a polyaluminum chloride aqueous solution of the solution A, an indigenous microorganism bacterial solution of the solution B and a trace element liquid of the solution C;
and taking the liquid A, the liquid B and the liquid C according to 0.5-10 parts by weight of the liquid A, 1-3 parts by weight of the liquid B and 0.1-1 part by weight of the liquid C, adding the liquid C into the liquid B during preparation, uniformly stirring, adding the liquid A after 30min, and standing for 1h to obtain the microbial quick clarifying agent for the black and odorous water body.
9. The preparation method of the microbial quick clarifier for black and odorous water body according to claim 8, wherein the polyaluminium chloride aqueous solution of solution A is composed of 1-10 parts by weight of polyaluminium chloride and 500-1000 parts by weight of water;
the trace element liquid of the liquid C consists of: 0.2-0.4 part of zinc sulfate heptahydrate, 0.1-1 part of manganese chloride tetrahydrate, 0.2-0.3 part of sodium molybdate dihydrate and 1000 parts of water;
the indigenous microbial liquid of the liquid B is prepared by adopting the following method: selecting bottom mud of a river to be treated, inoculating the bottom mud into an indigenous microorganism enrichment culture medium, and performing shaking culture at the rotating speed of 120-180 r/min at the temperature of 28-38 ℃ for 1-3 days to prepare an indigenous microorganism enrichment solution; inoculating the prepared indigenous microorganism enrichment solution into an indigenous microorganism separation and purification culture medium, and performing shaking table culture at the rotating speed of 120-180 r/min at the temperature of 28-38 ℃ for 3-10 days to prepare an indigenous microorganism purification solution; inoculating the prepared indigenous microorganism purified solution into an indigenous microorganism separation screening culture medium, and performing shake culture at the rotating speed of 120-180 r/min at the temperature of 28-38 ℃ for 1-3 days to obtain a microbial solution, namely an indigenous microbial solution; wherein,
the indigenous microorganism-enriched medium comprises: 1-30 parts of peptone, 1-10 parts of yeast extract, 5-20 parts of sodium chloride and 1000 parts of water; the pH value of the indigenous microorganism enrichment medium is 6-8;
the culture medium for separating and purifying the indigenous microorganisms comprises: 1-30 parts of peptone, 1-10 parts of yeast extract, 5-20 parts of sodium chloride, 0.5-5 parts of ammonium sulfate, 0.1-0.3 part of magnesium sulfate heptahydrate, 0.2-0.6 part of dipotassium phosphate, 0.05-0.4 part of ferrous sulfate heptahydrate, 0.1-4 parts of sodium chloride, 1-5 parts of calcium carbonate and 1000 parts of water, wherein the pH value of the culture medium for separating and purifying the indigenous microorganisms is 6-8;
the culture medium for separating and screening indigenous microorganisms comprises: 1-30 parts of peptone, 1-10 parts of yeast extract, 5-20 parts of sodium chloride, 0.1-3 parts of ammonium sulfate, 0.1-0.3 part of magnesium sulfate heptahydrate, 0.1-0.5 part of dipotassium hydrogen phosphate, 0.01-0.5 part of potassium dihydrogen phosphate, 0.05-0.1 part of ferrous sulfate heptahydrate, 0.1-1 part of sodium chloride, 0.1-0.5 part of magnesium chloride, 1-3 parts of calcium carbonate and 1000 parts of water, wherein the pH value of the culture medium for separating and screening the indigenous microorganisms is 6-8.
10. The method for preparing the microbial quick clarifier for black and odorous water body according to claim 8 or 9, wherein the addition amount of the microbial quick clarifier for black and odorous water body is 0.01-0.1 m3The microorganism rapidly clarifies/m2A river channel.
