背景技术
铜丝是生产电缆的主要材料之一，是非常重要的材料，而在铜丝生产过程中需要经过拉丝，拉丝会使铜丝表面不均匀，此时就需要一种专门的铜丝抛光设备。
发明内容
为克服上述不足，本发明目的提供一种铜丝抛光装置。
本发明的方案如下：一种铜丝抛光装置,包括主体、转轴、铜丝、上伸缩杆、上刷、下伸缩杆、下刷、左油枪、右油枪、铜粉回收层，所述转轴设置在主体一侧，所述铜丝设置在主体内中间，所述上伸缩杆、上刷、下伸缩杆、下刷、左油枪、右油枪和铜粉回收层设置在主体内，所述上刷设置在上伸缩杆底部，所述下刷设置在下伸缩杆顶部，所述左油枪和右油枪设置在上刷和下刷之间，所述上刷设置在铜丝上方，所述下刷设置在铜丝下方，所述铜粉回收层设置在主体内壁上，所述转轴和主体啮合，所述转轴和电机联通，所述转轴可带动主体旋转，所述上伸缩杆和下伸缩杆可上下伸缩。
本发明的有益效果：本发明结构简单合理，使用方便，可使生产出的铜丝光滑均匀，不易氧化，成品质量高。

一种铜丝抛光装置,包括主体1、转轴2、铜丝3、上伸缩杆4、上刷5、下伸缩杆6、下刷7、左油枪8、右油枪9、铜粉回收层10，所述转轴2设置在主体1一侧，所述铜丝3设置在主体1内中间，所述上伸缩杆4、上刷5、下伸缩杆6、下刷7、左油枪8、右油枪9和铜粉回收层10设置在主体1内，所述上刷5设置在上伸缩杆4底部，所述下刷7设置在下伸缩杆6顶部，所述左油枪8和右油枪9设置在上刷5和下刷7之间，所述上刷5设置在铜丝3上方，所述下刷7设置在铜丝3下方，所述铜粉回收层10设置在主体1内壁上，所述转轴2和主体1啮合，所述转轴2和电机联通，所述转轴2可带动主体1旋转，所述上伸缩杆4和下伸缩杆6可上下伸缩。工作时，电机带动转轴2旋转，转轴2带动主体1旋转，上伸缩杆4带动上刷5下降，下伸缩杆6带动下刷7上升，使上刷5和下刷6夹紧铜丝3，左油枪8和右油枪9对铜丝3喷射保护油，上刷5和下刷7刷下的铜粉落入铜粉回收层10内。
