一种磨床加工齿轮内孔工装。主要解决现有磨削工装在磨削加工齿轮内孔定心精度低,加工效率低,装卡困难的问题。其特征在于:圆盘座(1)为圆柱形,圆盘座(1)一侧端面有沉孔,沉孔底部居中有过孔,圆斜块(2)外侧为圆弧形,3个圆斜块(2)通过销钉和螺钉均匀固定在圆盘座(1)沉孔内侧壁上,圆斜块(2)内侧加工有圆弧曲面(3)。该磨床加工齿轮内孔工装具有定心精度高,装卡方便,加工效率高的特点。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种磨床所用工装,尤其是磨床加工齿轮内孔工装。
背景技术
在磨床加工领域中,磨床加工齿轮内孔时,需要用磨削工装卡装。而现有磨削工装在磨削加工齿轮内孔时由于结构原因存在定心精度低,加工效率低,装卡困难的问题,因而影响加工成本和效率。
发明内容
为了解决现有磨削工装在磨削加工齿轮内孔定心精度低,加工效率低,装卡困难的问题。本发明提供一种磨床加工齿轮内孔工装。该磨床加工齿轮内孔工装具有定心精度高,装卡方便,加工效率高的特点。
本发明的技术方案是:该磨床加工齿轮内孔工装包括圆盘座及圆斜块。圆盘座为圆柱形,圆盘座一侧端面有沉孔,沉孔底部居中有过孔,圆斜块外侧为圆弧形,3个圆斜块通过销钉和螺钉均匀固定在圆盘座沉孔内侧壁上,圆斜块内侧加工有圆弧曲面。
本发明具有如下有益效果:该磨床加工齿轮内孔工装由于采用圆盘座为圆柱形,圆盘座一侧端面有沉孔,沉孔底部居中有过孔,圆斜块外侧为圆弧形,3个圆斜块通过销钉和螺钉均匀固定在圆盘座沉孔内侧壁上,圆斜块内侧加工有圆弧曲面的结构。因而提高定心精度和加工效率、质量,装卡方便,结构简单。所以说该磨床加工齿轮内孔工装具有定心精度高,装卡方便,加工效率高的特点。

下面结合附图对本发明作进一步说明:
由附图所示,该磨床加工齿轮内孔工装包括圆盘座1及圆斜块2。圆盘座1为圆柱形,圆盘座1一侧端面有沉孔,沉孔底部居中有过孔,圆斜块2外侧为圆弧形,3个圆斜块2通过销钉和螺钉均匀固定在圆盘座1沉孔内侧壁上,圆斜块2内侧加工有圆弧曲面3,圆弧曲面3由与圆盘座1沉孔同心,左端点为大直径切点,右端点为小直径切点,两切点圆弧连线为圆弧曲面3。也就是圆盘座1加工后将3件圆斜块2用螺栓和圆柱销把合在圆盘座1上,在每个圆斜块2上分别加工圆弧曲面,圆弧曲面为三等分。
该磨床加工齿轮内孔工装工作过程,首先将工装固定在内孔磨卡盘上,圆盘座1在外圆和端面加工找正。装入齿轮和钢球在齿面上,顺时针旋钢球与加圆斜块2和齿面定位。该磨床加工齿轮内孔工装定心精度高,装卡方便,提高工效,适用于批量生产。

1.一种磨床加工齿轮内孔工装,包括圆盘座(1)及圆斜块(2),其特征在于:圆盘座(1)为圆柱形,圆盘座(1)一侧端面有沉孔,沉孔底部居中有过孔,圆斜块(2)外侧为圆弧形,3个圆斜块(2)通过销钉和螺钉均匀固定在圆盘座(1)沉孔内侧壁上,圆斜块(2)内侧加工有圆弧曲面(3)。
