Abstract
本发明公开了一种密封胶包装方法,包括步骤:在包装桶内的上部设置薄膜环,所述薄膜环的下边沿与包装桶的底面设有间隙,向包装桶内灌装密封胶至密封胶上表面超过薄膜环的下边沿并使薄膜环贴于所述包装桶的内壁,对薄膜环与密封胶上表面之间的空间进行抽真空并将薄膜环封口,封盖包装桶。该方法能有效减少压胶后的残胶,避免浪费,并且密封胶保质期长。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种包装方法和包装结构,尤其是涉及一种密封胶包装方法和密封胶包装结构。
背景技术
现有的密封胶包装方式通常有两种方法,一种是在金属外桶内衬入铝膜袋,在铝膜袋内灌装密封胶后,对铝膜袋抽真空并封口,随后封盖金属外桶。该方法密封效果好,密封胶保质期长,但是对于采用压盘挤压取胶的使用者而言,压盘需要与铝膜袋紧密接触才能保证从压盘的取胶口将密封胶挤出。因此随着压盘的下压,铝膜袋会随之发生褶皱团缩。当压盘处于金属外桶的底部时,铝膜袋构成了一个无法被压缩的环状垫圈。此时压盘无法继续下压,该垫圈和压盘之间的密封胶将无法挤压取出,造成较大的浪费。
为了解决上述密封胶浪费的问题,有了第二中保证方法,即取消铝膜袋的使用,直接将密封胶灌装入金属外桶,然后将金属外桶封盖,并同时充入惰性气体,通常是氮气进行保护。该方法灌装较为简单,压盘挤压取胶残胶少。但是这引入了新的问题,采用惰性气体保护,金属外桶封盖单层密封的密封胶保质期较第一种方式短。
发明内容
本发明的一个目的是提供一种密封胶包装方法及密封胶包装结构,在保证密封胶保质期的同时,解决压盘取胶后残胶多,浪费严重的问题。
本发明技术方案如下:一种密封胶包装方法,包括步骤:在包装桶内的上部设置薄膜环,所述薄膜环的下边沿与包装桶的底面设有间隙,向包装桶内灌装密封胶至密封胶上表面超过薄膜环的下边沿并使薄膜环贴于所述包装桶的内壁,对薄膜环与密封胶上表面之间的空间进行抽真空并将薄膜环封口,封盖包装桶。
进一步的,所述封盖包装桶之前向包装桶内充入惰性气体。
优选的,所述惰性气体为氮气。
进一步的,所述设置薄膜环是将薄膜环置于包装桶内并将薄膜环的上部在包装桶口翻至包装桶外。
进一步的,所述薄膜环高度为30~80cm。
一种密封胶包装结构,包括带盖的包装桶,所述包装桶内设有上端封口的薄膜环,所述薄膜环与包装桶内壁及包装桶底面围合的空间灌装密封胶,所述密封胶将所述薄膜环的下端贴于所述包装桶的内壁。
进一步的,所述薄膜环与包装桶内壁及包装桶盖围合的空间填充惰性气体。
优选的,所述惰性气体为氮气。
本发明所提供的技术方案的优点在于:由灌装的密封胶自身重力对薄膜环产生压力使其紧贴于包装桶内壁,因此即使采用环状无底的薄膜环也可以做到和薄膜袋相同的密封效果,保证了密封胶的保质期。同时,薄膜环在压盘下压皱折后堆积高度远小于薄膜袋,因此挤压后残胶少,减少密封胶的浪费。另外薄膜环生产成本低于薄膜袋,但是包装所采用的设备可以与使用薄膜袋保证的设备相同,减小了相应的包装成本。

具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步说明,但不作为对本发明的限定。
请结合图3和图4所示,密封胶包装方法,包括步骤:在包装桶200内的上部设置薄膜环210,薄膜环210可采用高度为30~80cm的PE密封铝膜,薄膜环210的下边沿211距离包装桶200的底面201有一定距离。向包装桶200内灌装密封胶220至密封胶上表面超过薄膜环210的下边沿211并使薄膜环210贴于包装桶200的内壁,对薄膜环210与密封胶220上表面之间的空间进行抽真空并将薄膜环210封口,向包装桶200内充入惰性气体氮气进行保护并封盖包装桶200。形成的密封胶包装结构即为密封胶220完全充斥薄膜环210与包装桶200内壁及包装桶200底面201围合的空间,密封胶200将薄膜环210的下端贴于包装桶200的内壁。而薄膜环210之上与包装桶200内壁及包装桶盖202围合的空间230充斥的是惰性气体氮气。压盘240挤压取胶后的状态如图5所示,薄膜环210在压盘240下压过程中下降并皱折,由于薄膜环210本身只有30~80cm高度,所以皱折后形成的环形垫圈250较薄,残胶260相应的较少。而现有技术的包装结构可参考图1和图2,采用的是薄膜袋110的包装,薄膜袋110在压盘120下压过程中同样下降并皱折,但是薄膜袋110是从包装桶100的底面101开始向上延伸的,因此在相同的包装桶100内薄膜袋110皱折形成的环形垫圈130要厚于本发明的技术方案,故残胶140较多。
Claims (8)
1.一种密封胶包装方法,其特征在于,包括步骤:在包装桶内的上部设置薄膜环,所述薄膜环的下边沿与包装桶的底面设有间隙,向包装桶内灌装密封胶至密封胶上表面超过薄膜环的下边沿并使薄膜环贴于所述包装桶的内壁,对薄膜环与密封胶上表面之间的空间进行抽真空并将薄膜环封口,封盖包装桶。
2.根据权利要求1所述的密封胶包装方法,其特征在于,所述封盖包装桶之前向包装桶内充入惰性气体。
3.根据权利要求2所述的密封胶包装方法,其特征在于,所述惰性气体为氮气。
4.根据权利要求1所述的密封胶包装方法,其特征在于,所述设置薄膜环是将薄膜环置于包装桶内并将薄膜环的上部在包装桶口翻至包装桶外。
5.根据权利要求1所述的密封胶包装方法,其特征在于,所述薄膜环高度为30~80cm。
6.一种密封胶包装结构,其特征在于,包括带盖的包装桶,所述包装桶内设有上端封口的薄膜环,所述薄膜环与包装桶内壁及包装桶底面围合的空间灌装密封胶,所述密封胶将所述薄膜环的下端贴于所述包装桶的内壁。
7.根据权利要求6所述的密封胶包装结构,其特征在于,所述薄膜环与包装桶内壁及包装桶盖围合的空间填充惰性气体。
8.根据权利要求7所述的密封胶包装结构,其特征在于,所述惰性气体为氮气。
