本发明公开了一种提高丁基胶布搭接部位气密性的成型结构及成型方法,其结构是由两层丁基胶布层、丁基胶片层和加强胶布条、三层胶粘剂层,共7层顺序叠接而成,制作时,在两片丁基胶布搭接部位涂胶粘剂,其中在接缝外面的一片要双面涂覆胶粘剂;干燥15分钟后搭接粘合;制备丁基胶片,丁基胶布双面涂胶粘剂干燥15分钟;将丁基胶片粘合在丁基胶布上;将粘合加强胶布条再粘贴在丁基胶片上。本发明解决了在制造中空制品时,丁基胶布搭接口易出现空气渗漏问题,从而提高产品使用安全性。

Description

一种提高丁基胶布搭接部位气密性的成型结构及成型方法
技术领域
本发明涉及丁基胶布搭接部位气密性的方法,具体是一种提高丁基胶布搭接部位气密性的成型结构及成型方法。
背景技术
丁基胶因在烃类橡胶中气透性最低,因此是各种中空类产品首选的高分子弹性体。但因其自粘性和互粘性差,需借助增粘剂、胶粘剂以保证其粘合。为增加丁基胶布之间的粘附强力,通常是采用在胶布之间涂上胶粘剂以达到符合技术指标要求的粘合强度,这不仅要求胶粘剂在使用过程必须稳定,还需胶粘剂具有适当的初粘性,初粘太低粘合后的胶缝易产生局部脱开,初粘太高则在操作过程中较麻烦。
一般胶布的成型方法主要有两种:即未硫化胶布成型、硫化胶布成型。未硫化胶布成型时,胶布较柔软,易于操作;其缺点是成型时胶层易损伤和产生印痕,产品硫化后易产生折皱,影响产品外观质量。硫化胶布成型操作较方便,成型好后不需要硫化,产品外观质量好,但对胶粘剂要求要比未硫化胶布胶粘剂要高,粘合也比未硫化胶布困难。
由于丁基橡胶之间粘合力不大,在张力的条件下容易产生滑移和局部开胶等现象,从而达不到气密效果,影响气密制品的正常生产,不能有效提高产品的生产效率。因此解决丁基胶布气密成型的问题,是使用企业所面临的一个技术问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为克服现有技术的不足,而提供一种提高丁基胶布搭接部位气密性的成型结构及成型方法。
实现本发明目的的技术方案是:
一种提高丁基胶布搭接部位气密性的成型结构,由两层丁基胶布层、丁基胶片层和加强胶布条、三层胶粘剂层,共7层顺序叠接而成,其中:
第一层、第三层为上下叠接的丁基胶布层;
第一层和第三层之间为第二层,即胶粘剂层;
第五层为丁基胶片层;
第三层与第五层之间为第四层,即胶粘剂层;
第七层为加强胶布条,
第五层与第七层之间为第六层,即胶粘剂层。
所述的两片丁基胶布层粘合的宽度为20mm±0.2mm。
所述的丁基胶片层厚度为0.40 mm±0.02 mm。
所述的丁基胶片层宽度为18 mm±0.2mm。
所述的加强胶布条宽度为20mm±0.2mm,以45°角剪裁。
上述提高丁基胶布搭接部位气密性的成型方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)在两片丁基胶布搭接部位涂胶粘剂,其中在接缝外面的一片要双面涂覆胶粘剂;
(2)干燥15分钟后搭接粘合;
(3)制备丁基胶片,丁基胶布双面涂胶粘剂干燥15分钟;
(4)将丁基胶片粘合在丁基胶布上;
(5)将粘合加强胶布条再粘贴在丁基胶片上。
本发明的优点为:解决了在制造中空制品时,丁基胶布搭接口易出现空气渗漏问题,从而提高产品使用安全性。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例对本发明作进一步阐述,但不是对本发明的限定。
实施例:
一种提高丁基胶布搭接口气密性的成型结构,由两层丁基胶布层、丁基胶片层和加强胶布条、三层胶粘剂层,共7层顺序叠接而成,具体是:
第一层、第三层为上下叠接的丁基胶布层;第一层和第三层之间为第二层,即胶粘剂层;
第五层为丁基胶片层;
第三层与第五层之间为胶粘剂层;
第七层为加强胶布条;
第五层与第七层之间为胶粘剂层。
制作时:
1)在两片丁基胶布搭接部位涂胶粘剂,涂的宽度为20mm,其中在接缝外面的一片要双面涂覆胶粘剂;
2)干燥15分钟后搭接粘合;
3)制备丁基胶片,厚度为0.40 mm,宽度为18 mm,丁基胶布双面涂胶粘剂干燥15分钟;
4)将丁基胶片粘合在丁基胶布上;
5)将粘合加强胶布条再粘贴在丁基胶片上,加强胶布条宽度为20mm,以45°角剪裁。

Claims (5)

1.一种提高丁基胶布搭接部位气密性的方法,其特征是:由两层丁基胶布层、丁基胶片层和加强胶布条、三层胶粘剂层,共7层顺序叠接而成,其中:
第一层、第三层为上下叠接的丁基胶布层;
第一层和第三层之间为第二层,即胶粘剂层;
第五层为丁基胶片层;
第三层与第五层之间为第四层,即胶粘剂层;
第七层为加强胶布条,
第五层与第七层之间为第六层,即胶粘剂层;
具体方法包括如下步骤:
(1)在两片丁基胶布搭接部位涂胶粘剂,其中在接缝外面的一片要双面涂覆胶粘剂;
(2)干燥15分钟后搭接粘合;
(3)制备丁基胶片,丁基胶布双面涂胶粘剂干燥15分钟;
(4)将丁基胶片粘合在丁基胶布上;
(5)将粘合加强胶布条再粘贴在丁基胶片上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征是:所述的两片丁基胶布层粘合的宽度为20mm±0.2mm。
3.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征是:所述的丁基胶片层厚度为0.40 mm±0.02mm。
4.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征是:所述的丁基胶片层宽度为18 mm±0.2mm。
