Abstract

本发明属于工业自动化技术领域,具体为一种玉米育种自动取样机定向切片装置,包括两个盖板,两个盖板之间安装有切种盘,切种盘与动力装置连接,在切种盘的外圆上均布有切种槽,在切种槽的底部设置有弹性装置,在切种槽和盖板之间设置有压紧装置,在切种盘的外侧设置有刀片,刀片与分种部分对应设置。相对于现有技术,本发明利用切种盘上的切种槽放置玉米,切种槽与两侧盖板之间的压紧装置及切刀之间的配合,实现玉米的全自动切片。其作业效率达到每分钟80‑160颗,实现高效率分离以节省劳动力从而改善单个玉米优质检测。具备成本低廉、可靠性高、操作简单、易于使用的优点。

技术领域
本发明属于工业自动化技术领域,具体为一种玉米育种自动取样机定向切片装置。
背景技术
目前,我国是处于发展阶段的农业大国,同样的,也是农业设备技术需求大国。农业育种是发展现代化农业建设的前提,目前我国育种时玉米切片主要是采用手工操作,效率低下。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是:目前育种时玉米切片采用的是手工操作,效率比较低,为解决上述问题,提供一种玉米育种自动取样机定向切片装置。
本发明的目的是以下述方式实现的:
一种玉米育种自动取样机定向切片装置,包括两个盖板,两个盖板之间安装有切种盘,切种盘与动力装置连接,在切种盘的外圆上均布有切种槽,在切种槽的底部设置有弹性装置,在切种槽和盖板之间设置有压紧装置,在切种盘的外侧设置有刀片,刀片与分种部分对应设置。
压紧装置的压紧程度可调。
在切种槽的两侧设置有压紧槽,压紧槽与切种槽连通;压紧装置设置在压紧槽中,压紧装置包括设置在压紧槽中的弹性块,弹性块的外端连接有滚轮。
在盖板的内侧设置有与压紧装置配合的轨道,轨道与滚轮接触,轨道用于调节压紧装置的压紧程度。
在盖板的内侧设置有压持条,压持条设置在切种盘的外侧,在轨道与压持条重合的区域,随切种盘的旋转方向,轨道的厚度逐渐增加至最大,轨道与分种部分重合的区域,轨道的厚度逐渐降低。
在切种盘与分种部分对应的下方设置有支撑架,在支撑架的两端分别设置有刀架和玉米收集架,刀架上设置有刀片,刀架的下方对应设置有玉米组织收集架。
两个盖板之间通过定距螺杆连接。
相对于现有技术,本发明利用切种盘上的切种槽放置玉米,切种槽与两侧盖板之间的压紧装置及切刀之间的配合,实现玉米的全自动切片。其作业效率达到每分钟80-160颗,实现高效率分离以节省劳动力从而改善单个玉米优质检测。具备成本低廉、可靠性高、操作简单、易于使用的优点。

其中,8是切种盘;10是盖板;4.1是压紧装置;4.4是定距丝杆;4.5是玉米组织收集架;4.7是刀架;4.8是玉米收集架;4.10是传动轴;4.11是压持条;4.12是轨道;4.13是切种槽;4.14是磁铁放置处。
具体实施方式
如图1-图2所示,一种玉米育种自动取样机定向切片装置包括两个盖板10,两个盖板10之间通过多个定距丝杆4.4连接,在两个盖板10之间安装有切种盘8,切种盘8的外圆上均布有切种槽4.13,在切种槽4.13的底部设置有弹簧,弹簧的直径小于玉米的宽度,在切种槽4.13的两侧设置有压紧装置4.1,压紧装置4.1的压紧程度可调。
在盖板10上设置有压持条4.11,在两个盖板10的内侧对应设置有轨道4.12,轨道4.12与压紧装置4.1对应,压持条4.11设置在切种盘8的外侧,用于压持玉米的外侧面使玉米在切种盘8上露出的厚度一致,轨道4.12在与压持条4.11重合的范围内高度逐渐增加,轨道4.12在与压持条4.11重合的范围是指轨道4.12与压持条4.11重合是指压持条4.11两端与切种盘8的中心连线形成的扇形中,轨道4.12落入到扇形范围内的部分,当被压持条4.11下压的玉米从压持条4.11中转出时,压紧装置4.1在轨道4.12的作用下完全压紧玉米,此后轨道4.12保持当前的厚度,是玉米一直处于完全压紧的状态,在切种盘8的下端设置刀架4.7,刀架4.7上安装有刀片,刀片在刀架4.7上的位置可调,用于切出不同厚度的玉米组织,在刀片的下方设置有玉米组织收集架4.5,随着切种盘8转动的方向,刀架4.7的后端设置有玉米收集架4.8。轨道4.12在与玉米收集架4.8重合的位置厚度开始减小,到与玉米收集架4.8重合的最后位置,轨道4.12的厚度减小为零。
在切种盘8上设置有与压紧装置4.1配合的压紧槽,压紧槽与切种槽4.13连通,压紧装置4.1包括设置在压紧槽中的硬质橡胶或其他的弹性块,硬质橡胶的外端连接有顶柱,顶柱的外端连接有与轨道4.12配合的滚轮。沿切种盘8旋转的方向,在玉米收集架4.8与压持条4.11之间,两个盖板10上均设置有使压紧装置4.1复位的复位装置,复位装置为磁铁,磁铁吸附压紧装置4.1的滚轮使其复位,磁铁安装在盖板10上的磁铁放置处4.14。
本发明的工作原理为:一粒一粒的玉米进入玉米育种自动取样机定向切片装置的切种盘8上的切种槽4.13中,切种槽4.13中设一有定长度弹簧从而使玉米露出切种盘8一定距离。切种盘8由外部皮带轮通过传动轴4.10带动,随着切种盘8的转动,玉米首先遇到压持条4.11,压持条4.11的按压保证了玉米露出切种盘8的距离一致,为保证切割下的玉米组织厚度提供前提。在通过压持条4.11的同时,盖板10上的一对轨道4.12逐渐突出,与之接触的压紧装置4.1逐渐压紧玉米粒,在顶柱一端加硬质橡胶以防止顶柱压紧时损坏玉米。随着切种盘8的继续转动玉米来到切割工位,刀片固定在刀架4.7上并且可调节刀片伸长程度,以调节切片厚度。切片之后掉落的玉米组织由类似漏斗的玉米组织收集架4.5收集。当玉米进入下一个工位时,轨道逐渐下降使顶柱放松,同时在切种槽4.13底部弹簧的压力下,在这个工位将玉米投入玉米收集架4.8中。
以上所述的仅是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本领域的技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明整体构思前提下,还可以作出若干改变和改进,这些也应该视为本发明的保护范围。

Claims (7)

1.一种玉米育种自动取样机定向切片装置,其特征在于:包括两个盖板,两个盖板之间安装有切种盘,切种盘与动力装置连接,在切种盘的外圆上均布有切种槽,在切种槽的底部设置有弹性装置,在切种槽和盖板之间设置有压紧装置,在切种盘的外侧设置有刀片,刀片与分种部分对应设置。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种玉米育种自动取样机定向切片装置,其特征在于:压紧装置的压紧程度可调。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种玉米育种自动取样机定向切片装置,其特征在于:在切种槽的两侧设置有压紧槽,压紧槽与切种槽连通;压紧装置设置在压紧槽中,压紧装置包括设置在压紧槽中的弹性块,弹性块的外端连接有滚轮。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种玉米育种自动取样机定向切片装置,其特征在于:在盖板的内侧设置有与压紧装置配合的轨道,轨道与滚轮接触,轨道用于调节压紧装置的压紧程度。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种玉米育种自动取样机定向切片装置,其特征在于:在盖板的内侧设置有压持条,压持条设置在切种盘的外侧,在轨道与压持条重合的区域,随切种盘的旋转方向,轨道的厚度逐渐增加至最大,轨道与分种部分重合的区域,轨道的厚度逐渐降低。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种玉米育种自动取样机定向切片装置,其特征在于:在切种盘与分种部分对应的下方设置有支撑架,在支撑架的两端分别设置有刀架和玉米收集架,刀架上设置有刀片,刀架的下方对应设置有玉米组织收集架。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种玉米育种自动取样机定向切片装置,其特征在于:两个盖板之间通过定距螺杆连接。
