Abstract

本发明公开了一种自粘型三元乙丙防水卷材,包括硅油纸层、丁基胶粘层、EPDM层和PE膜,硅油纸层、丁基胶粘层、EPDM层和PE膜从下到上依次设置;丁基胶粘层按照重量计包括如下组分:丁基橡胶(1751)40‑60份、聚异丁烯(1200)30‑50份、C5树脂5‑10份、氯化石蜡10‑20份、滑石粉100‑200份;EPDM层按照重量计包括如下组分:EPDM(3092)40‑60份、炭黑(N550)50‑60份、软化剂10‑20份、硫化剂5‑10份、滑石粉10‑20份。本装置的结构设置,采用丁基胶粘材料为粘接层,有效的解决了粘接高低温出现漏水现象。而且可以提前预覆在EPDM卷材上,避免了施工中需要在现场刷涂胶粘剂的麻烦。施工时直接把卷材的隔离纸撕开,直接铺设。

技术领域
本发明涉及防水技术领域,具体是一种自粘型三元乙丙防水卷材。
背景技术
目前,在防水卷材行业EPDM卷材的耐老化使用寿命公认是其它卷材不能比肩的,但在实际施工中,由于铺设时需要粘接处理,粘接部位能否处理到位,粘接剂能否耐腐蚀,酸碱,以及使用寿命极大地影响了实际的防水密封效果。目前实际在施工中使用的胶粘剂类型有自粘沥青,热熔胶两种。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种自粘型三元乙丙防水卷材,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种自粘型三元乙丙防水卷材,包括硅油纸层、丁基胶粘层、EPDM层和PE膜,所述硅油纸层、丁基胶粘层、EPDM层和PE膜从下到上依次设置;
丁基胶粘层按照重量计包括如下组分:丁基橡胶(1751)40-60份、聚异丁烯(1200)30-50份、C5树脂5-10份、氯化石蜡10-20份、滑石粉100-200份;
所述EPDM层按照重量计包括如下组分:EPDM(3092)40-60份、炭黑(N550)50-60份、软化剂10-20份、硫化剂5-10份、滑石粉10-20份。
作为本发明进一步的方案:所述丁基胶粘层的厚度为1-2毫米。
作为本发明再进一步的方案:所述EPDM层的厚度为1-2毫米。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:本装置的结构设置,PE膜可以防止EPDM卷在一起粘连,EPDM层有弹性,防老化性能优异,耐酸碱腐蚀,丁基胶粘层粘接力强,能有效与基层与EPMD层融合,防止起鼓,蹿水,耐高低温,耐酸碱腐蚀,防老化性能优异,有效隔离,防止粘连;使用时轻轻揭开即可。丁基胶粘带高温100度不流淌,低温零下40度不断裂,可以在我国辽阔的国土上适合任何地方使用,从烈日炎炎的海南岛,到冰天雪地的哈尔滨,都适合使用。丁基胶粘带环保无味。目前环保已经是国家的大方向,沥青材料含有多种有害人体物质,很快会被淘汰出局。采用丁基胶粘材料为粘接层,有效的解决了粘接高低温出现漏水现象。而且可以提前预覆在EPDM卷材上,避免了施工中需要在现场刷涂胶粘剂的麻烦。施工时直接把卷材的隔离纸撕开,直接铺设。本专利可以有效提高目前传统EPDM卷材的施工工艺,由现场涂胶改为在生产过程中同步完成,减少了现场施工的不确定性,增加劳动效率,较少了涂胶不匀造成的漏,渗,蹿水风险。

请参阅图1,本发明实施例中,一种自粘型三元乙丙防水卷材,包括硅油纸层1、丁基胶粘层2、EPDM层3和PE膜4,所述硅油纸层1、丁基胶粘层2、EPDM层3和PE膜4从下到上依次设置;丁基胶粘层2按照重量计包括如下组分:丁基橡胶(1751)40-60份、聚异丁烯(1200)30-50份、C5树脂5-10份、氯化石蜡10-20份、滑石粉100-200份;所述EPDM层3按照重量计包括如下组分:EPDM(3092)40-60份、炭黑(N550)50-60份、软化剂10-20份、硫化剂5-10份、滑石粉10-20份。

1.一种自粘型三元乙丙防水卷材,包括硅油纸层、丁基胶粘层、EPDM层和PE膜,其特征在于,所述硅油纸层、丁基胶粘层、EPDM层和PE膜从下到上依次设置;
丁基胶粘层按照重量计包括如下组分:丁基橡胶(1751)40-60份、聚异丁烯(1200)30-50份、C5树脂5-10份、氯化石蜡10-20份、滑石粉100-200份;
所述EPDM层按照重量计包括如下组分:EPDM(3092)40-60份、炭黑(N550)50-60份、软化剂10-20份、硫化剂5-10份、滑石粉10-20份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种自粘型三元乙丙防水卷材,其特征在于,所述丁基胶粘层的厚度为1-2毫米。
