Abstract

一种带有自动进料机的塑料瓶脱标机,属于废品回收设备领域,是由自动进料机、旋转轴承、箱体、大带轮、皮带、小带轮、静电发生器、电动机、底座、出料板、摩擦辊、辊体、刮刀、旋转轴和电线组成的,箱体上方安装有旋转轴承,旋转轴承上安装有自动进料机,箱体上安装有两个电动机,电动机上安装有小带轮,小带轮通过皮带与大带轮连接,大带轮安装在摩擦辊的旋转轴上,箱体下端与底座连接,底座上安装有静电发生器,所述的底座内部安装有出料板,所述的静电发生器与电线的一端连接,电线的另一端固定在出料板上。该装置通过自动进料机、摩擦辊和静电发生器的配合,实现了塑料瓶回收过程中自动进料和塑料瓶脱标的功能。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种带有自动进料机的塑料瓶脱标装置,具体地说是通过自动进料机、摩擦辊和静电发生器,实现塑料瓶商标和瓶体分离的装置,属于废品回收设备领域。
背景技术
众所周知,废旧的塑料瓶可以回收再利用。一个废旧塑料瓶回收的产业链,可以反映出一个社会在垃圾分类、废品回收、环保法治、政策扶持力度和民众认识程度等多方面的综合情况。当回收再利用企业的日子好起来,才是一个低碳社会的根基走向稳固之时。目前,塑料瓶回收工厂多采用现代化的流水线对废弃塑料瓶进行清洗、去标(剥掉塑料瓶外壳的塑料标签)和粉碎等过程,将塑料瓶的瓶身、商标皮、瓶盖等分离开,将瓶身粉碎后送回给出进行再加工。
但在塑料瓶去标过程中,当商标和瓶身分离后,大多都是靠吹风机将商标吹走,这样造成了商标到处乱跑,严重污染了环境。
发明内容
针对上述不足,本发明提供了一种带有自动进料机的塑料瓶脱标装置。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:一种带有自动进料机的塑料瓶脱标装置,是由自动进料机、旋转轴承、箱体、大带轮、皮带、小带轮、静电发生器、电动机、底座、出料板、摩擦辊、辊体、刮刀、旋转轴和电线组成的,其特征在于:所述的箱体上方安装有旋转轴承,旋转轴承上安装有自动进料机,所述的箱体上安装有两个电动机,所述的电动机上安装有小带轮,小带轮通过皮带与大带轮连接,大带轮安装在摩擦辊的旋转轴上,所述的箱体下端与底座连接,所述的底座上安装有静电发生器,所述的底座内部安装有出料板,所述的静电发生器与电线的一端连接,电线的另一端固定在出料板上。
所述的摩擦辊是由辊体、刮刀和旋转轴组成的,所述的刮刀安装在辊体的圆周上,所述的旋转轴固定在辊体的端面上。
所述的底座材料为绝缘材料。
该发明的有益之处是,该装置通过自动进料机、摩擦辊和静电发生器的配合,实现了塑料瓶回收过程中自动进料和塑料瓶脱标的功能;通过大带轮和小带轮的配合降低了电动机的输出转速,增大了电动机的输出转矩;皮带传动使传动更平稳。

具体实施方式
一种带有自动进料机的塑料瓶脱标装置,是由自动进料机1、旋转轴承2、箱体3、大带轮4、皮带5、小带轮6、静电发生器7、电动机8、底座9、出料板10、摩擦辊11、辊体1101、刮刀1102、旋转轴1103和电线12组成的,所述的箱体3上方安装有旋转轴承2,旋转轴承2上安装有自动进料机1,所述的箱体3上安装有两个电动机8,所述的电动机8上安装有小带轮6,小带轮6通过皮带5与大带轮4连接,大带轮4安装在摩擦辊11的旋转轴上1103,所述的箱体3下端与底座9连接,所述的底座9上安装有静电发生器7,所述的底座9内部安装有出料板10,所述的静电发生器7与电线12的一端连接,电线12的另一端固定在出料板10上。
所述的摩擦辊11是由辊体1101、刮刀1102和旋转轴1103组成的,所述的刮刀1102安装在辊体1101的圆周上,所述的旋转轴1103固定在辊体1101的端面上。
所述的底座9材料为绝缘材料。
该装置在工作时,自动进料机1将塑料瓶吸至箱体3上端,自动进料机1可以围绕旋转轴承2自由转动,这样可以扩大自动进料机1的吸料面积,当塑料瓶落入箱体3内部时,通过箱体3内摩擦辊11上的刮刀1102将塑料瓶上的商标剥下,塑料瓶和商标的混合物落到出料板10上,出料板10因为和静电发生器7连接,静电将商标留在出料板10上,瓶身被排出底座9。
对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,根据本发明的教导,在不脱离本发明的原理与精神的情况下,对实施方式所进行的改变、修改、替换和变型仍落入本发明的保护范围之内。

1.一种带有自动进料机的塑料瓶脱标装置,是由自动进料机、旋转轴承、箱体、大带轮、皮带、小带轮、静电发生器、电动机、底座、出料板、摩擦辊、辊体、刮刀、旋转轴和电线组成的,其特征在于:所述的箱体上方安装有旋转轴承,旋转轴承上安装有自动进料机,所述的箱体上安装有两个电动机,所述的电动机上安装有小带轮,小带轮通过皮带与大带轮连接,大带轮安装在摩擦辊的旋转轴上,所述的箱体下端与底座连接,所述的底座上安装有静电发生器,所述的底座内部安装有出料板,所述的静电发生器与电线的一端连接,电线的另一端固定在出料板上。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种带有自动进料机的塑料瓶脱标装置,其特征在于:所述的摩擦辊是由辊体、刮刀和旋转轴组成的,所述的刮刀安装在辊体的圆周上,所述的旋转轴固定在辊体的端面上。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种带有自动进料机的塑料瓶脱标装置,其特征在于:所述的底座材料为绝缘材料。
