Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种电子产品的外贴膜及其制备方法。
背景技术
目前,随着电子技术的不断发展,电子产品不断更新换代,其工作组件的尺寸越来越小,工作的速度和效率越来越高,其发热量也越来越大。因此不仅要求其配备相应的散热装置,还要确保散热装置具有更强的散热能力,以保证产品性能的可靠性和延长其使用寿命有效散热对于电子产品的稳定运行和长期可靠性而言至关重要。
石墨导热散热材料,因其特有的低密度(相对于金属类)和高导热散热系数及低热阻成为现代电子类产品解决导热散热技术的首选材料。石墨散热片可以沿水平、垂直两个方向均匀地导热,片层状结构可更好地适应任何产品的表面,可以从水平、垂直方向有效的起到导热散热的作用。
因此现有技术通过贴膜的方式将石墨散热片粘贴在消费类电子产品的发热部分,起到散热作用,但是现有的贴膜抗拉性能差,而且外观视觉上通常为透明或白色磨砂类,影响美观度。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是克服现有技术的缺陷,提供一种电子产品的外贴膜,它不仅可以提高其抗拉伸性能和耐高温性能,而且提高了美观度,并且可以提高其抗阻燃性和提高其导热散热性能。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明的技术方案是:一种电子产品的外贴膜,它包括:
磨砂膜;
装饰膜,所述装饰膜通过第一黏合层设置在磨砂膜的内表面上;
石墨片层,所述石墨片层通过第二黏合层设置在装饰膜的内表面上;
第一PET透明膜,所述第一PET透明膜通过第三黏合层设置在石墨片层的内表面上;
PET蓝色薄膜,所述PET蓝色薄膜通过第四黏合层设置在第一PET透明膜的内表面上;
硅胶层,所述硅胶层设置在PET蓝色薄膜的内表面上;
第二PET透明膜,所述第二PET透明膜设置在硅胶层的内表面上;
标签,所述标签设置在第二PET透明膜的内表面上。
进一步,所述第一黏合层、第二黏合层、第三黏合层和第四黏合层中的至少一个由丙烯酸压敏胶制成。
进一步,所述磨砂膜为透明闪点磨砂膜。
进一步,所述装饰膜上设置有颜色和/或图案。
进一步,所述石墨片层为人工合成石墨片层。
进一步,所述磨砂膜的厚度为0.08±0.01mm;和/或所述装饰膜的厚度为0.006±0.001mm;和/或所述石墨片层的厚度为0.01-0.03mm;和/或所述第一PET透明膜的厚度为0.004±0.001mm;和/或第二PET透明膜的厚度为0.05±0.005mm;和/或所述第一黏合层的厚度为0.02±0.005mm;和/或第二黏合层的厚度为0.004±0.001mm;和/或第三黏合层的厚度为0.004±0.001mm;和/或第四黏合层的厚度为0.004±0.001mm;和/或所述PET蓝色薄膜的厚度为0.05±0.005mm;和/或所述硅胶层的厚度为0.01±0.02mm。
进一步,所述石墨片层除厚度外的外形尺寸均小于所述磨砂膜、所述装饰膜、所述第一PET透明膜、所述PET蓝色薄膜、所述硅胶层、所述第二PET透明膜和所述标签的外形尺寸。
进一步,所述标签为不干胶手撕标签。
本发明还提供了一种电子产品的外贴膜的制备方法,所述方法中含有如下步骤:
a、将装饰膜按产品要求印刷好颜色和/或图案并收卷;
b、将内表面涂布好第一黏合层的磨砂膜与内表面涂布好第二黏合层的装饰膜复合好并收卷,形成第一半成品;
c、将石墨片层按电子产品的发热区域设计的尺寸模切成型,并排去废边;
d、将步骤b中复合好并收卷的第一半成品与步骤c中制备好的石墨片层复合,形成第二半成品;
e、在步骤d复合好的第二半成品材料的内表面再复上外表面已经涂布好第三黏合层的第一PET透明膜,然后在第一PET透明膜的内表面再复上外表面已经涂布好第四黏合层的PET蓝色薄膜,PET蓝色薄膜的内表面再涂布硅胶层,形成第三半成品;
f、将步骤e复合好的第三半成品在硅胶层的内表面上再复上第二PET透明膜,形成第四半成品;
g、将步骤f制备好的第四半成品按电子产品的外形尺寸进行模切成型,形成第五半成品;
h、将已经模切成型的第五半成品贴上标签,即制得成品。
进一步,在所述的步骤g中,模切成型时,确保所述石墨片层除厚度外的外形尺寸均小于所述磨砂膜、所述装饰膜、所述第一PET透明膜、所述PET蓝色薄膜、所述硅胶层、所述第二PET透明膜和所述标签的外形尺寸。
采用了上述技术方案后,本发明通过增加多层PET透明膜来提高贴膜的抗拉伸性能和耐高温性能;通过增加装饰膜,可以在装饰膜上印刷颜色和/或图案,提高了其美观度,通过增加PET蓝色薄膜,可以提高贴膜的抗阻燃性,石墨片层可以增加贴膜的导热和散热性能。

为了使本发明的内容更容易被清楚地理解,下面根据具体实施例并结合附图,对本发明作进一步详细的说明。
如图1所示,一种电子产品的外贴膜,它包括:
磨砂膜1;
装饰膜3,所述装饰膜3通过第一黏合层2设置在磨砂膜1的内表面上;
石墨片层5,所述石墨片层5通过第二黏合层4设置在装饰膜3的内表面上;
第一PET透明膜7,所述第一PET透明膜7通过第三黏合层6设置在石墨片层5的内表面上;
PET蓝色薄膜9,所述PET蓝色薄膜9通过第四黏合层8设置在第一PET透明膜7的内表面上;
硅胶层10,所述硅胶层10设置在PET蓝色薄膜9的内表面上;
第二PET透明膜11,所述第二PET透明膜11设置在硅胶层10的内表面上;
标签12,所述标签12设置在第二PET透明膜11的内表面上。
所述第一黏合层2、第二黏合层4、第三黏合层6和第四黏合层8中的至少一个由丙烯酸压敏胶制成。在本实施例中,各黏合层均由丙烯酸压敏胶制成,丙烯酸压敏胶具有较好的耐低温、耐高温,可凝挥发物和质量损失率低,并且无有害气体逸出的特性。
所述磨砂膜1为透明闪点磨砂膜,所述磨砂膜1由PVC材料制成,主要是保护被贴电子产品的外壳和增强贴膜本身的耐磨性。
所述装饰膜3上设置有颜色和/或图案,装饰膜3上可以印刷各种颜色和/或图案,提高外贴膜的美观性能,并且增加外贴膜的抗拉伸性和耐温性。
所述石墨片层5为人工合成石墨片层。所述石墨片层5主要是利用人工石墨片的高导热性能,增加外贴膜的导热性,使电子产品散热更快。石墨片层5采用人工合成石墨制成,人工合成石墨是导热散热材料,因其特有的低密度(相对于金属类)和高导热散热系数及低热阻成为现代电子类产品解决导热散热技术的首选材料。石墨散热片可以沿水平、垂直两个方向均匀地导热,片层状结构可更好地适应任何产品的表面,可以从水平、垂直方向有效的起到导热散热的作用。
所述磨砂膜1的厚度为0.08±0.01mm;和/或所述装饰膜3的厚度为0.006±0.001mm;和/或所述石墨片层5的厚度为0.01-0.03mm;和/或所述第一PET透明膜7的厚度为0.004±0.001mm;和/或第二PET透明膜11的厚度为0.05±0.005mm;和/或所述第一黏合层2的厚度为0.02±0.005mm;和/或第二黏合层4的厚度为0.004±0.001mm;和/或第三黏合层6的厚度为0.004±0.001mm;和/或第四黏合层8的厚度为0.004±0.001mm;和/或所述PET蓝色薄膜9的厚度为0.05±0.005mm;和/或所述硅胶层10的厚度为0.01±0.02mm。第一PET透明膜7主要是增加第三黏合层6和第四黏合层8的抗拉伸性;PET蓝色薄膜9利用PET耐高温的特性,增加贴膜的抗阻燃性,并且起到保护石墨片层5的作用;硅胶层10主要是黏结外贴膜和被贴的电子产品,且在用户使用过程中方便用户剥离,不留残胶;第二PET透明膜11是硅胶层10的保护层,防止硅胶层10在使用过程中二次污染,采用硅胶层10以后可以使本发明二次利用,可以反复粘贴。视不同的材质采用不同厚度的黏合层,可以有效降低贴膜的厚度。
所述石墨片层5除厚度外的外形尺寸均小于所述磨砂膜1、所述装饰膜3、所述第一PET透明膜7、所述PET蓝色薄膜9、所述硅胶层10、所述第二PET透明膜11和所述标签12的外形尺寸。
所述标签12为不干胶手撕标签。不干胶手撕标签在用户使用时方便用户剥离第二PET透明膜11。
另外,装饰膜3、第一PET透明膜7、PET蓝色薄膜9和第二PET透明膜11均采用PET材料制成,PET膜又名耐高温聚酯薄膜。它具有优异的物理性能、化学性能及尺寸稳定性、透明性、可回收性,可广泛的应用于磁记录、感光材料、电子、电气绝缘、工业用膜、包装装饰、屏幕保护、光学级镜面表面保护等领域。
本电子产品的外贴膜的制备方法中含有如下步骤:
a、将装饰膜3按产品要求印刷好颜色和/或图案并收卷;
b、将内表面涂布好第一黏合层2的磨砂膜1与内表面涂布好第二黏合层4的装饰膜3通过多工位复合排废机复合好并收卷,形成第一半成品;
c、将石墨片层5按电子产品的发热区域设计的尺寸模切成型,并排去废边;
d、将步骤b中复合好并收卷的第一半成品用多工位复合排废机与步骤c中制备好的石墨片层5复合,形成第二半成品;
e、在步骤d复合好的第二半成品材料的内表面再复上外表面已经涂布好第三黏合层6的第一PET透明膜7,然后在第一PET透明膜7的内表面再复上外表面已经涂布好第四黏合层8的PET蓝色薄膜9,PET蓝色薄膜9的内表面再涂布硅胶层10,形成第三半成品;
f、将步骤e复合好的第三半成品用多工位复合排废机在硅胶层10的内表面上再复上第二PET透明膜11,形成第四半成品;
g、将步骤f制备好的第四半成品按电子产品的外形尺寸进行模切成型,形成第五半成品;
h、将已经模切成型的第五半成品贴上标签,即制得成品。
在所述的步骤g中,模切成型时,确保所述石墨片层5除厚度外的外形尺寸均小于所述磨砂膜1、所述装饰膜3、所述第一PET透明膜7、所述PET蓝色薄膜9、所述硅胶层10、所述第二PET透明膜11和所述标签12的外形尺寸。

Claims (10)
1.一种电子产品的外贴膜,其特征在于,它包括:
磨砂膜(1);
装饰膜(3),所述装饰膜(3)通过第一黏合层(2)设置在磨砂膜(1)的内表面上;
石墨片层(5),所述石墨片层(5)通过第二黏合层(4)设置在装饰膜(3)的内表面上;
第一PET透明膜(7),所述第一PET透明膜(7)通过第三黏合层(6)设置在石墨片层(5)的内表面上;
PET蓝色薄膜(9),所述PET蓝色薄膜(9)通过第四黏合层(8)设置在第一PET透明膜(7)的内表面上;
硅胶层(10),所述硅胶层(10)设置在PET蓝色薄膜(9)的内表面上;
第二PET透明膜(11),所述第二PET透明膜(11)设置在硅胶层(10)的内表面上;
标签(12),所述标签(12)设置在第二PET透明膜(11)的内表面上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的电子产品的外贴膜,其特征在于:所述第一黏合层(2)、第二黏合层(4)、第三黏合层(6)和第四黏合层(8)中的至少一个由丙烯酸压敏胶制成。
3.根据权利要求1所述的电子产品的外贴膜,其特征在于:所述磨砂膜(1)为透明闪点磨砂膜。
4.根据权利要求1所述的电子产品的外贴膜,其特征在于:所述装饰膜(3)上设置有颜色和/或图案。
5.根据权利要求1所述的电子产品的外贴膜,其特征在于:所述石墨片层(5)为人工合成石墨片层。
6.根据权利要求1所述的电子产品的外贴膜,其特征在于:所述磨砂膜(1)的厚度为0.08±0.01mm;和/或所述装饰膜(3)的厚度为0.006±0.001mm;和/或所述石墨片层(5)的厚度为0.01-0.03mm;和/或所述第一PET透明膜(7)的厚度为0.004±0.001mm;和/或第二PET透明膜(11)的厚度为0.05±0.005mm;和/或所述第一黏合层(2)的厚度为0.02±0.005mm;和/或第二黏合层(4)的厚度为0.004±0.001mm;和/或第三黏合层(6)的厚度为0.004±0.001mm;和/或第四黏合层(8)的厚度为0.004±0.001mm;和/或所述PET蓝色薄膜(9)的厚度为0.05±0.005mm;和/或所述硅胶层(10)的厚度为0.01±0.02mm。
7.根据权利要求1所述的电子产品的外贴膜,其特征在于:所述石墨片层(5)除厚度外的外形尺寸均小于所述磨砂膜(1)、所述装饰膜(3)、所述第一PET透明膜(7)、所述PET蓝色薄膜(9)、所述硅胶层(10)、所述第二PET透明膜(11)和所述标签(12)的外形尺寸。
8.根据权利要求1所述的电子产品的外贴膜,其特征在于:所述标签(12)为不干胶手撕标签。
9.一种如权利要求1至8中任一项所述的电子产品的外贴膜的制备方法,其特征在于:所述方法中含有如下步骤:
a、将装饰膜(3)按产品要求印刷好颜色和/或图案并收卷;
b、将内表面涂布好第一黏合层(2)的磨砂膜(1)与内表面涂布好第二黏合层(4)的装饰膜(3)复合好并收卷,形成第一半成品;
c、将石墨片层(5)按电子产品的发热区域设计的尺寸模切成型,并排去废边;
d、将步骤b中复合好并收卷的第一半成品与步骤c中制备好的石墨片层(5)复合,形成第二半成品;
e、在步骤d复合好的第二半成品材料的内表面再复上外表面已经涂布好第三黏合层(6)的第一PET透明膜(7),然后在第一PET透明膜(7)的内表面再复上外表面已经涂布好第四黏合层(8)的PET蓝色薄膜(9),PET蓝色薄膜(9)的内表面再涂布硅胶层(10),形成第三半成品;
f、将步骤e复合好的第三半成品在硅胶层(10)的内表面上再复上第二PET透明膜(11),形成第四半成品;
g、将步骤f制备好的第四半成品按电子产品的外形尺寸进行模切成型,形成第五半成品;
h、将已经模切成型的第五半成品贴上标签,即制得成品。
10.根据权利要求9所述的制备方法,其特征在于:在所述的步骤g中,模切成型时,确保所述石墨片层(5)除厚度外的外形尺寸均小于所述磨砂膜(1)、所述装饰膜(3)、所述第一PET透明膜(7)、所述PET蓝色薄膜(9)、所述硅胶层(10)、所述第二PET透明膜(11)和所述标签(12)的外形尺寸。
