本发明涉及牛肉的切割刀具领域,具体涉及一种防断刀的骨肉切割刀具,包括切割刀盘和转轴,切割刀盘包括扣合在一起的基盘与盖盘,基盘上固设有楔形卡块,盖盘上设有与楔形卡块匹配的楔形卡槽,基盘与转轴空套连接,基盘上沿径向均匀固接有多把切肉刀,切骨刀为钝刀,盖盘与转轴固定连接,盖盘上沿径向均匀固接有多把切骨刀,基盘与盖盘扣合形成的空腔中设有扭簧,扭簧空套在转轴上,扭簧的一端连接基盘,另一端连接盖盘。本发明在切肉刀遇到骨头时,基盘暂时脱离盖盘,防止切肉刀硬切割骨头时折断损坏,保护了切肉刀,防止切肉刀折断。

技术领域
本发明涉及牛肉的切割刀具领域,具体涉及一种防断刀的骨肉切割刀具。
背景技术
牛肉因其营养丰富受到广泛喜爱,要得到牛肉,需先对屠宰处理后的牛体进行解剖分离,传统的解剖分离主要是靠人工使用不同的刀具进行,在解剖分离过程中,需要频繁更换解剖的刀具及其他工具,操作繁琐,效率低。
现有技术中,将切割肉和骨的刀具集中到一个基盘上,然后将切肉刀和切骨刀交替排布,以实现切肉与切割骨头不更换刀具,当切肉刀遇到骨头时就缩进基盘内,切骨刀使用钝刀,切骨刀遇到骨头时将骨头打断或打碎,但是这种骨肉切割刀具的问题是:切肉刀的刀刃部位较锋利但是强度差,当切肉刀遇到骨肉时容易折断。
发明内容
本发明意在提供一种防断刀的骨肉切割刀具,以解决切肉刀在遇到骨头时容易折断的问题。
本方案中的防断刀的骨肉切割刀具,包括切割刀盘和转轴,所述切割刀盘包括扣合在一起的基盘与盖盘,所述基盘上固设有楔形卡块,所述盖盘上设有与楔形卡块匹配的楔形卡槽,所述基盘与转轴空套连接,所述基盘上沿径向均匀固接有多把切肉刀,所述切骨刀为钝刀,所述盖盘与转轴固定连接,所述盖盘上沿径向均匀固接有多把切骨刀,所述基盘与盖盘扣合形成的空腔中设有扭簧,所述扭簧空套在转轴上,所述扭簧的一端连接基盘,另一端连接盖盘。
本方案的原理是:基盘扣合在盖盘上,盖盘由转轴带动旋转,基盘再由盖盘带动旋转;当切肉刀切到骨头时,一方面,由于骨头很硬,切肉刀无法切断骨头,骨头抵住切肉刀;由于连接在盖盘和基盘之间的部件是扭簧,盖盘和基盘之间允许相对运动,进而基盘在阻力的作用下沿楔形卡槽的斜面与盖盘脱开,基盘不随盖盘转动;在此过程中,扭簧除了在水平方向上发生扭转,还会在竖直方向上有一定的拉伸;另一方面切骨刀为钝刀,钝刀的强度大,可打碎骨头。
在骨头被切骨刀打碎后,骨头的阻力消失,扭簧为恢复扭转和拉伸带来的弹性形变而将基盘向上拉回与盖盘扣合,楔形卡块重新滑进楔形卡槽中,基盘由盖盘继续带动旋转让切肉刀切肉。
本方案的有益效果是:1.切肉刀遇到骨头时,基盘暂时脱离盖盘,防止切肉刀硬切割骨头时折断损坏,保护了切肉刀;2.切肉刀切到骨头时,不会硬切,骨头被打碎后,切肉刀重新开始工作,切断骨头表面的肉筋,使切骨刀在打断或打碎骨头时,肉筋不会缠绕在切骨刀上,防止切骨刀卡塞在肉筋上而影响切割骨头。
进一步,所述切骨刀通过螺钉固定在盖盘上。
切骨刀固定在盖盘上,保证切骨刀的强度,以打断或打碎骨头。
进一步,所述切骨刀的切割面上设有锯齿。
锯齿状的切骨刀面能减小切骨刀打碎骨头的受力面积,增加骨头的受力,使骨头容易被打碎,锯齿状的刀面对切骨刀的受力处起到缓冲作用,防止切骨刀受损。
进一步,所述切肉刀的端部为圆弧状。
圆弧状的切肉刀在切肉时,避免了直角端部容易卡在肉里的问题,使切肉更顺畅。
进一步,所述楔形卡块沿基盘的切线方向布置。
使切肉刀在切肉时,基盘上的楔形卡块卡在楔形卡槽中,保证基盘随盖盘一起旋转,当切肉刀遇到骨头时,楔形卡块能从楔形卡槽中退出以脱离盖盘的动力,保护切肉刀,当扭簧恢复弹性形变时,又能拉动基盘重新扣合到盖盘上。
进一步,所述切骨刀的切割侧端部为圆弧状。
圆弧状的切骨刀侧端部不会轻易伸入到肉筋中,让切骨刀避免缠绕上肉筋。

具体实施方式
下面通过具体实施方式对本发明作进一步详细的说明。
说明书附图中的附图标记包括:切割刀盘1、切肉刀2、切骨刀3、转轴4、扭簧5、盖盘11、基盘12、螺钉13、楔形卡块14、楔形卡槽15。
如图1所示:转轴4固定连接盖盘11,转轴4空套连接基盘12,盖盘11和基盘12扣合在一起,基盘12上均匀固定有三把切肉刀2,盖盘11上均布有三把切骨刀3,切骨刀3通过螺钉13固定在盖盘11上,切骨刀3的切骨部分的切割侧面为锯齿状,切骨刀3的切割部分端部为圆弧形,切肉刀2和切骨刀3的切割部分均伸出切割刀盘1的周缘。
如图2所示:基盘12与转轴4空套连接,盖盘11与转轴4固定连接,基盘12内靠近盘缘固定楔形卡块14,盖盘11上相对楔形卡块14位置固设有与楔形卡块14匹配的楔形卡槽15,基盘12与盖盘11通过斜向卡块和楔形卡槽15扣合在一起,基盘12与盖盘11扣合时形成的空腔中放置有扭簧5,扭簧5空套在转轴4上,扭簧5的一端连接基盘12,另一端连接盖盘11。
如图3所示:楔形卡块14的斜面固定在基盘12上,楔形卡块14与盖盘11上的楔形卡槽15的扣合形态。
切割骨肉时,先保持基盘12扣合在盖盘11上,盖盘11由转轴4带动旋转,基盘12再由盖盘11带动旋转,切骨刀3和切肉刀2分别切割骨肉。
当切肉刀2切割到骨头时,由于骨头很硬,切肉刀2无法切断骨头,切肉刀2又固定在基盘12上,骨头抵住切肉刀2,由于连接在盖盘11和基盘12之间的部件是扭簧5,盖盘11和基盘12之间允许相对运动,进而基盘12在阻力的作用下沿楔形卡槽15的斜面与盖盘11脱开,基盘12不随盖盘11转动,在此过程中,扭簧5除了在水平方向发生扭转外,还会在竖直方向上有一定的拉伸。
基盘12瞬间脱离盖盘11后,切肉刀2不会继续随盖盘11转动,接着由切骨刀3将骨头打碎,使切肉刀2不硬切骨头。
当骨头被切骨刀3打碎后,骨头的阻力消失,扭簧5为恢复扭转和拉伸带来的弹性形变而将基盘12拉回与盖盘11扣合,楔形卡块14重新滑进楔形卡槽15中,基盘12由盖盘11继续带动旋转切肉。
本发明的有益效果在于:1.基盘随盖盘带动旋转时,楔形卡块卡在楔形卡槽中,保证基盘与盖盘的扣合不脱落,当遇到骨头时,基盘上的切肉刀切割不断骨头,基盘会被抵开,使楔形卡块退出楔形卡槽,基盘不随盖盘转轴,避免切肉刀硬切割骨头而被折断;2.切肉刀遇到骨头时,基盘暂时脱离盖盘,防止切肉刀硬切割骨头时折断损坏,保护了切肉刀;3.切肉刀切到骨头时,不会硬切,切肉刀会划过骨头,能切断骨头表面的肉筋,使切骨刀在打断或打碎骨头时,肉筋不会缠绕在切骨刀上,防止切骨刀卡塞。

1.一种防断刀的骨肉切割刀具,包括切割刀盘和转轴,所述切割刀盘包括扣合在一起的基盘与盖盘,其特征在于:所述基盘上固设有楔形卡块,所述盖盘上设有与楔形卡块匹配的楔形卡槽,所述基盘与转轴空套连接,所述基盘上沿径向均匀固接有多把切肉刀,所述切骨刀为钝刀,所述盖盘与转轴固定连接,所述盖盘上沿径向均匀固接有多把切骨刀,所述基盘与盖盘扣合形成的空腔中设有扭簧,所述扭簧空套在转轴上,所述扭簧的一端连接基盘,另一端连接盖盘。
2.根据权利要求1所述的防断刀的骨肉切割刀具,其特征在于:所述切骨刀通过螺钉固定在盖盘上。
3.根据权利要求2所述的防断刀的骨肉切割刀具,其特征在于:所述切骨刀的切割面上设有锯齿。
4.根据权利要求1所述的防断刀的骨肉切割刀具,其特征在于:所述切肉刀的端部为圆弧状。
5.根据权利要求1所述的防断刀的骨肉切割刀具,其特征在于:所述楔形卡块沿基盘的切线方向布置。
