本发明公开一种物流用保温箱，包括箱体、箱盖、卡持部和密封圈，所述箱盖设在箱体上方，所述卡持部设在箱体顶部，所述卡持部与箱体一体成型，所述密封圈设在箱盖内，所述密封圈内侧的箱盖上设置有卡槽，所述卡持部与卡槽卡持连接，所述箱体外侧设置有插槽，所述箱体底部设置有圆形支脚，所述箱盖顶部设置有圆形凹槽，所述圆形支脚与圆形凹槽呈对应设置，所述箱体包括镀铝膜、聚氯乙烯板、聚苯乙烯泡沫板、聚氨酯板和石墨烯层，本发明的物流用保温箱保温效果好，方便多个保温箱进行堆叠，能够保持结构紧凑，占用空间小。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种物流用保温箱。
背景技术
保温箱即外卖送餐时使用的具有保温性能的箱包。保温箱根据产品质地不同分为不同种类，包括塑料的、泡沫的、金属材质的、木制的等各种保温箱。随着生活水平的提高和餐饮行业的飞跃，外卖作为餐饮行业一个新的利润增长点，在家中和家人共同享受各类美味也成为一种健康、自然的生活方式，在国外发达国家较为普遍，在国内也日渐普及。保温箱以安全环保、保冷保热、携带方便的概念受到餐饮行业的关注。包括泡沫保温箱：用它盛装食物严重影响我们的身体健康。当温度达到65℃时，一次性发泡塑料中的有害物质将渗入到食物中，会对人的肝脏、肾脏及中枢神经系统等造成损害。泡沫箱一般是聚氯乙烯塑料。一般用于低温冷藏运输。防水布质：采用牛津布或尼龙布制作而成的保温箱优点多多，强韧耐磨；配置防水胶底，底部防滑等等。独立的保温食品仓，配置抗压系统，食品存放不受挤压。食品仓内里采用铝箔材质，通过PE棉隔热兼具保冷保热的保温功能。环保安全，可直接与食品接触。
目前现有的物流用保温箱保温效果不好，不方便多个保温箱进行堆叠，使得占用空间较大。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种保温效果好，方便多个保温箱进行堆叠，能够保持结构紧凑，占用空间小的物流用保温箱。
为解决上述问题，本发明采用如下技术方案：一种物流用保温箱，包括箱体、箱盖、卡持部和密封圈，所述箱盖设在箱体上方，所述卡持部设在箱体顶部，所述卡持部与箱体一体成型，所述密封圈设在箱盖内，所述密封圈内侧的箱盖上设置有卡槽，所述卡持部与卡槽卡持连接，所述箱体外侧设置有插槽，所述箱体底部设置有圆形支脚，所述箱盖顶部设置有圆形凹槽，所述圆形支脚与圆形凹槽呈对应设置，所述箱体包括镀铝膜、聚氯乙烯板、聚苯乙烯泡沫板、聚氨酯板和石墨烯层。
作为优选，所述镀铝膜设在聚氯乙烯板内侧，镀铝膜使得聚氯乙烯板不会直接与保温箱内的物品直接接触。
作为优选，所述聚氯乙烯板、聚苯乙烯泡沫板和聚氨酯板依次从内至外胶合连接，保持连接紧凑。
作为优选，所述石墨烯层涂布在聚氨酯板外侧，石墨烯层能够提升结构强度。
作为优选，所述圆形支脚的高度小于圆形凹槽的深度，方便一个保温箱的圆形支脚安装在另一个保温箱的圆形凹槽上。
本发明的有益效果为：设置的聚氯乙烯板、聚苯乙烯泡沫板和聚氨酯板使得保温效果好；设置的圆形支脚和圆形凹槽方便一个保温箱的圆形支脚安装在另一个保温箱的圆形凹槽上，使得多个保温箱进行堆叠，能够保持结构紧凑，占用空间小。

具体实施方式
如图1-图3所示，一种物流用保温箱，包括箱体1、箱盖2、卡持部3和密封圈4，所述箱盖2设在箱体1上方，所述卡持部3设在箱体1顶部，所述卡持部3与箱体1一体成型，所述密封圈4设在箱盖2内，所述密封圈4内侧的箱盖2上设置有卡槽5，所述卡持部3与卡槽5卡持连接，所述箱体1外侧设置有插槽6，所述箱体1底部设置有圆形支脚7，所述箱盖2顶部设置有圆形凹槽8，所述圆形支脚7与圆形凹槽8呈对应设置，所述箱体1包括镀铝膜9、聚氯乙烯板10、聚苯乙烯泡沫板11、聚氨酯板12和石墨烯层13。
所述镀铝膜9设在聚氯乙烯板10内侧，镀铝膜9使得聚氯乙烯板10不会直接与保温箱内的物品直接接触。
所述聚氯乙烯板10、聚苯乙烯泡沫板11和聚氨酯板12依次从内至外胶合连接，保持连接紧凑。
所述石墨烯层13涂布在聚氨酯板12外侧，石墨烯层13能够提升结构强度。
所述圆形支脚7的高度小于圆形凹槽8的深度，方便一个保温箱的圆形支脚7安装在另一个保温箱的圆形凹槽8上。
本发明的有益效果为：设置的聚氯乙烯板、聚苯乙烯泡沫板和聚氨酯板使得保温效果好；设置的圆形支脚和圆形凹槽方便一个保温箱的圆形支脚安装在另一个保温箱的圆形凹槽上，使得多个保温箱进行堆叠，能够保持结构紧凑，占用空间小。

1.一种物流用保温箱，其特征在于：包括箱体、箱盖、卡持部和密封圈，所述箱盖设在箱体上方，所述卡持部设在箱体顶部，所述卡持部与箱体一体成型，所述密封圈设在箱盖内，所述密封圈内侧的箱盖上设置有卡槽，所述卡持部与卡槽卡持连接，所述箱体外侧设置有插槽，所述箱体底部设置有圆形支脚，所述箱盖顶部设置有圆形凹槽，所述圆形支脚与圆形凹槽呈对应设置，所述箱体包括镀铝膜、聚氯乙烯板、聚苯乙烯泡沫板、聚氨酯板和石墨烯层。
