背景技术
已知具有根据加速踏板的踩下(ON)、松开(OFF)状态使内燃机自动停止和再启动的怠速停止功能的混合动力车辆。在该混合动力车辆中,在加速踏板松开的状态下自动停止的期间,从驾驶员进行踩下加速踏板的操作到车辆出发为止,需要进行直至将释放的离合器连接或内燃机完全燃烧为止的处理。
由此,从踩下加速踏板到车辆出发为止会发生时滞,车辆出发时的响应性降低。
以往,为了缩短从踩下加速踏板到车辆出发为止的时间,已知在从踩下加速踏板到内燃机再启动为止的期间通过电动机的输出转矩使车辆出发从而能提高车辆出发时的响应性的技术(例如参照专利文献1)。

发明要解决的问题
然而,电动机具有旋转越快而输出转矩越小的特性。由此,专利文献1所记载的混合动力车辆若是在车辆行驶中的高速区域内从在内燃机自动停止的状态下加速踏板被踩下到内燃机被再启动时为止的期间驱动了电动机,则电动机的输出转矩相对于车速会不足。
因而,从内燃机自动停止到再启动为止有可能无法得到充分的加速感。
本发明是着眼于上述问题而完成的,其目的在于提供一种混合动力车辆的控制装置,其能提高内燃机自动停止后被再启动时的车辆的加速性能。
用于解决问题的方案
本发明的控制装置设于具备内燃机和电动机作为驱动源的混合动力车辆,上述控制装置在上述混合动力车辆的行驶中,当规定的停止条件成立时停止上述内燃机,当规定的再启动条件成立时再启动上述内燃机,其中,上述控制装置具有变更部,当上述混合动力车辆的车速满足规定的条件时,上述变更部改变上述规定的停止条件和上述规定的再启动条件。
发明效果
根据本发明,能提高内燃机自动停止后被再启动时的车辆的加速性能。

首先,说明构成。
在图1中,混合动力车辆(以下简称为车辆)1包括作为内燃机的发动机2、变速器3、电动发电机4、启动电动机5、电池6A、6B、逆变器31以及ECU(Electronic Control Unit:电子控制单元)7。本实施方式的发动机2和电动发电机4构成本发明的驱动源,电动发电机4构成本发明的电动机。
在发动机2中形成有多个气缸。本实施方式的发动机2以对各气缸进行包括进气冲程、压缩冲程、膨胀冲程和排气冲程的一连串的4个冲程的方式构成。
变速器3将发动机2的动力进行变速,将变速后的发动机2的动力从差动装置9经由驱动轴10传递到驱动轮11。此外,驱动轴10和驱动轮11在车辆1的左右设有一对,但在图1中仅图示一方。
作为变速器3,可以使用MT(Manual Transmission:手动变速器)、AT(AutomaticTransmission:自动变速器)、CVT(Continuously Variable Transmission:无级变速器)、AMT(Automated Manual Transmission:手自一体变速器),没有特别限定。
电动发电机4被从电池6A供应的电力驱动,由此作为使差动装置9旋转的电动机发挥功能。电动发电机4的输出轴经由带8与差动装置9联动。
作为电动机发挥功能的电动发电机4在车辆1高负荷运转时等对发动机2进行辅助。另外,电动发电机4通过在发动机2停止过程中单独地使差动装置9旋转,从而执行使车辆1行驶的电动机行驶模式。
电动发电机4通过被差动装置9驱动从而作为生成对电池6A充电的电力的发电机发挥功能。由此,电动发电机4将车辆1的制动力再生。
逆变器31在使电动发电机4进行动力运转(日语原文:力行)时,将电池6A释放出的直流电转换为交流电而供应到电动发电机4,在使电动发电机4再生时,将电动发电机4发出的交流电转换为直流电而对电池6A充电。
启动电动机5根据用于通过点火开关(以下标为“IG”)12使发动机2启动的发动机启动操作而被从电池6B供应的电力驱动。
启动电动机5根据发动机2的启动操作(IG12的接通操作)使发动机2的输出轴旋转,由此使发动机2启动并且通过后述的怠速停止功能使已自动停止的发动机2再启动。
电池6B包括能充电的二次电池。电池6B包括例如铅酸电池。电池6B是以产生约12V的输出电压的方式设定了单体电池的个数等的低电压电池。
电池6A是以与电池6B相比产生较高电压的方式设定了单体电池的个数等的高电压电池,例如包括锂离子电池。
电池6A、6B作为电动发电机4和启动电动机5以及发动机2的喷油器13和未图示的辅助设备类等的电源发挥功能。
ECU7由具备均未图示的CPU(Central Processing Unit:中央处理单元)、RAM(Random Access Memory:随机存取存储器)、ROM(Read Only Memory:只读存储器)、保存备份用数据等的闪存、输入端口和输出端口的计算机单元构成。
在计算机单元的ROM中保存有各种常数、各种映射等以及包括用于使该计算机单元作为ECU7发挥功能的怠速停止控制程序在内的程序。即,CPU以RAM为工作区域而执行ROM所保存的程序,由此,该计算机单元作为本实施方式的ECU7发挥功能。
ECU7的输入端口除了连接有IG12以外,还连接有包括检测电动发电机4的驱动电流值的电流传感器14、检测车速的车速传感器15、检测加速踏板16的操作量(以下简称为“加速器开度”)的加速器开度传感器17、以及检测制动踏板18的操作量的制动行程传感器19在内的各种开关类和各种传感器类。
ECU7的输出端口连接有包括电动发电机4和喷油器13在内的各种控制对象类。ECU7根据从各种开关类和各种传感器类得到的信息来控制各种控制对象类。
ECU7具有当预先设定的规定的停止条件成立时使发动机2停止而当预先设定的规定的再启动条件成立时使发动机2再启动的怠速停止功能。
本实施方式的规定的停止条件在车辆1的中高速区域中设为,由制动行程传感器19检测出的制动踏板18的操作量是规定量以上,即通过制动器产生了制动力,在车辆1的低速区域中设为,由加速器开度传感器17检测出的加速器开度实质上为0(即加速踏板16松开)。
本实施方式的规定的再启动条件在车辆1的中高速区域中设为,由制动行程传感器19检测出的制动踏板18的操作量实质上为0,在车辆1的低速区域中设为,由加速器开度传感器17检测出的加速器开度大于0,即加速踏板16被踩下。
另外,ECU7根据车速传感器15的车速信息,当车速满足规定的条件时,改变规定的停止条件和规定的再启动条件。
本实施方式的规定的条件设为,车速传感器15检测出的车速是预先决定的阈值Vx以上。
本实施方式的阈值Vx设定为在发动机2再启动时通过电动发电机4驱动差动装置9时可产生能防止车辆1的加速性能降低的输出转矩的速度的上限值,设定为车辆1的低速区域与中速区域的边界的速度。
具体地说,在车速是阈值Vx以上的情况下,即使加速器开度实质上成为0,ECU7也不进行发动机2的自动停止。在车速是阈值Vx以上的情况下,若制动踏板18的操作量成为规定量以上,则ECU7进行发动机2的自动停止。即,在车速是阈值Vx以上的情况下,在除了操作了制动踏板18以外的条件下,ECU7均不进行发动机2的自动停止。
在车速小于阈值Vx的情况下,若加速器开度实质上成为0,则ECU7进行发动机2的自动停止。
另外,在车速小于阈值Vx的情况下发动机2已自动停止的状态下,若加速器开度大于0,则ECU7进行发动机2的再启动。
这样,ECU7构成当车速满足规定的条件时改变规定的停止条件和规定的再启动条件的怠速停止条件变更部20。本实施方式的ECU7构成本发明的变更部。
ECU7具有作为控制电动发电机4的驱动的电动机转矩控制部21的功能。例如,ECU7在车速小于阈值Vx且发动机2已自动停止的状态下规定的再启动条件成立的情况下,控制电动发电机4使差动装置9旋转。
除此之外,ECU7通过使喷油器13开始燃料的喷射而使发动机2再启动。
参照图2、图3说明由如上构成的ECU7进行的发动机2的怠速停止控制。图2所示的流程图是怠速停止控制的流程图。通过ECU7的ROM所保存的怠速停止控制程序来执行该流程图。
首先,ECU7判别车速是否是阈值Vx以上(步骤S1)。ECU7在判断为车速是阈值Vx以上的情况下,根据制动行程传感器19的检测信息,判别制动踏板18的操作量是否是规定量以上(步骤S2)。
ECU7在判断为制动踏板18的操作量不是规定量以上的情况下,将此次的处理结束。在步骤S2中,ECU7在判断为制动踏板18的操作量是规定量以上的情况下,判断为通过制动踏板18的踩下进行了制动,停止从喷油器13喷射燃料而使发动机2自动停止(步骤S3)。
接着,ECU7根据制动行程传感器19的检测信息,判别制动踏板18的操作量是否小于规定量(步骤S4)。ECU7在判断为制动踏板18的操作量不是小于规定量的情况下,判断为是在通过制动踏板18的踩下继续进行制动而将处理返回步骤S3。
在步骤S4中,ECU7在判断为制动踏板18的操作量小于规定量的情况下,判断为制动踏板18的踩下已被解除,在使发动机2再启动后,将此次的处理结束。在使发动机2再启动的情况下,从喷油器13进行燃料的喷射。
另一方面,在步骤S1中,ECU7在判断为车速小于阈值Vx的情况下,根据来自加速器开度传感器17的检测信息,判别加速器开度是否是0(加速踏板16是否被松开)(步骤S6)。
ECU7在加速器开度大于0的情况下,判断为驾驶员踩下了加速踏板16而返回步骤S6的处理,在加速器开度是0的情况下,判断为驾驶员没有踩下加速踏板16而将发动机2自动停止(步骤S7)。
接着,ECU7根据来自加速器开度传感器17的检测信息,判别加速器开度是否大于0(加速踏板16是否被踩下)(步骤S8)。在步骤S8中,ECU7在加速器开度是0的情况下,判断为驾驶员没有踩下加速踏板16而返回步骤S8的处理。
在步骤S8中,ECU7在加速器开度大于0的情况下,判断为驾驶员踩下了加速踏板16,进行发动机2的再启动(步骤S9),之后将此次的处理结束。
图3表示怠速停止控制的时序图。在图3中,横轴表示时间T,纵轴表示车速V的大小、制动踏板的操作量、加速踏板的操作量、发动机2的运转和停止状态。
在图3中,在车速处于超过阈值Vx的车速范围L1内的情况下,即使加速踏板16松开(加速器开度为0),也不进行发动机2的自动停止,仅在制动踏板18被踩下的情况下,使发动机2自动停止。
另外,在车速处于小于阈值Vx的车速范围L2内的情况下,若加速踏板16松开(加速器开度为0),则进行发动机2的自动停止。
如此,本实施方式的车辆1的ECU7设定为在车辆1行驶中当规定的停止条件成立时使发动机2自动停止而当规定的再启动条件成立时使发动机2再启动,当车辆1的车速是预先决定的阈值Vx以上时,改变规定的停止条件和规定的再启动条件。
由此,在车辆1以低速行驶时从发动机2被再启动到发动机2完全燃烧为止的期间,能通过以低速旋转产生高转矩的电动发电机4来驱动差动装置9,使车辆1加速。
因此,在发动机2已自动停止的状态下从加速踏板16被踩下到发动机2完全燃烧为止的期间,能通过电动发电机4的输出转矩使车辆1充分地加速。
因此,在从驾驶员踩下加速踏板16到发动机2完全燃烧为止的时滞中,能防止动机2的输出降低。其结果是,能带给驾驶员充分的加速感。
另一方面,在电动发电机4的输出转矩相对于车速会不足的车辆1的中高速区域中,只要制动踏板18的操作量没有成为规定量以上,就不进行发动机2的自动停止。由此,能在车辆1的中高速区域中带给驾驶员充分的加速感。
即,本实施方式的ECU7既能防止在车辆1的低旋转区域中发动机2的燃油效率降低,又能在从低速区域到高速区域的整个范围内提高发动机2被再启动时的加速性能。
另外,根据本实施方式的ECU7,根据车辆1的车速是阈值Vx以上和对车辆1进行制动的制动踏板18的工作状态,变更发动机2的规定的停止条件和规定的再启动条件。
由此,在电动发电机4的输出转矩不足的中高速区域中,能根据制动踏板18的工作状态实施发动机2的自动停止和再启动。因此,在制动踏板18的踩下后由驾驶员进行了加速踏板16的踩下的情况下,能不易使驾驶员感觉到从加速踏板的踩下到实际的加速为止的时滞所致的发动机2的输出降低。
此外,本实施方式的电动发电机4经由带8与差动装置9连结,但不限于此,也可以使电动发电机4经由带等传动机构与发动机2的输出轴连结。
虽然公开了本发明的实施方式,但是应明白本领域技术人员可在不脱离本发明的范围的情况下施加变更。意图将所有的这种修改和等同物包含于权利要求书中。

Claims (2)

1.一种混合动力车辆的控制装置,设于具备内燃机和电动机作为驱动源的混合动力车辆,上述控制装置在上述混合动力车辆的行驶中,当规定的停止条件成立时停止上述内燃机,当规定的再启动条件成立时再启动上述内燃机,其特征在于,
上述控制装置具有变更部,当上述混合动力车辆的车速满足规定的条件时,上述变更部改变上述规定的停止条件和上述规定的再启动条件。
2.根据权利要求1所述的混合动力车辆的控制装置,其特征在于,
以上述混合动力车辆的车速为预先决定的阈值以上作为上述规定的停止条件,上述变更部根据该规定的停止条件和制动踏板的工作状态,改变上述规定的停止条件和上述规定的再启动条件。
