Technical Field
The application relates to the technical field of automobile bodies, in particular to a stabilizer bar connecting structure for an automobile and the automobile with the stabilizer bar connecting structure.
Background
In prior automotive suspension systems, a stabilizer bar, a knuckle, and a shock absorber were typically included. The stabilizer bar is an auxiliary elastic member for preventing the vehicle body from undergoing an excessive lateral roll during turning and improving the ride comfort; the steering knuckle is one of important parts in an automobile steering axle, and can enable an automobile to stably run and sensitively transfer direction; the shock absorber is used for quickly attenuating the vibration of the frame and the vehicle body and improving the smoothness and the comfort of the running of the vehicle.
However, prior stabilizer bars are typically connected to the damper by a connection assembly that renders the stiffness provided by the stabilizer bar inefficient.
SUMMERY OF THE UTILITY MODEL
In order to overcome the problems of the prior art described above, a primary object of the present application is to provide a stabilizer bar connection structure that enables stiffness efficiency of a stabilizer bar to be higher.
In order to achieve the above purpose, the following technical solutions are specifically adopted in the present application:

Preferably, the first connecting piece is detachably connected with the steering knuckle, and the second connecting piece is detachably connected with the stabilizer bar.
Preferably, the stabilizer bar connecting structure further comprises a first nut, a first through hole is formed in the knuckle, and the first connecting piece penetrates through the first through hole and is in threaded connection with the first nut.
Preferably, the stabilizer bar connecting structure further comprises a second nut, the stabilizer bar is provided with a second through hole, and the second connecting piece penetrates through the second through hole and is in threaded connection with the second nut.
Preferably, the stabilizer bar connection structure further includes a mounting bracket fixed to an outer surface of the knuckle, and one end of the first connection member is connected to the mounting bracket.
Preferably, the mounting bracket is provided with a threaded hole, and one end of the first connecting piece penetrates into the threaded hole and is in threaded connection with the mounting bracket.
Preferably, the stabilizer bar connecting structure further comprises a third nut, the mounting bracket is provided with a third through hole, and one end of the first connecting piece penetrates through the third through hole and is in threaded connection with the third nut.
Preferably, the mounting bracket is fixed to an outer surface of the knuckle by welding.
Correspondingly, this application still provides an automobile, and this automobile includes suspension system body, knuckle, coupling assembling and stabilizer bar, the knuckle set up in the both sides of suspension system body, stabilizer bar's both ends are passed through respectively coupling assembling can dismantle with the knuckle that is located suspension system body both sides and link to each other.
Preferably, the automobile further comprises a fixing nut, a mounting hole is formed in the steering knuckle, and one end of the connecting assembly penetrates through the mounting hole and is in threaded connection with the fixing nut.
Compared with the prior art, the transverse stabilizer bar is connected to the steering knuckle through the connecting assembly, so that the transverse stabilizer bar is closer to the wheel center of an automobile wheel, and the rigidity efficiency provided by the transverse stabilizer bar is higher; the transverse stabilizer bar has smaller outer diameter and lighter weight, and can achieve the effect of light weight of the whole vehicle under the condition of ensuring the performance of the whole vehicle.

In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present application more apparent, the present application is described in further detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings and embodiments. As shown in fig. 1 and 2, an embodiment of the present application discloses a stabilizer bar connection structure for an automobile, which includes a knuckle 1, a stabilizer bar 2, and a connection assembly 3, wherein the stabilizer bar 2 is connected to the knuckle 1 via the connection assembly 3.
According to the application, the transverse stabilizer bar 2 is connected to the steering knuckle 1 through the connecting component 3, so that the transverse stabilizer bar 2 is closer to the wheel center of an automobile wheel, the rigidity efficiency provided by the transverse stabilizer bar 2 is higher, the outer diameter of the transverse stabilizer bar 2 is smaller, the weight is lighter, and the effect of light weight of the whole automobile can be achieved under the condition of ensuring the performance of the whole automobile; for example, the overall suspension system requires the stabilizer bar to provide a set stiffness, and under otherwise identical conditions, only 28 stabilizer bar diameters are required when the stabilizer bar is attached to the knuckle, and 30 stabilizer bar diameters are required when the stabilizer bar is attached to the damper, i.e., a smaller stabilizer bar diameter is required to attach the stabilizer bar to the knuckle than to attach the stabilizer bar to the damper, with the same stiffness provided by the stabilizer bar.
As shown in fig. 3 and 4, the knuckle 1 is provided with a first through hole 11, the stabilizer bar 2 is provided with a second through hole 21, the stabilizer bar connecting structure further includes a first nut 4 and a second nut 5, and the connecting assembly 3 includes a connecting rod 31, a first connecting member 32 and a second connecting member 33. During assembly, one end of the first connecting piece 32 is connected with one end spherical surface of the connecting rod 31, one end of the second connecting piece 33 is connected with the other end spherical surface of the connecting rod 31, the other end of the first connecting piece 32 penetrates through the first through hole 11 of the steering knuckle 1 and is in threaded connection with the first nut 4, the other end of the second connecting piece 33 penetrates through the second through hole 21 of the transverse stabilizer bar 2 and is in threaded connection with the second nut 5, and therefore the transverse stabilizer bar 2 can be detachably connected with the steering knuckle 1 through the connecting assembly 3.
In this implementation, stabilizer bar's fixed mode need not additionally to increase the installing support, but directly sets up a mounting hole on the knuckle, makes coupling assembling can pass through this mounting hole snap-on the knuckle, need not increase the installing support alone, has saved the mould expense, has saved welding process and welding frock, has reduced the technology processing degree of difficulty, is favorable to improving product quality, is favorable to the product lightweight, has reduced whole car weight to reduce whole car oil consumption, has practiced thrift manufacturing cost.
In the present embodiment, a first through hole 11 is directly opened on the knuckle 1, so that the first connecting member 32 is threaded with the first nut 4 through the first through hole 11. It is understood that, in other embodiments, the stabilizer bar connecting structure further includes a mounting bracket welded to an outer surface of the knuckle, and a third through hole or a threaded hole is provided in the mounting bracket; when the mounting bracket is provided with a threaded hole, one end of the connecting assembly is connected with the transverse stabilizer bar, and the other end of the connecting assembly penetrates into the threaded hole and is in threaded connection with the mounting bracket; when the third through hole is formed in the mounting bracket, one end of the connecting assembly is connected with the transverse stabilizer bar, and the other end of the connecting assembly penetrates through the third through hole in the mounting bracket and is in threaded connection with the third nut.
Correspondingly, this application still discloses an automobile, and this automobile includes suspension system body, knuckle, coupling assembling and stabilizer bar, and the knuckle sets up in the both sides of suspension system body, and the both ends of stabilizer bar are connected through coupling assembling can be dismantled with the knuckle that is located suspension system body both sides respectively.
Specifically, this car still includes fixation nut, has seted up first mounting hole on the knuckle, and the second mounting hole has been seted up to the stabilizer bar, and first mounting hole is passed and fixation nut threaded connection to coupling assembling's one end, and coupling assembling's the other end pass the second mounting hole and with fixation nut threaded connection, and then realize that the both ends of stabilizer bar can dismantle through coupling assembling and the knuckle that is located suspension system body both sides respectively and be connected.
