Abstract
The invention discloses a rear suspension, which comprises a left rear suspension and a right rear suspension which are symmetrically arranged relative to a frame of a beach vehicle and are structurally symmetrical, wherein the left rear suspension comprises a left rocker arm, a left steering knuckle, a damping device, a first tie rod, a second tie rod and a third tie rod. The invention also provides a beach vehicle adopting the rear suspension.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of suspensions, in particular to a beach vehicle and a rear suspension thereof.
Background
At present, the rear suspension is complex in structure, the stroke of the shock absorber is small, the turning radius of a vehicle body is large, and the rear suspension is inconvenient and uncomfortable to use.
Therefore, how to provide a rear suspension to extend the stroke of the shock absorber and reduce the turning radius is a technical problem to be solved by those skilled in the art.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above, the present invention is directed to a rear suspension that extends the stroke of a shock absorber, reduces the turning radius, adjusts the camber angle of a rear wheel, precisely controls the suspension stroke, and improves the overall comfort. The rear suspension provided by the embodiment of the invention comprises a left rear suspension 1 and a right rear suspension 16 which are symmetrically arranged relative to a frame of a beach vehicle and have symmetrical structures, wherein the left rear suspension 1 comprises a left rocker arm 2, a left steering knuckle 5, a vibration damper 3, a first tie rod 6, a second tie rod 7 and a third tie rod 8, a rear left steering knuckle mounting seat 4 is arranged at the top end of the left rocker arm 2 and is welded and fixed with the left rocker arm 2, the rear left steering knuckle mounting seat 4 comprises an upper clamping arm 11 and a lower clamping arm which are arranged at intervals, clamping mouths on the upper clamping arm 11 and the lower clamping arm are the same with the axial direction of the left steering knuckle 5, the upper end of the left steering knuckle 5 is connected with the upper clamping arm 11 through a knuckle bearing, the lower end of the left steering knuckle 5 is connected with the lower clamping arm through a knuckle bearing, the tail end of the left rocker arm 2 is connected with the frame through a knuckle bearing 9, the upper side of the top end of the left rocker arm 2 is provided with the vibration damper 3, the upper left side of the left upper side of the left steering knuckle 5 is provided with a first mounting arm 13, the left mounting arm 13 is connected with the left steering knuckle mounting seat 4, the left mounting arm 13 is connected with the right mounting seat, the left steering knuckle mounting seat 4, the left mounting arm 5 is connected with the right mounting seat, the left steering knuckle mounting seat, the left mounting arm 5 is provided with the right mounting seat, the right mounting arm 5 through a second tie rod 5, the right mounting seat, the left steering knuckle mounting seat is provided with the left steering knuckle mounting seat 14, the right mounting seat 4, the left steering knuckle mounting arm 7, the left steering knuckle mounting seat 14, the right steering knuckle mounting seat 4 is provided with the right mounting seat 14, the tail end of the first tie rod is connected with a third tie rod 8 through a joint bearing, the third tie rod 8 is positioned on the lower right side of the rear left steering knuckle mounting seat 4, the second tie rod 7 is positioned above the third tie rod 8, the other ends of the first tie rod 6, the second tie rod 7 and the third tie rod 8 are connected with a frame through joint bearings, and the axes of the joint bearings on the first tie rod 6, the second tie rod 7 and the third tie rod 8 are perpendicular to the length direction of the first tie rod 6, the second tie rod 7 and the third tie rod 8. The damper device 3 includes a spring damper device and an oil pressure damper device.

1. A rear suspension adapted for a beach vehicle, comprising a left rear suspension and a right rear suspension that are symmetrically arranged and structurally symmetrical with respect to a frame of the beach vehicle, wherein,
the left rear suspension comprises a left rocker arm, a left steering knuckle, a vibration damper, a first tie rod, a second tie rod and a third tie rod,
the top end of the left rocker arm is provided with a rear left steering knuckle mounting seat which comprises an upper clamping arm and a lower clamping arm which are arranged at intervals, clamping openings in the upper clamping arm and the lower clamping arm are the same as the axial direction of the left steering knuckle, the upper end of the left steering knuckle is connected with the upper clamping arm through a joint bearing, the lower end of the left steering knuckle is connected with the lower clamping arm through a joint bearing,
the tail end of the left rocker arm is connected with the frame through a joint bearing,
the upper side of the top end of the left rocker arm is provided with the vibration damper,
a first mounting arm is arranged on the upper left side of the left steering knuckle, the first mounting arm bypasses the rear left steering knuckle mounting seat and extends towards the upper part of the left rocker arm, the top end of the first mounting arm is fixedly connected with the left steering knuckle, the tail end of the first mounting arm is connected with the first transverse pull rod through a joint bearing, the first transverse pull rod is positioned above the left rocker arm,
a second mounting arm is arranged on the upper right side of the left steering knuckle and extends towards the right side of the rear left steering knuckle mounting seat, the top end of the second mounting arm is fixedly connected with the left steering knuckle, the tail end of the second mounting arm is connected with a second transverse pull rod through a joint bearing, the second transverse pull rod is positioned on the upper right side of the rear left steering knuckle mounting seat,
a third mounting arm is arranged on the lower right side of the left steering knuckle and extends towards the right side of the rear left steering knuckle mounting seat, the top end of the third mounting arm is fixedly connected with the left steering knuckle, the tail end of the third mounting arm is connected with a third cross pull rod through a joint bearing, the third cross pull rod is positioned on the lower right side of the rear left steering knuckle mounting seat,
the second tie rod is positioned above the third tie rod,
the other ends of the first transverse pull rod, the second transverse pull rod and the third transverse pull rod are connected with the frame through joint bearings, and the axes of the joint bearings on the first transverse pull rod, the second transverse pull rod and the third transverse pull rod are perpendicular to the length direction of the first transverse pull rod, the second transverse pull rod and the third transverse pull rod.
2. The rear suspension as claimed in claim 1, wherein the damping device is connected to an upper side of a top end of the left rocker arm through a joint bearing, and the damping device is connected to the frame through a joint bearing.
3. A rear suspension as claimed in claim 1, wherein the left knuckle is medium-pressure mounted with a rim bearing.
4. Rear suspension according to claim 3, characterized in that a left constant velocity propeller shaft is provided in the rim bearing.

The rear suspension of claim 4, wherein the rear left knuckle mount is annular, the upper arm of the rear left knuckle mount is the upper clamp arm, the lower arm of the rear left knuckle mount is the lower clamp arm, and the left constant velocity driveshaft passes through the annular cavity of the rear left knuckle mount.
6. The rear suspension of claim 1, wherein the left rocker arm is formed by buckling a first sheet metal arm and a second sheet metal arm.
7. The rear suspension of claim 6, wherein the rear left knuckle mount is inserted into an opening formed when the first sheet metal arm and the second sheet metal arm are fastened and welded to each other.
8. A rear suspension according to claim 1, wherein a stabilizer bar is provided between the left rear suspension and the right rear suspension.
9. A rear suspension as claimed in claim 1, wherein said damping means includes spring damping means and oil pressure damping means.
10. A beach vehicle comprising a rear suspension, characterised in that the rear suspension is a rear suspension according to any one of claims 1-7 above.
